吳火生看開盤 美就業數字佳台股戰新高

美股上周五因非農就業數字增加20.3萬人、失業率降至7.0%，四大指數不再因量化寬鬆QE可能提前縮減下跌而上漲，頗有從資金行情走向景氣行情的味道，已開盤的日、韓股市以 1%漲幅回應， 估計今天應刺激亞股收紅、台股在本周有望挑戰今年新高8,476點。

台新投顧董事長吳火生指出，由於美股在上周五之前已連跌五個交易日，上周五的走揚的確有有轉向景氣行情的態勢，而本周四美國將公布11月零售銷售數字，估計月增率為0.6%，不妨觀察此一數據公布的美股反應。

在台股方面，外資在上周五小幅賣超、期貨也小增空單，而上周五的美股大漲，不排除今天又重返買方，以目前指數點數來看，今天一次大漲百點再創新高的機率不高，但只要能收紅50點以上、或是突破短線頭部8,437點，技術面即可轉強向上、有利台股在本周突破今年新高8,476點。

消息面上，除了留意美國零售銷售數字外，本周美國兩黨進行預算協商、大陸將啟動年底前中央經濟工作會議、以及下周美國聯邦公開市場委員會議（FOMC）將召開前市場的解讀等，都需要留意。

另外，下午財政部將公布進出口數字，財政部長張盛和已先預告11月出口為仍是負成長，但衰退幅度縮減，因此估計對今、明盤面成中性影響。

類股上，上周的主流F股與新股漲多，吳火生認為本周難免震盪，反而可以觀察開始走強的蘋果概念股、與低檔轉強的電子股，如正文（4906）、隆達（3698）全新（2455）飛捷（6206）等；此外，11月營收表現佳的個股仍是資金集中標的，而本月為集團作帳月，不妨留意台塑、亞東、台聚、統一等傳統集團作帳的情況。

日月明功出人命 默園遭撒冥紙詛咒

〔自由時報記者蔡文正、張聰秋、顏宏駿／彰化報導〕彰化縣「日月明功」靈修團體在和美鎮的靈修場「默園」，大門外的排水溝昨天出現大量冥紙，冥紙寫了「陳」、「巧」、「明」等，還有「殺」字，警方懷疑有人不滿高中生遭虐殺，利用夜間撒冥紙洩憤，已調閱監視器追查。

這些冥紙以粉筆寫有「陳」、「巧」、「明」、「人」、「才」、「殺」等字，民眾議論紛紛；柯姓居民說，前晚經過默園前，未發現水溝內有冥紙，昨天上午卻見撒滿冥紙，擔心是有人詛咒，或想替死者伸冤。

一警爆料 日月明功退會拒退費

一名彰化員警昨向記者爆料，指日月明功不斷要求會員邀親朋好友入會來拉「業績」，警員的妻子在朋友介紹下繳了8萬元入會，還帶他的2個女兒、岳母及4、5個朋友一起入會，後來察覺日月明功的跳舞是其次，主要是讓會員互相批鬥，感覺要箝制會員思想，妻察覺不對萌生退意，陳巧明竟拒絕退費。

爆料員警於是以警察身分找陳巧明談判，揚言要告她詐欺，陳巧明才退還4萬元給員警妻，中途退出的其他會員，則一毛錢都沒拿回來。

彰化縣政府民政處副處長戴瑞文表示，將就民眾指控日月明功歛財部分啟動調查；至於死者高中生詹淳寓，生前為何和日月明功學員大老遠集體赴嘉義市某婦產科看診，是否涉及盜刷健保卡？陳巧明向學員收取高額的入會費及年費，卻未按規定繳稅，檢警也將調查。

〔自由時報記者謝佳君、張傳佳、林曉雲／台北報導〕台北市敦化國中一名家長昨天以「給郝龍斌市長的陳情書」為題，在自由時報刊登大幅廣告，內容指控女兒在學校長期遭同班一名同學霸凌，向校方反映卻未獲改善，疑校方意圖護短，息事寧人。但學校表示，指控內容並非廣告中被點名的學生所為，明天會召集相關學生釐清。

這名家長受訪時表示，女兒患有糖尿病，現就讀敦化國中八年級，但疑自七年級就長期遭同班一名同學霸凌。今年九月，該生誣陷女兒破壞其他同學的筆記本；十月時故意不給她課堂講義；十一月時甚至要同學半踩半踢地給她女兒地理考卷；且長期以三字經等不堪入耳的言語羞辱她女兒。

家長說，國一就曾向該班男導師反映，當時老師僅以口頭勸導，今年九月她再陸續向現在的導師反映，但一直未獲改善。她後來親自將陳情書交給校長，訓導主任也來電表示會多加留意，但十二月四日女兒在為校慶練習時，又被同學言語霸凌，身心俱創，五日的協調會中，該生家長、同時也是任教於該校的老師當面允諾會向女兒道歉。

家長︰長期遭霸凌 不道歉就訴諸法律

但讓她氣憤難平的是，沒想到隔天該師竟說，其子不承認有公然言語辱罵她女兒，要求錄音證據等，她忍無可忍，才決定透過媒體廣告為女兒討公道。她說，希望該生道歉，如再犯則予轉班；若堅不道歉，一切將訴諸法律。

對於花錢刊登廣告，且直接刊出學生班級、姓名，家長說，這是她畢生積蓄，就是希望揭露惡行，而且陳述的都是事實，並掌握證據，一切交由律師處理。

敦化國中昨緊急召開記者會，校長高敏慧表示，協調會上老師雖允諾若其子有不當言行會向家長致歉，但老師求證兒子和其他同學，均表示沒有此事，所以才會希望有錄音等證據。記者昨天打電話到該師家中，接電話的人不表明身分，但表示：「她很有錢嗎？你覺得還有必要講嗎？有意義嗎？」等，隨即掛掉電話。

教務主任邱臣右說，這名女同學有時也有比較不得宜的言行，與同學互動不良，偶有摩擦，情況短時間無法獲得改善。但這名女同學昨極力否認有不當措詞和語氣不佳，更難過地說，這名同學直到昨天還在臉書用不堪入目的字眼謾罵。

郝龍斌︰已要求查證 若有霸凌會慎重處理

市長郝龍斌表示，已要求教育局查證事情真相，如果有霸凌，絕對會慎重處理。他也呼籲家長應考慮以不傷害子女及班上同學的方式陳情，避免造成二次傷害。教育局長林奕華表示，已要求學校依循相關途徑處理，並請督學持續了解狀況。

教部︰若不接受校方處置 可依循體制申訴

教育部學特司司長劉仲成表示，登廣告是家長個人行為，但若不能接受學校處理方式，可以依循體制向教育局處申訴，因敦化國中尚未確認此案是霸凌，因此之前並未通報教育部，明天學校會開會釐清事件，同時也要啟動輔導機制，對班級同學進行心理輔導。

前交通部長郭瑤琪因收賄遭判刑8年定讞，昨日她出面喊冤，質疑南仁湖集團少東李宗賢供詞反覆，且檢調也不斷更改筆錄，「每一題都改，最後變成在看圖說故事。」她以哽咽語氣捍衛清白，強調「真的沒有拿錢」。

被控在扁政府時代的台北車站招標案中，收受廠商南仁湖集團2萬美元賄款的郭瑤琪，在被最高法院判刑定讞後，昨日邀請有意參選北市長的醫師柯文哲、律師顧立雄等人陪同，出面召開記者會，她痛批檢調偵辦過程充滿瑕疵，考慮提再審和非常上訴。

郭瑤琪表示，李宗賢最先的證詞，指賄款是裝在以塑膠袋包裝的2罐茶葉內，且茶葉罐材質是紅色鐵製品，最後出現在筆錄上的供詞，卻變成裝在蕾絲紙袋的1罐茶葉，且罐子的材質是紅色的厚紙板，「前後證詞不一，不排除對李宗賢提起偽證告訴。」

郭瑤琪更指出，後來聽勘驗錄音光碟時，發現調查員說要改筆錄，且「每一題都要改」。

郭瑤琪強調，當幾十年的公務員，營造、建築業都很清楚，她是個不會收錢的人。她說，法官曾詢問為何「連茶葉也要收？」她解釋，愈不起眼的東西她才愈會收，愈起眼的東西會愈害怕。

日月明功出人命 默園遭撒冥紙詛咒

〔自由時報記者蔡文正、張聰秋、顏宏駿／彰化報導〕彰化縣「日月明功」靈修團體在和美鎮的靈修場「默園」，大門外的排水溝昨天出現大量冥紙，冥紙寫了「陳」、「巧」、「明」等，還有「殺」字，警方懷疑有人不滿高中生遭虐殺，利用夜間撒冥紙洩憤，已調閱監視器追查。

這些冥紙以粉筆寫有「陳」、「巧」、「明」、「人」、「才」、「殺」等字，民眾議論紛紛；柯姓居民說，前晚經過默園前，未發現水溝內有冥紙，昨天上午卻見撒滿冥紙，擔心是有人詛咒，或想替死者伸冤。

一警爆料 日月明功退會拒退費

一名彰化員警昨向記者爆料，指日月明功不斷要求會員邀親朋好友入會來拉「業績」，警員的妻子在朋友介紹下繳了8萬元入會，還帶他的2個女兒、岳母及4、5個朋友一起入會，後來察覺日月明功的跳舞是其次，主要是讓會員互相批鬥，感覺要箝制會員思想，妻察覺不對萌生退意，陳巧明竟拒絕退費。

爆料員警於是以警察身分找陳巧明談判，揚言要告她詐欺，陳巧明才退還4萬元給員警妻，中途退出的其他會員，則一毛錢都沒拿回來。

彰化縣政府民政處副處長戴瑞文表示，將就民眾指控日月明功歛財部分啟動調查；至於死者高中生詹淳寓，生前為何和日月明功學員大老遠集體赴嘉義市某婦產科看診，是否涉及盜刷健保卡？陳巧明向學員收取高額的入會費及年費，卻未按規定繳稅，檢警也將調查。
