大貓熊寶寶「圓仔」亮相滿一週，今天第8天上工，第一次不是保育員抱進場，而是自己走進展場，開始有獨當一面的架勢。

「圓仔」上班第8天，雖然下著小雨，上午8時左右仍有上百民眾撐傘冒雨排隊，排在前頭的民眾說，要趕第一批進場才能確保看到醒著的圓仔。

上午8時50分左右，媽媽「圓圓」率先走進展場，正當大家張望著保育員何時要抱「圓仔」進場時，「圓仔」悄悄地從棲架後的門口自己走了出來，門後隱約可見保育員擔心地在門後觀察，看到「圓仔」沒問題才離去。

「圓仔」一進場馬上進攻牠最喜歡的右邊棲架，到處爬爬蹭蹭，還一度卡在兩條木枝中間出不來，扭動想逃脫的動作相當可愛。

好不容易掙脫出來，「圓仔」發現媽媽「圓圓」正在鞦韆上頭吃好料，開始當「跟屁熊」，企圖爬上鞦韆跟媽媽玩，又跟著吃飽的「圓圓」到處跑了一陣，接著又回去爬牠最愛的棲架。

「圓仔」今天動作相當活潑，電力持續到20分仍不見疲態。不過「圓圓」可能覺得女兒該睡覺了，把圓仔抱到棲架上，母女倆準備一起入眠。「圓仔」自從6日公開亮相以來，每天都吸引大批粉絲湧入動物園，11日和12日首個週末適逢好天氣，更連續2天超過2萬人入園。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】國道計程頻頻出包，遠東集團董事長徐旭東4度道歉後直言：「不滿意就退」。

徐旭東在中國上海接受多家媒體訪問時表示，eTag有不對的地方，他感到很抱歉，一定會加速努力改善。不過徐旭東也說：「(ETC)不應該有任何錯，我現在只能夠說，請同情我一下，我們花那麼大的工夫，來成就全世界第一個(國道計程)。」

至於民眾因為不滿eTag頻頻出包引發退租潮，徐旭東坦言，如果不滿意，喜歡退你就退。「但他退了以後我請問，他怎麼上高速公路？不過，你喜歡退你就退。」

最後徐旭東坦言：「我們本來也希望不要那麼快，不過政府政策他們也必須遵從。」似乎也在暗諷政府倉促決定國道計程上路的時間。
