李翔宙：越反中遊行 由退伍軍官記者發起

國安局長李翔宙上午列席立法院外交及國防委員會，是他接任新職後首度列席立法院備詢，他下午答詢時掌握最新狀況表示，根據國安局掌握，越南當地在本周日將有一波全面性抗議中國大陸的大遊行，若境內衍生成全面性反華暴動，研判中國大陸在周邊將會提升戰備。他表示，國安局掌握，越南這場遊行是由一位越南退伍軍官轉任的記者來發起，越南官方今天下午3時對此將有所說明。
