南韓擬2020年　啟用5G網路

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】南韓未來創造科學部18日表示，南韓計劃2020年起提供5G移動通信網路服務，預計速度比4G網絡快千倍。

韓聯社引述未來創造科學部消息，表示韓國將從2018年起在全國測試5G網路，並於2020年開始提供5G商用服務，使用5G網路將可讓用戶享受更快網路服務，下載整部電影僅需幾秒鐘。

據悉，韓國政府將在未來7年耗資5000億韓圜研發極速無線技術，未來創造科學部表示，5G網絡將帶來巨大經濟效益，同時促進南韓移動通信設備產業發展。三星電子今年5月透露，已率先開發5G的核心技術。

臉書的「聊天室」功能我想是大家很常使用的，而臉書的聊天室在日前也推出了貼圖，也因此裡面有許多相當不錯的免費貼圖，而最近臉書則是推出了大家期待已久的「噓」貼圖，如果朋友的聊天內容你覺得很不實用，或許這個貼圖就可以派上用場囉！

Step 4.
下載之後，就可以使用「噓」貼圖啦！

這套貼圖中，除了「噓」的圖案外，還有許多手勢貼圖，只是「噓」貼圖應該是大家比較想要的吧！

蘇格蘭將成立稅務局 打擊避稅

【大紀元2013年12月18日訊】（大紀元記者周恆英國報導）近日，蘇格蘭政府公佈了立法計劃，打算成立蘇格蘭稅務局，大力打擊避稅行為。

蘇格蘭政府提出的《蘇格蘭稅務局與稅務權利法案》詳細規定了新的稅務局的權利。蘇格蘭財政部長斯維尼（John Swinney）表示，稅務局將會負責收取從英國中央政府權力下放獲得的兩種稅收，並且為蘇格蘭自主收取更多的稅收打下基礎。2015年4月起，蘇格蘭將自己負責收取土地與建築交易稅以及蘇格蘭土地填埋稅。

蘇格蘭政府的部長還表示，新的稅務管理機構將會實施「嚴格的」打擊避稅規定，比英國的規定還要嚴格，其中包括將會追查人為的避稅安排等。蘇格蘭新的個人收入所得稅稅率將從2016年4月起開始實施，但是這仍將由英國的稅務與海關署負責收取。

這個法案還需要得到蘇格蘭議會的通過才會成為法律。蘇格蘭民族黨政府還表示，如果明年的全民公投結果意味著蘇格蘭將獨立，那麼他們將會實施更加簡單的稅務系統。

《日股》日圓貶 日經大漲1.7%飆至6年新高

日本股市19日受美國QE減碼、日圓大貶提振而走高。日經225指數終場漲1.74%(或漲271.42點)，收15,859.22點，連續第3個交易日上揚、並創6年來(2007年12月12日以來)收盤新高水準。東證一部指數(TOPIX)終場漲1.01%(或漲12.58點)，收1,263.07點，連續第3個交易日上揚。

東證一部上漲家數894家、下跌家數692家、維持平盤家數187家；全部33類股中僅空運業類股下挫、其餘全數上揚，其中以不動產業、其他製品和保險業類股漲幅較大。

東證一部今日成交額為2兆8,260億日圓，連續第2個交易日突破2兆日圓大關；成交量為28.6億股，連續第2個交易日突破顯示買氣活絡界線的「20億股」水準。

根據嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價，截至18日紐約匯市尾盤美元兌日圓升值1.17%至103.84，結束連續3個交易日的貶勢；截至日本股市19日收盤為止(14點00分(GMT+8)為止)美元兌日圓報104.10，稍早最高升至104.36創2008年10月6日以來新高。日圓走貶，帶動出口股走揚。任天堂大漲4.99%，收13,680日圓。

日本智慧手機/平板電腦情報部落格rbmen 19日轉述南韓媒體Biz.Chosun的報導指出，Sony Mobile旗鑑款智慧手機「Xperia Z1」預計將在2014年1月20日於南韓市場開賣，售價為80萬-89萬韓圜，此將為Sony在暌違了2年之後、再度進軍南韓手機市場。Sony漲2.25%，收1,820日圓。

勇！「紙糊」桌椅 耐重百公斤

位在愛國婦人館內的台南創意中心展售店，店內的背板、陳列架及桌椅等，都是藝術家以瓦楞紙做成。

真的是「紙糊ㄟ」，台南市位在古蹟愛國婦人館內的「文創plus」商品展售店，昨天全新開張，店內95%以上的陳設都是以瓦楞紙製成，吸引遊客目光。

該商店販售台南市的文創商品，市府文化局最近重新裝潢，與成大文創育成與研發中心合作，邀請來自日本的長友大輔及台灣的詹明旎，以瓦楞紙雕方式設計，目前店內95%以上陳設都是以紙做的。

文化局長葉澤山昨天表示，台語用「紙糊ㄟ」形容東西不耐用，但店內以瓦楞紙匠心獨運製成的用品美觀、有趣又耐用。

進入愛國婦人館，一樓左側是展售店，不僅所有陳列櫃都是紙做的，店的右側還有一整面以「櫻花飄落」為意象的紙雕牆，各種大小不同的三角形拼成波浪狀、上面還有櫻花瓣的鏤空造型，相當吸睛。

連櫃台都是以立體紙雕完成，還有店內桌、椅也是紙做的，店方說「可以坐100公斤的人沒問題」。

店內陳設實用又是藝術創作，不僅結合成大與設計師，瓦楞紙則是永豐餘提供，文化局表示這是成功的產、官、學合作；詹明旎表示，所有紙的形狀都是以電腦設計後，由永豐餘協助裁切，再加以編號，現場由成大學生與設計師共同手工黏合，花了不少時間。

長友大輔與詹明旎合作過不少紙作品，這次移師台南，讓遊客有機會在南部看到他們的作品。

IDC：4G不會有吃到飽

第四代行動通訊寬頻服務明年正式登場。國際資訊諮詢機構IDC預期，中華電信在取得較充足的頻寬和成熟的1800MHz頻段條件下，2014年成為首位4G開台業者的機會最大。

在資費方面，預計「吃到飽」不會在4G服務中出現，現有業者都將採費率分級制來滿足不同需求的用戶，預期最受歡迎的資費方案將落在1,500至2,000元之間享有5GB的傳輸容量。

隨著4G的開展，IDC預估2014年將有60萬用戶從3G轉移到4G，2015年4G用戶數將增至810萬, 年成長1250%。

IDC指出，因台灣釋出的4G頻譜資源有限加上業者激烈競價，頻段過於零碎，預期台灣4G正式營運初期較難達成LTE Category 3的標準，需等待將來釋出2600MHz頻段, 加上升級至LTE-A，台灣的4G服務品質提升到國際水準。

張盛和：QE退場對房價黃金影響較大

財政部長張盛和與金管會主委曾銘宗在立法院答詢表示，美國量化寬鬆QE逐步退場，對國內利率不致有實質影響，短期內利率不致大幅上升。

盧秀燕質詢表示，美國聯準會宣布QE要小退100億美元，對國內影響為何？曾銘宗表示，昨天歐美股及今天亞股對此均持正面態度；QE逐步退場，代表美國基本面回到正軌，但不會馬上升息，對台出口有幫助。

他說，QE逐退，不代表利率尤其短期利率會馬上升息，代表未來貨幣政策會縮減，長期利率會上升，但短期利率短期內不致有大幅上升條件。

張盛和則表示，QE逐步退場代表美經濟動能成長，美房市開工率增加、失業率降，代表美國經濟穩定了，美是我第二、第三出口國，對我出口有幫助。

他說，影響有兩面，實質面及心理面，實質面貨幣不再寬鬆，但對利率影響不會那麼明顯，國內供給仍大於需求，對利率影響不大，影響大的是心理面，對房價、黃金價格的心理影響大。

※ 引述《sexonly (QQQ)》之銘言： : ※ 引述《bluesata (唐牛才是食神)》之銘言： : : 今天去看了哈比人2 對於劇中的精靈種族感到疑惑 : : 這集中，我們知道瑟蘭督伊是一個精靈王，萬人迷勒苟拉斯是他兒子 : : 在魔戒三部曲中，我們知道另一個精靈王愛隆王，亞玫是他女兒，最後跟亞拉岡結婚 : : 還有另一個精靈女王 凱蘭崔爾-->我就不知道她的功能是??是預言家? : : 所以魔戒的世界觀裡面，總共有三隻精靈種族? : : 那所謂的木精靈就是塞蘭督伊這隻精靈總族嗎? : : 塞蘭督伊自私且不想惹事，那魔戒第一集中勒苟拉斯算是背著他老爸的意願前來助陣瞜? : 整個世界觀來看 有三大族精靈 凡雅族 諾多族 帖勒瑞族 : 一開始大家都在中土大陸甦醒 : 之後所有的凡雅族 諾多族 和部份帖勒瑞族跑到了主神維拉居住的阿門州 : 部分帖勒瑞族則留在中土大陸 從來沒有去過阿門州 : (也就是 辛達族 or 灰精靈 or 木精靈) 應該要這樣分，精靈甦醒時是分為三大宗族， 當主神召喚他們去阿門洲時發生第一次分裂， 其中第一宗族全都去了阿門洲，這是凡雅族， 第二宗族去了二分之一，到達阿門洲的稱為諾多族， 第三宗族人數最多，有三分之二動身，但沒有全部到達阿門洲， 有動身的都可以稱為帖勒瑞，之下又分為南多(走到一半不願意走的)、辛達 (留下來等庭葛王的族人)、狹義的帖勒瑞(到達阿門洲的) 而那些完全沒有聽從主神召喚的，都稱為阿瓦瑞(意思是不情願的) 而這次哈比人2出現的精靈中，瑟蘭督伊血統是辛達族，但他的臣民多是西爾凡(木精靈)。 西爾凡這隻的來歷是南多族的分支，他們沒有像後來的綠精靈翻越迷霧山脈， 而是居住在安督因河谷，後來跟阿瓦瑞混在一起很難分辨， 之後接受了東遷回來的某些辛達貴族的統治 (ex.瑟蘭督伊的老爸以及羅斯洛利安原本的王)， 這就是羅斯洛利安以及幽暗密林的精靈主要族群(辛達的王+木精靈+很少的他族精靈) : 主要人物 包括 瑟蘭督伊 勒苟拉斯 : 最高貴的凡雅族從頭到尾都待在阿門州 (憤怒之戰除外 算是觀光吧) : 部分諾多族則因為各種理由跑回中土大陸 之後又陸續跑回阿門州 : 魔戒時代還留下來的諾多族包括 : 精靈女王凱蘭崔爾 以及愛隆王 愛隆理論上不能算諾多~血統太雜，不過看起來文化應該屬於諾多族沒錯。 : 去過阿門州的精靈 (ex: 凱蘭崔爾) 又被稱為高等精靈 : 各方面的能力都比沒去過的強 : (ex: 他們鑄造的兵器 在中土都被當作神器看待) : 身體也會發亮般閃耀 勒苟拉斯再帥也沒有這個技能 : (詳細請看精靈寶鑽 魔戒跟哈比人沒出現過的角色 下面就不提了) : 魔戒裡傳說般的大人物都會變成小人物 : ex: 精靈女王凱蘭崔爾 在精靈寶鑽只是個沒戲份的蘿莉精靈 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.10.26

凱勒鵬真的要哭了朋友.... 我乾脆順便說一下 羅斯洛利安的第一任王是Amdir，他跟瑟蘭督伊的老爸一樣都死於魔戒1開頭的那場戰爭， 第二任是他的兒子安羅斯，他為了他的女朋友打算西渡，之後失蹤了 所以凱蘭崔爾與凱勒鵬才再度來到羅林接續統治，不過沒有稱王， 都是以領主及夫人稱呼他們。 ※ 編輯: tocatch 來自: 220.143.10.26 (12/19 16:25)

餐廳名稱：世界美食總匯 消費時間：2013/12 地址： 台北市大同區歸綏街187號 電話： 02-2553-0902 營業時間：24小時，每個月第四個禮拜六、日公休兩天 每人平均價位：100元左右 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：米糕粥、花生湯、豬排炒飯 圖文好讀版 http://jay7134.pixnet.net/blog/post/169810668 這是一家位在歸綏街旁的小店，店名口氣很大！叫做世界美食總匯！ 菜色五花八門，有中式、台式、西式，早餐、午餐、下午茶、晚餐、宵夜都可以處理～ 會知道這家店是以前打工地點就在附近，上班前都來這邊外帶晚餐，一吃成主顧！ 用餐時間人潮不斷～老闆要來不及出餐了 牆面豪邁的寫出全部菜色，無法一次入鏡 完整菜單，價格不貴喔！ 飲料寫在這種老式招牌上，有種好喝的感覺XD 記得他們的紅茶也是走傳統口味，甜滋滋的咖啡紅茶 推薦必吃重點：米糕粥、花生湯、紅豆湯、桂圓湯，冬天吃正適合！ 米糕粥 30元 這是我在台北吃過最南部口味的米糕甜粥了！ 濃稠的米糕粥，甜度較高，吃起來有點像八寶粥，但去掉八寶，多了米飯紮實口感 淋上一點米酒、灑上花生粉，滋味豐富相當迷人～一定來吃吃看！ 花生湯 35元 油條 13元 這個吃法是來台北才知道的 一樣是甜度高的花生湯沾油條吃，看似不搭，但吃起來還挺妙的，沒有違和感 花生量比較少，幾乎都浮在碗上了，剛好個人喜歡喝湯大過於吃花生啦～ 豪邁的將油條泡軟再吃，很特別喔～ 冰豆漿 15元 屬無沒有焦味的那種，喜歡焦味的朋友就別點了～ 炒泡麵加貢丸 65元 這家炒泡麵是比較濕的，吃起來就是泡麵啦XD 豬排炒飯 65元 屬於重口味的炒飯粒粒分明，炒工還不錯，鹹香夠味 豬排用醬油、糖醃製入味再煎過，很好吃 不想吃炒飯也可以改點豬排特餐，也是65元，份量差不多 但換成白飯，另加一些炒青菜與一顆荷包蛋 菜圃蛋 20元，有點太鹹了 乾意麵 30元 用沙茶調味，所以就只有沙茶味而已～ 早餐或宵夜時間想來點特別的，可以來這邊吃炒飯與米糕粥喔！ -- 自助旅行、飛行、美食 http://jay7134.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.194.210

〔自由時報記者劉慶侯／台北報導〕警政治安防護系統升級，民眾只要下載「警政服務App」軟體，今後發生或發現任何治安及緊急事件，利用智慧型手機，就可立即和警方取得視訊連繫及定位鎖定，由警方做更精準的調查與服務。

警方指出，民眾自即日起，不論使用iPhone或是Android智慧型手機，皆可透過App Store或Google Play，免費下載安裝及更新「警政服務App」軟體。

警方表示，「雲端視訊報案」App應用程式，可即時回傳現場影像，同時利用文字對談方式輔助，做雙向資訊傳遞。同時，利用智慧型手機標準內建的GPS系統，持續更新報案者坐標位置，並由勤指中心「e化勤指系統」中的電子地圖顯示定位點，誤差範圍為25公尺內。
