中國時報【洪榮志／台南報導】

南區氣象中心旁的小巷弄，轉角處即可瞥見鶯料理。這段路充滿日式風情，曾被譽為台南最有「京都味」的一段路，許多耆老都印象深刻，鰻魚飯、藝妓、軍官更是大家對它的共同記憶。

台南市文獻委員黃天橫回憶說，鶯料理是很高級的料理店，通常只有達官顯要出入，或宴請重要客人才會去。當時，食堂的咖哩飯、炒飯每份2、3角左右，知名的台式料理店，像寶美樓每桌全席10道菜約2、30元，平均每人約2元；但鶯料理每人份起碼5元以上，一道道純日式的菜式十分精緻，食材都從日本進口。

黃天橫說，印象中小學或中學曾隨父親宴請難得來訪的貴客時去過，服侍的女服務生都穿著典雅和服，全都很有禮貌地跪著迎賓，就像現在日本片看到女將一樣。老闆娘也打扮得很漂亮，到家收帳都坐著自家用人力拉車，就像電影中的日本貴婦。

當地黃姓耆老指出，當年他家就住在民權路附近，小時候到民生路私堂學習書法時，就會從鶯料理旁的小巷子經過，偶爾會看到穿日式和服女子穿梭在迴廊，有時會聽到琴弦演奏的聲音，或看到日本軍官出入，大家都知道那是很高級的地方，不是一般普通百姓能夠出入的場所。

方姓耆老則強調，鶯料理的鰻魚飯非常貴，鰻魚塊看起來很肥美，鰻魚湯用鰻魚骨熬久後淋在飯裡，別的地方都吃不到。

儘管耆老們對鶯料亭的藝妓都印象深刻，但今年9月鶯料理「台灣第一刀」日籍店主天野久吉之孫天野朝夫，捐贈久吉購自神戶專門處理鰻魚的「包丁（料理用刀）」、老照片、三味琴等相關文物時卻表示，祖父曾告訴他，鶯料理是一家高級料亭，並沒有藝妓，他推測應是酒客自行邀請前來作樂。

四歲男童踩沙發推窗 連人帶窗六樓墜樓亡

新竹發生一起四歲男童，在推開窗戶時意外從六樓墜落一樓中庭，男童被發現後緊急送醫，但傷重不治。由於男童是獨子，父母親在急診室外得知愛子死亡，相當難過自責。全案已報請檢察官相驗處理中。(彭清仁報導)

警方表示，住在新竹市南寮地區的四歲男童，在家中客廳玩耍，趁著父母親不注意時，疑似腳踩著沙發背，去推開紗窗，由於紗窗外並沒有鐵窗和支撐物，四歲男童連人帶窗一起掉落一樓的中庭。據五樓的住戶供稱，當時正在客廳看電視，隱約看到窗外有物品墜落，一度以為是強風將垃圾吹落，但聽到男童父親大叫一聲後，開窗才看到男童掉落一樓中庭。而男童父親則是抱著已經沒有意識的兒子上救護車，但男童在送醫急救兩個小時，最後仍傷重不治死亡。

據了解，目前就讀幼稚園中班的夏姓男童，是家中的獨子，而且母親在四十歲才生下夏姓男童，夫妻二人對男童十分疼愛。在得知愛子不治消息，男童母親在急診室無法接受事實，也難以承受打擊而當場昏倒。警方在案發後也在現場採證。全案警方已依法報請檢察官相驗當中。

韓車禍受傷母親：盼兩兒子痊癒再回家

台灣觀光客在韓發生車禍，來自台灣的曾浚瑋一家四口都受傷，曾的妻子李姮儀在病床上，心有餘悸的說：搭乘的遊覽車出發僅五分鐘，就發生「碰撞」聲，然後她看到她兩個兒子昏倒了，而且頭部血流不止，後來才知遊覽車，被一輛巴士撞及，而且車頭全毀。她擔心兩個兒子的病情，希望他們兩兄弟完全痊癒之後，再搭機返國回家。

這起車禍，曾浚瑋一家四口，全部受傷。其中十歲大兒子曾華達頭部重創，經送醫急診室接受縫合手術之後，目前還在加護病房，九歲小兒子曾華鈺則眼框骨折、鼻樑及額頭骨裂、曾浚瑋胸骨凸出，而李姮儀，有輕微腦震盪。

來自桃園的曾浚瑋的小舅子李國璽說，受傷較嚴重的是十歲大的兒子曾華達，還需醫生的確診。他姊姊說：但因為小孩子目前不易移動，需要完全痊癒之後，方能搭機返國。

鴻海(2317)控告嘉澤(3533)USB 3.0侵權官司，大陸南京中級人民法院二審維持判決，認為嘉澤大陸子公司蘇州得意侵害鴻海專利。

據了解，鴻海與嘉澤就USB 3.0的專利攻防為時已超過三年，且專利訴訟從美國打到中國。因鴻海曾對外表示，已掌握USB 3.0的專利網絡，多數連接器廠如宏致(3605)、凡甲(3526)等也都採取向鴻海取得授權的模式生產，但嘉澤就並未循相同模式，於是鴻海在2011年7月提出行政調處請求，並於南京立案。

而南京中級人民法院二審判決，仍維持初審決議，認為嘉澤大陸子公司侵害鴻海專利，如果嘉澤放棄上訴，該案將定讞。根據鴻海指出，目前已有20家廠商取得其授權，但嘉澤拒絕授權要求，如果該案定讞，將追討嘉澤未繳的權利金，且蘇州得意將不得再生產USB 3.0產品。

餐廳名稱：葡吉食品 消費時間：2013年12月 地址：台南市中西區成功路200號 電話：06-2263593 (可預訂) 營業時間：09:00 ~ 20:00 (大部分麵包12點之後出爐) 每人平均價位：看你怎麼買 推薦菜色：羅宋 奶露 巧克力吐司 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/329118908 上次在部落格分享台南的新麵包店天使貝可後,立刻有台南在地狼私訊, 要我一定試試這家除了他也是很多台南人從小吃到大的葡吉食品. 愛呷ㄆㄤˋ的我於是請友人駕著他的100載我去一探揪境. 葡吉食品位在離台南火車站不遠的成功路上, 印象中附近有個很大的地標[鴨母寮市場]. 上網查地址時查到這間葡吉已有三十年歷史, 怎麼這白底褐黑色浮雕立體招牌看起來如此時尚! 店內也打破那種幾十年傳統麵包店的年久失修裝潢, 深色牆面,米白餐盤,以及聚光燈直接打spot light在麵包兒們上, 不說還真的以為自己來到什麼新開張的麵包店了! 放眼望去,每個架上都放了滿滿的麵包, 一拿光店員馬上又補上. 說真的,三大排滿滿的麵包,還真不知道該從哪兒逛起. "人家說來這裡一定要拿羅宋麵包啦!!" 朋友指著麵包盤上一個個用袋子裝好的碩大羅宋. 不誇張,兩大盤滿滿的羅宋剛端上, 在我們不到十秒的對話,已經瞬間少了三個. 深怕搶不到這個經典,我們立刻各拿了一個到自己的托盤上. 完全對外開放只差沒讓你走進去的廚房. 麵包香不斷從裡邊飄出,店員則手腳俐落地將麵包裝袋. 本來只知道老麵包店賣麵包,沒想到連這種中式漢餅也賣. 迎合現代小家庭的居住行式, 這裡的中式餅是賣1/4個, 喜歡嚐鮮的人更不用一次吃完整個同口味的大餅,可以多挑幾個口味. 中式麵包區! 看到這個蒜香片頓時覺得好懷念. 小時候我是個死都不吃甜麵包的怪小孩, 來麵包店總是挑香蒜片或蔥麵包. 不過葡吉的蒜香片是法國麵包橫切,而不是一般的切法. 中式麵包之外,葡吉近年來也有許多改良的西式麵包蛋糕, 像最近在各大天然酵母麵包店流行的東風芝士堡, 大理石麵包和雪茄蛋糕等等. 西式蛋糕的入門款,戚風蛋糕也有. 配合即將來到的聖誕季,連包裝也變得十分應景. 每樣麵包看起來都很好吃,本來想說放個幾樣, 結帳時才發現自己的麵包托盤上堆了座小麵包山.... 當天坐火車回高雄,到家時傍晚了. 明明老媽說十分鐘後要吃飯,我還是抵擋不住羅宋的誘惑, 像十歲小孩一樣吵著要吃下午點心(任性) 據說羅宋麵包的"羅宋"是以前上海人對俄國的稱呼,來自Russian. 隨俄國人大量進入上海，帶來廣為人知的「羅宋湯」,「羅宋麵包」等等. 不過我其實很懷疑俄國人真的吃這麼鬆軟的奶香甜麵包嗎XDDD 總而言之,現在台灣改良過後的羅宋麵包,大概呈現這種菱形, 外皮烤到帶點褐的黃金色. 我最喜歡羅宋麵包的地方,就是旁邊烤成深色的的[角角]. 微脆口感的角角,一咬下去帶著濃郁奶香, 就跟吃三峽牛角麵包尖尖角角的口感一樣讓人喜歡! 這幾年吃到比較讓人印象深刻的羅宋麵包, 在葡吉之前就是高雄的方師傅了. 不過比起方師傅,我個人比較喜歡葡吉的. 內部組織同樣鬆軟,麵包可以一片一片撕著吃, 但方師傅的羅宋油脂含量比較高, 雖然我愛奶香, 但一個人吃半個方師傅羅宋就開始覺得膩. 葡吉的羅宋吃起來相對清爽許多. 津津有味吃完羅宋後,老媽立刻把所有麵包藏起來怕我失控繼續吃. 只好等飯後以及隔天早餐和下午茶繼續品嘗啦! ---------------------後來的早餐點心下午茶分隔線---------------------------------------- 在麵包店看到碩大起司塊,毫不猶豫把就把它夾上盤的東風芝士堡. 同樣名稱的麵包在很多麵包店都有,但起司給到這麼多又大塊的, 葡吉絕對可以排到前幾名. 這種麵包裡的高熔點起司不是第一次吃到, 不過這麵包吃起來讓我印象深刻的是它的麵包質地. 不用打著手工酵母等招牌,這個東風芝士堡就呈現鬆軟卻又帶著些許彈性的口感. 葡吉沒預定幾乎搶不到的奶露麵包. 當時麵包盤上只剩一個, 這個是我強力說服他天天都有機會到麵包店買,我很久才來一次, 努力與他協調,他才放棄出手,乖乖把最後一個獵物交到我手中. 完全可以了解為什麼這款麵包受歡迎,這個中間的奶油餡太強大啦!!! 與其說它是奶油餡,倒比較像卡士達醬的味道,但吃起來不會太厚重, 餡料和麵包的比例也抓得剛好,吃到最後也不覺得膩口 (這麵包默默就被我吃掉半條了...) 虎皮麵包. 以前在市場蠻常看到[虎皮蛋糕], 但虎皮紋路應用在麵包上我是第一次看到(笑) 我一向喜歡帶點脆皮口感的東西,所以當時也挾了它. 和前幾款麵包比起來,這虎皮比較沒那麼讓我印象深刻. 可能是麵包組織空氣稍多些,然後吃起來也比較乾柴. 重點是剛剛的東風起司堡起司給得那麼大器, 為何這個虎皮麵包的cream cheese只有一點點嘛~(大哭) 完全是為巧克力控老妹買的巧克力吐司. 看起來就知道巧克力下得不手軟,在外面吃過許多巧克力吐司, 顏色都比較偏巧克力牛奶的淺咖啡色. 這個巧克力吐司完全贏得我和老妹的心 吐司口感鬆軟綿密又纖細,味道是帶點苦味的苦甜巧克力. 重點是裡面這個巧克力山洞,山壁旁還附著一些帶點濃稠感的巧克力呀~~ 邊吃邊有種在山洞裡發現鐘乳石的驚喜感(老妹:這甚麼爛比喻!) 最後是松子塔, 一個要價80, 買的時候有點猶豫, 但想說好像可以給家中兩老當配咖啡的點心,就還是買下去了. 葡吉的松子塔也是走不甜膩的清爽塔類路線,塔皮是比較硬脆的餅乾口感, 松子的品質很棒,大小一致且烤過之後沒有堅果的臭油味, 配上帶著微微苦味的焦糖, 配黑咖啡再適合不過. 真的很開心有台南在地狼的推薦,讓我有機會來到這家傳說中台南人麵包店. 葡吉食品完全打破我對幾十年的老麵包店的刻板印象, 不僅台式麵包做得好吃,改良西式麵包也表現不俗, 除了價格略高不能常買外, 完全可以理解為什麼它可以擄獲許多台南人的心~ 下次來台南,想要帶個伴手禮回家孝敬家人時絕對要再來!!!! -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.76.238 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 Tainan 12/16 07:45 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 Bread 12/16 07:45
