【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆小鴨即將入港，為解決賞鴨迷「方便」問題，基隆市環保局推出「公廁搜尋APP」（http://goo.gl/sxne78），替民眾定位最近的廁所，環保局表示全市區供應604間友善公廁，東3東4客運轉運站有20座流動公廁，六合停車場站也放置4座流動廁所。
