如題
因為現在還是學生 所以沒辦法花錢去學習
而我身體很差 想要學習站樁
雖然看著網路學習了 但不知道到底站的正不正確
就怕練了很久 也站不出什麼東西

今年美麗華百樂園「動刺！動刺！極限跨年PA」跨年雙現場數萬人湧入，由DJ Dennis帶領民眾邁向超越極限的激High跨年夜，Darren邱凱偉、Cindy袁詠琳、潘裕文、楊蒨時、Aggie謝沛恩、鄧養天、Karey天天、來吧！焙焙！接力熱血演唱，動刺！動刺！high翻天！

  
美麗華指出，跨年夜當天下午兩點美麗華百樂園陸續湧進人潮，尤其排隊購買電影票的人龍從一樓售票口綿延至水舞廣場近100公尺長，五樓售票口也是相同狀況，而將758個室內停車位也在下午三點即一位難求。

美麗華說，原本擔心天氣太冷，會讓民眾不想出門，不過老天爺很幫忙，配合著民眾跨年的熱情，在距離倒數前一小時(晚間11時)美麗華周邊道路包括植福路、敬業三路與捷運劍南路站廣場已站滿群眾；而入店人潮因跨年節慶以及浪人47、白日夢冒險王、冰雪奇緣等熱門電影強片加持下逾11萬人次進店。

加上跨年夜只要刷JCB卡，單筆滿1,000元，立即送美麗華200元商品券；所有信用卡當日單筆刷滿6,000元即可抽美麗華5萬元商品券再加贈美麗華100元商品券，帶動百貨館內業績成長5%，餐飲成長15%，另外女裝與戶外休閒服飾則成長5%，開出新年好成績。

中信兄弟元旦在龍潭球場開訓，投手先報到，5日全體球員到齊，總教練謝長亨表示「新的球季、好的開始，希望可以打出讓大家滿意的成績」，同時草總也說「新球季不打算留湯瑪仕」。

兄弟新球季開訓跑第一名，投手先報到，草總說「原因很簡單，希望投手可以先熱」，對於新球季，草總也有規畫，他說「新球季希望找洋砲，以守二壘、游擊、三壘的內野手為主，投手戰力部分，選秀會已選了鄭凱文、謝榮豪，本土投手戰力應該足夠，所以未來找的2名洋投，以1先發、1救援為主」。

草總31日明確地說，「我們已再找新的救援洋投，因為湯瑪仕的壓制力明顯不如過去」，所以兄弟不想再找湯瑪仕回鍋。

湯瑪仕2012年5月加入象隊，戰績3勝0敗23救援、防禦率0.75，2013年戰績1勝4敗26救援、防禦率1.57。
