澳門博弈業笑傲全球 2013年營收爆衝19%

全球最大賭博據點澳門去年成長加速，賭場營收激增18.6%至452億美元，收入大約是美國賭城拉斯維加斯的7倍。

彭博社和路透社報導，金沙中國(Sands China)和銀河娛樂集團(Galaxy Entertainment Group)都增加飯店房數、擴建購物中心、提供表演秀等，吸引中國大陸觀光客。澳門有6成以上旅客來自大陸，也是大陸唯一可以合法賭博的城市。

分析師預估2014年澳門博弈業成長可能減緩，預料將擴張10-14%，主因今年沒有新的賭場開幕，賭博設施和飯店房間的擴充速度跟不上旅客成長腳步。

北京當局下達禁奢令以來，一擲千金的VIP賭客減少，可是所謂的「尊御市場」(premium mass)客人增加，抵銷了VIP營收成長的下滑趨勢。尊御客人泛指花費數千元到一百萬元人民幣以下的賭客。中國增建高速鐵路，並興建聯接港、澳、珠海的大橋，縮減了前往澳門的交通時間。賭場主管和業界觀察家表示，大陸僅有4%民眾、約5,200萬人去過澳門，仍有龐大的成長空間。

雙北合作夢一場？ 政策各行其是

針對台北市長郝龍斌與新北市長朱立倫當初喊出「台北黃金雙子城」遠大口號，兩人將「共同決策、密切合作、配合中央資源」，但如今民眾只見雙北自行車、垃圾袋互不通用，淡北道路興建到一半因歧見告停，政策制定如雙頭馬車，台聯新北市長候選人林志嘉今（2）日質疑，雙北同床異夢，本位主義，簡直是欺騙選民。

【公共自行車不相容】

去年9月2日，新北市「New Bike」公共自行車自動化租借系統正式營運，於板橋區設立13站280輛車，民眾卻反映有諸多不便之處，包括車燈不亮、腳架鬆脫、系統故障無法使用等問題，最重要的是，New Bike系統與台北市的U-Bike系統並不通用，市民騎乘到台北市後卻無法還車，必須再騎回新北市還車。

朱立倫於去年12月初宣布，雙北自行車系統將於2013年底前整合為一，並額外規劃4處試辦U-Bike，如今2013年已過，卻未見兩者合併。台聯黨團副總召黃文玲指出，新北市花費千萬元建置New Bike系統，若兩者無法通用，要如何將雙北建立成「一日生活圈」？

【環保垃圾袋不通用】

不僅自行車系統不相容，民眾在雙北間頻繁移動往來，下班前在台北市購買環保二次袋的民眾，回到新北市後也無法使用，新北市專用垃圾袋也不為台北市接受。台聯黨團幹事長葉津鈴認為，此種現象顯示雙北各自為政，完全不把人民的方便放在心上。

新北市環保局則回應，由於法源、計算公式、人物力等實質成本的不同，雙北垃圾袋無法通用，但未來將研擬在雙北超商同時販售兩種垃圾袋。

【淡北道路立場互異】

林志嘉抨擊，朱立倫當選時曾承諾，將架設「淡北道路」，但自興建至規劃，一意孤行，從未稍加考慮台北市民的意見，甚至在施工一年後，因可能破壞周邊自然生態和文化資產，於去年9月遭台北高等行政法院撤銷環評結論。他還說，郝龍斌只因懼怕北投區居民塞車，一路消極反對淡北道路的興建，雙北缺乏溝通誠意，如何實現「台北黃金雙子城」的願景？

餐廳名稱：無店名 消費時間：2013年/12月 地址：嘉義市垂楊路與新民路口（垂楊國小外） 營業時間：18:00~00:00（六點多只是開始擺攤，賣完便收），週二休 圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/71820612 在嘉義知道的燒烤攤不多，這家位在垂楊國小外的攤子便是觀望許 久的。只是沒想到觀望著觀望著，店家便突然消失了好段時間，最近才 又接獲復出消息。為免又緣慳一面，這次立刻便前往拜訪。 　　或許因為到得早，攤前還沒太多人潮，因此能悠閒地挑選食材。有 些食材可能因為店家忙碌未能放到擺盤上，須自行詢問。像烤雞腿就是 自己看到店家在烤，才知道有此選項。 　　挑了米血、雞肉串兩串、雞屁股、雞胗、豬肉蔥捲、甜不辣、雞腿 和雞翅，總計二百三十五元，價格還不算讓自己太吃驚。拎著油亮的食 袋，便飛奔回家品嚐。 　　店家的特色該在醬料。不知是醬汁還是胡椒中散著類似中藥的香氣 ，但也因而帶著甜味。另外整體調味偏重，吃來有些負擔。應該是有些 人喜歡的滋味，嘉義板上也大獲推薦，但以自己口味來說則是尚可。 　　食材的料理上，米血軟Ｑ，若能多些酥感更好。豬肉蔥捲的青蔥水 分保留得宜。雞翅烤來比雞腿亮眼，吃來還算嫩口。雞腿的雞皮烤得脆 口，但雞肉卻失水分而有點乾柴，十分可惜。在嘉義目前還沒吃到特別 亮眼的烤雞腿。其它食材的料理則在可接受範圍。 　　目前還沒機會接近的燒烤攤有兩家。一家是隨性而見的文化路小陸 碳烤，另一家則是聽說在民生南路上的饗烤肉。可惜後者一來不知位置 ，二來似乎半夜才開張，看樣子兩家都很難一訪了。 延伸閱讀： 嘉義．民權路地藏庵前碳烤攤 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/70930976 嘉義．盧廣東烤肉 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/47265305 -- 上弦月天邊眺望 黃嘴角鴞林間低唱 嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放 潺潺流水山谷空響 怡然桶後林道旁 沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.203.5

痞客幫要如何將露天拍賣放上

妳好:
我也是剛由奇摩轉至痞客幫的新手,關於賣場的連結先前也研究了半天,不過總算是完成了,剛好可以提供妳參考.
1.首先先各自開啟露天及痞客邦部落格頁面並進行登入.
2.露天"我的拍賣"當中有一個"宣傳我的賣場"點入,妳會看見兩個方型的廣告圖樣,選定妳要的樣式先進行HTML原始碼的複製.
3.接著直接先登入痞客幫的部落格的"管理後台"當中,其中有個"側邊欄位設定"的選項點入,再到裡面進行"新增版位"的動作,自訂妳要的欄位標題(例如梅子的賣場),至於欄位內容就是貼上在露天所複製的HTML原始碼,然後再按送出即可.
4.當設定好了之後,版位區域裡就會出現妳新增的區塊,再按照妳想擱置的位置拖拉過去進行排列,確認之後在右下方儲存板面即可完成.

這部真的很好看! 不過我想問一下「真實事件」中 船長獲救送進船上診療室 裡面的女醫護員真的這麼囉嗦嗎? 幹 都已經被嚇到毛都歪了了 還問說:「這邊痛嗎 那邊痛嗎」 光「痛」這件事就可以問十句 醫護員希望船長放鬆 可是一直給他語言&精神上壓力 不斷問：「OK? OK? 2013年五大糟分析師 羅傑斯 麥嘉華赫然在列

2013年可能是美國股市最難預測的一年。

由於2012年已強勁上漲，原預期2013年美國股市的上檔應屬有限，若能上漲5%，已屬難能可貴。

然而，今年至12月30日止，S&P 500大漲了29%，道瓊工業平均指數亦上漲26%，Nasdaq指數更大漲達37.5%。

幾位分析師這次離譜太遠。

他們預測今年股市將出現風暴，實際卻是晴空萬里，僅偶有清風徐來。

以下為2013年五大糟分析師： 1.羅傑斯(Jim Rogers)：羅傑斯預測股市將會大跌。

他建議投資人，2013年轉進商品，遠離股市。

他解釋道，聯準會(Fed)的購債貨幣政策與低利率，將創傷經濟與美元。

羅傑斯形容經濟的用辭，不是通貨緊縮(deflation)，而是蕭條(depression)。

這錯誤簡直無以復加。

2.摩根士丹利分析師柏克(Adam Parker)：他對2013年完全不抱希望。

他說最好的情況，美國股市頂多只會出現低個位數百分比的漲幅。

他建議投資人持有現金，尋求利息。

最糟的是，他的態度始終如一，而且明確。

他預測S&P 500今年將收於1434點。

但周一收盤，S&P 500報1841點。

3.卡斯(Doug Kass)：「股市上漲所表達出的投資人樂觀心態，與當下經濟與獲利數據大不相符，」卡斯於2月21日寫道。

「我一直以來看空股市的立場依舊不變。」 短期內，卡斯，這位避險基金經理人兼媒體寵兒，似乎沒錯。

當他做出此項預測時，S&P 500報1512點。

月底，下跌到了1487點。

但是30天後，該指數卻上漲到了1552點，60天後，來到了1593點。

到了4月，卡斯變本加厲地說，流動性帶來的漲勢已告結束。

其實不然，一如羅傑斯，卡斯亦深信這是央行引發的泡沫。

雖然他最終可能並沒有錯，但經濟卻是反應現在，就如最新的經濟成長數據所顯示的一般。

卡斯可能會說，他的觀點是對的，只是時機不對。

然而，股市的關鍵就是時機，亦即卡斯的確犯了大錯。

4.達利歐(Ray Dalio)：達利歐是Bridgewater避險基金公司創辦人，他曾發布一份長達82頁，名為"原則"的報告。

在報告中，他告誡說「談論一個人，絕對不要說不會在他面前說的話。

如果說了，自己就是失格，」「也不要推責錯誤。」 基於他的告誡，我們不得不有話直說：「你的2013年預測錯了。

而且大錯特錯。」 一年前，達利歐對經濟提出了警告。

他說：我們身陷撙節措施，經濟失去了動能，央行印鈔已不再有效。

他認為：股市已少有或沒有成長空間。

抱歉，達利歐，你的預測錯了，不要推責。

5.麥嘉華：追隨這位瑞士經濟學家的投資人，都賠了錢。

麥嘉華於1月寫道「2013年將不利於持有資產的人。

我現在的第一要務，便是保住過去三年大幅的獲利。」 清楚地說，麥嘉華是說，他要守住由2010年初至2012年底，S&P 500指數14.8%的漲幅獲利。

雖然這獲利是不錯，卻是花了整整三年時間。

但2013年，股市只花了五個月零三天，便完成了這般獲利。

「小蜜桃姐姐」朱安禹自從2011年，與身價10億台幣的大陸富商李慎言閃電結婚生子後，就表示要專心相夫教子，逐漸淡出演藝圈，看似幸福美滿，但卻有媒體發現，她最近出現婚姻不適症。

《壹週刊》報導，朱安禹身邊友人爆料，假入豪門之後的她其實並不快樂，與老公交往3個月就閃婚定居上海，出現嚴重水土不服，不管是生活飲食興趣教育小孩，都還在跟老公磨合，兩人共同話題相當少。

而且剛結婚時，表示要專心當家庭主婦的她，去年一月突然公開放話，想重返主持界，似乎想藉由工作來減少夫妻間的摩擦。此外，朱安禹自去年7月回台參加NONO婚禮後，更是頻頻返台與姊妹淘相聚，頻率之高，令人感覺不太對勁。

這半年待在夫家時間不多的她，臉書上也沒有半張老公的照片，大部分都是兒子和與朋友相聚的照片，是不是在上海的婚姻生活適應不良？對此朱安禹的經紀人表示，「我覺得還好ㄟ，她每次回來都是因為有事，小蜜桃在上海也交到一些嫁去那邊的台灣女性朋友，所以平常還是有伴，回台灣跟姊妹淘相聚，我想是因為年紀大了，更珍惜友誼的關係。」

高畑勳：宮崎駿可能復出拍片

【林慧娟／綜合報導】日本動畫大師宮崎駿去年9月宣布引退，不再製作長片動畫，震撼影壇。他創立的吉卜力工作室動畫導演高畑勳最近在新片《輝夜姬物語》記者會上表示：「宮崎駿每天依然到工作室上班，跟以前一樣，他發表引退，是想要有個收尾，但他的想法也可能改變，即便如此，我也不意外。」
 
78歲的高畑勳是宮崎駿的多年戰友，他的一席話引發外界揣測宮崎駿可能復出，但宮崎駿本人未有表示。《輝夜姬物語》5月16日在台上映。
