日月光事件 國外封測廠有機會

日月光陷入高雄廠廢水事件風暴。法人表示，若半導體上游IC設計廠採取預防性轉單，國外封測大廠艾克爾或星科金朋將成主要受惠對象；矽品也部分受惠。
法人表示，日月光廢水事件對台灣半導體封測供應鏈影響有待觀察，主要需檢視上游IC設計廠商是否會採取預防性轉單動作；目前看來IC設計廠商並未採取預防性轉單動作。
法人認為，若日月光廢水事件，影響IC設計廠商預防性轉單，大部分轉單對象也不會是日月光的競爭對手矽品，反而韓國封測大廠艾克爾(Amkor)或是位於新加坡的星科金朋(STATS-ChipPAC)，可能成為主要受惠對象。
法人以日月光重量級客戶高通(Qualcomm)為例，高通是全球舉足輕重的通訊晶片設計大廠，占日月光整體封測業績比重 1成；相關晶片除了委給日月光封測，基於分散供應(multi source)，高通相關產品也委由艾克爾和星科金朋封測，委由矽品封測比重相對較小。
據了解，日月光高雄K7廠主要生產覆晶(FlipChip)封裝和凸塊晶圓(Bumping)，約有5000員工，產品絕大部份應用在通訊晶片；K7廠每月產能金額約5700萬美元；K7廠營收占日月光集團整體營收比重接近1成。

跟女友交往已經滿六年了，他是一個很單純的女孩， 甚至可以說是笨。而我是一個不體貼的男孩，只因為 他死心塌地的愛著我，所以吝嗇於對她講些甜言蜜語 畢業後含當兵已經遠距離3年多了，她的身邊出現過 2位追求她的人，但是我始終相信他不會背叛我。 最近這一位我知道是他的同事，就叫阿光吧。 聽聞阿光人生路上很孤獨，女友說跟她的背景很像， 所以工作上不僅是好夥伴，也是談論心事的對象， 就在剛剛女友跟我坦承已經跟對方達到3壘，也許我還 很冷靜，回想著在床上扮演壞人，如果對方想對她非禮 她會如何回應的情節。結果卻是得到還沒給對方達陣的話， 心裡還是向著我的，只因為想給這孤獨的人一絲絲溫暖， 所以失守了防線。 我真的無法相信.... 這些話也是因為遠距離，剛剛視訊才不小心套出來的， 也許她也打算向我坦承了吧，因為她真的是一個沒有心機的女孩， 以前吵架通常都是我愛生悶氣，而她總是想要趕快和好的那一個人， 想不到我也被扣上這頂帽子，她不想離開我 但是這段關係的裂痕能修補嗎?她已經跟我保證不會再犯了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.186.69

文林苑王家要求原地重建 法院上午將宣判

【法庭中心／台北報導】台北市政府以公權力介入文林苑都更案，代建商樂揚建設拆除王家，王家打官司要求原地重建，台北高等行政法院上午10時30分將宣判。 北市去年3月強拆文林苑都更案不同意戶王家，引起輿論抨擊侵害人民居住權，王家為護家打的首件訴訟敗訴定讞後，大法官今年4月為此做出釋憲，認為《都市更新條例》中，屋主、地主1/10同意的門檻過低，未確實保障人民權益，已經違憲，應在1年內檢討修正。 但因文林苑都更案箭在弦上，來不及等修法，王家仍繼續對市府代拆部分提出訴訟，期間雖一度因副市長張金鶚願居間協調，而暫停訴訟，但最後宣告破局。 【更多新聞，請看《蘋果陪審團》粉絲團】

壇蜜暴紅尬國際名模 奉獻裸體拍寫真

【李彥初／綜合報導】日本「情色女王」壇蜜因日劇《半澤直樹》爆紅，日前獲流行天后濱崎步的攝影師好友Lesile Kee邀請，全裸三點不露為他拍攝入行15周年攝影寫真集《Super Love》，並發布在instagram上。
Lesile Kee是知名攝影師，同時爭議也頗多，他早年曾因拍慈善攝影集疑用電腦將郭富城圖片改成大膽裸照尺度引發爭議外，今年初他在東京販賣男性色情寫真刊物還被警察拘捕。這回他起用國際時裝名模Ava Smith及Ryan Schira拍攝紀念寫真，還讓壇蜜加入行列。而壇蜜平常拍照雖然「裸」慣了，不過這次經由Lesile Kee之手，更多添了一分藝術感。

王郁琦：下次會談簽租稅協議

陸委會主委王郁琦今天參加全國商業總會舉辦的「兩岸租稅協議說明會」會後表示，兩岸兩會第十次會談預定簽署租稅、氣象、地震監測三項協議，但因租稅協議仍需要與國內充分溝通，會談時間尚未確定。
