【聯合報╱記者藍宗標／台北報導】 中信集團回鍋中職，新隊名傾向「中信兄弟」，吉祥物也可能再用大象；中信內部指出， 象是群聚動物，符合團隊精神象徵，也可結合公司長年使用「We are family」的口號。 中信2008年告別球迷時，使用12年的鯨魚走入歷史，明年再用這個吉祥物的機率應不高； 相關人士說，大象是否復活仍待仔細評估，公司做出任何決定，一定會符合大多數球迷的 期待。 中信用贊助方式，砸下4億元接手象隊，未來10年的單季「贊助金額」是4千萬元；事實上 ，這就是接手象隊的價碼，新球團每年仍將砸下重金支付全隊開銷，包括球員薪資、比賽 開銷、商品開發，最少還要幾千萬元。 中信昨天重申，未來不會介入球隊經營，會交給專業的經營團隊運作；華翼育樂公司有行 銷、包裝藝人的經驗，這對經營職棒是好事，接手象隊後將可無縫接軌。 中信金是上市公司，接下象隊的過程一定要符合法令規定；這個模式有如當年以中信鯨育 樂公司加入中職，子公司獨立，再由母企業以合作方式投入職棒。 中信鯨1997年加入中職，隔年開始實施主客場制，前兩季主場觀眾排名第2，後來人氣衰 退，從2004到08年都在聯盟墊底，最後1季平均觀眾掉到只剩993人；明年能否吸引大批象 迷繼續支持，成了新球團的最大挑戰。 【2013/12/05 聯合報】 http://udn.com/NEWS/SPORTS/SPO3/8339905.shtml#ixzz2mXHryZHz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.222.224

防兒童墜樓　立委要求加強宣導裝隱形鐵窗

【李英婷／台北報導】新北市在一天內連續發生兩名幼童墜樓死亡的不幸意外，國民黨立委王育敏今發新聞稿表示，根據新修正的《公寓大廈管理條例》第8條規定，只要住戶家中有12歲以下兒童，在不妨礙逃生且不突出於外牆的前提下，自家陽台或窗台得設置隱形鐵窗等兒童防墜設施，且無須經管委會同意。該規定已在今年5月正式施行，但令人遺憾，悲劇再次上演。

王育敏還表示，最近也接獲民眾沈先生陳情指出，他家中有2名學齡前幼兒，且合法裝設隱形鐵窗，日前卻遭部分社區管委會的委員點名施壓，要求盡快拆除，可見兒童防墜條款的法令宣導仍嫌不足。王要求，內政部營建署及各地方主管機關，應通令各公寓大廈管委員會，不得再以社區規約禁止裝設兒童防墜設施；教育部與衛福部也應分別針對幼兒園、社區保母系統等加強宣導與公安稽查。

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】28歲曾姓男子2年前在網路化名「拖爾」與施姓女子交往，取得施女信任後透過臉書誆稱要到中國廣東設廠製造公仔，但被中國限制出境，需要錢解決，另佯稱要去日本買設備和原料需要資金，先後向施女詐騙552萬元。

去年曾男故伎重施，又在臉書對施女表示在日本被限制出境，需要錢解除限制出境，施女查覺有異，發現曾男當時人在苗栗，才知受騙並報案。台中地檢署今依詐欺罪將曾男起訴。

智利國銅冶煉廠因抗議停工 俄鋁估鋁價回升

路透社報導，智利國家銅業公司（Codelco）12月3日表示，旗下第三大礦場丘基卡馬塔（ Chuquicamata）的冶煉廠已經因為工人要求加薪的抗議而停工，但並未表示此是否將影響到礦場的生產。丘基卡馬塔今年1-9月的銅產量為237,000公噸，較去年同期下滑5%，主要因為礦石品位下滑的影響。

1905年開始開採的丘基卡馬塔露天銅礦近年來生產成本上升，國際市場銅價低於每磅2.9美元即出現虧損；今年上半年由於採取一系列降低成本的措施，該礦損益平衡點降到每磅2.6美元。智利國銅預計將投資41.56億美元用於該礦的地下礦建設，預計2019年開始?用。

彭博社12月4日報導，全球最大的鋁生產商俄羅斯鋁業（United Co. Rusal）表示，2017年除中國大陸外全球鋁產量將落後於需求240萬噸，此可望吸收庫存並逆轉鋁價跌勢。俄鋁副執行長Oleg Mukhamedshin稱，供應不足情況至少在2017年前只會加劇，因需求增加且產能削減。Mukhamedshin表示，2013年至2017年，需求預計將每年增長6-6.5%。俄鋁預計，2014年和2015年缺口將擴大至130萬噸，2016年將進一步擴大至190萬噸，2017年達到240萬噸。

Mukhamedshin稱，除大陸外，全球已削減170萬噸產能，預計明年還將有100萬噸產能限制或推遲，隨著全球鋁庫存縮減，這遲早將開始影響鋁價。俄鋁稱，僅考慮供需因素的話，明年價格應在每噸2,000美元左右，2015年料為2,250美元，2016年為每噸2,400美元。

巴克萊資本（Barclays Capital）最新報告指出，在生產商削減產量的努力之下，今年除中國大陸外的全球鋁市預估將有27.5萬噸的供給缺口，這將是2006/07年以來首見。巴克萊分析師史諾頓（Nicholas Snowdon）表示，今年7-11月間，全球鋁生產商合計削減了140萬噸的年產能，削減產能的效應將會在明年完全顯現出來，此也將對鋁價構成支撐。

新北市政府將7、8、21、22日舉行「歡樂耶誕城」演唱會，預估將湧人潮，為避免影響交通，新板特區周邊道路將實施管制。

新北市交通局指出，4天在市民廣場舉行大卡司的演唱會，預估將吸引大批民眾參與，活動區域周邊將進行交通管制，請民眾盡量搭乘大眾運輸工具參與。

交通局指出，為利活動前置及撤除作業，演唱會日期前後2天就開始進行彈性交通管制，包括新站路(中山路至縣民大道)從6日晚間8時到9日清晨6時封閉；20日晚間8時起到23日清晨6時封閉。

縣民大道(新站路至新府路)、新府路(中山路至縣民大道)將視狀況進行彈性管制。

交通局呼籲駕駛人活動期間配合交通管制，改道行駛，例如避開縣民大道，提前改道行駛中山路或文化路；避開新站路、新府路：改行駛漢生東路、民權路；原利用華翠大橋往返新北市、台北市駕駛，建議改行駛光復橋、華江橋。

最近看到黑豹旗的開打，心中有著滿滿的感動，終於一般的高中社團也能參加全國性 的大賽了。讓我們也有著甲子園般的棒球熱潮，可以讓每個高中生心中，留下值得記 念的回憶。打全國大賽，未必要科班與重點發展學校，而是每個有夢的高中生都可以 。 在這個信念之下，我建議將五專一到三年級，也劃入黑豹旗的範圍內，雖然五專生也 以打大專杯，但我相信，大專杯跟黑豹旗全國聯賽的意義不一樣。是一群熱血的16到 18歲的年青學子的美夢，就像鄰家女孩、灌籃高手之類漫畫裡所描述的精神與熱情是 一樣的。 註:我是五專畢業的中年人了，也很喜愛棒球，可惜沒機會再打黑豹旗了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.159.244

這真的是蠻誇張,不過你算是又賺到一台新車,沒損失吧~
倒是原先已訓車那台,車行是當新車賣還是中古車賣,下任車主比較吃虧吧
還有有沒有訓車其實不用那麼介意,車在產線完裝時 就已經 油門 灌到底 至少10秒測試了,
所以早就被 破處了.

爆發黑心油品事件的富味鄉，近日則是多事之秋，現又涉嫌違反《證券交易法》涉及內線交易，4日上午新北地檢署兵分11路，前往富味鄉工廠和員工宿舍搜索，除帶回大量文件和資料外，董事長陳文南等共23個人涉案、5名證人共28人被帶回偵訊。5日凌晨被移送新北地檢署複訊，陳文南以50萬元交保。

芝麻油大廠富味鄉日前因黑心油事件及標示不實，重創股價，從原本的高點80元開始重挫，最低來到29.8元，在混油事件淡化後，股價緩步爬升，目前重回43元，來到43.8元。

富味香10月21日召開記者會，公然說謊，發布不實訊息，說棉籽油全都外銷，24日才又承認有內銷，檢方懷疑這段時間，富味鄉可能是為了鞏固投資人信心，趁股價即將受挫前，讓特定人士提早將股票脫手，涉嫌違反《證券交易法》。

檢方4日上午兵分11路，前往富味鄉位於新北市五股區的總公司，以及彰化工廠進行搜索，帶回25箱相關資料，其中大部分是帳冊、倉儲紀錄以及財務會計的電腦，並將董事長陳文南等28人移送新北市調處偵訊說明，而陳文南與兄弟陳瑞禮、陳錫銘，以及發言人林秀蓉4人，因涉嫌內線交易被列為被告，5日凌晨移送新北地檢署複訊。

經過漏夜複訊後，陳文南被依違反《證券交易法》列為被告，5日凌晨3時，檢察官諭令50萬交保；林秀蓉同也以50萬交保，陳文南的2個弟弟陳瑞禮和陳錫銘，也各以30萬交保。

涉內線交易 檢調兵分11路搜索富味鄉

新北地檢署檢察官今（4）日早上8點指揮法務部調查局新北市調處的幹員，持搜索票至富味鄉股份有限食品公司（簡稱富味鄉）等11處的地點進行搜索，並帶回28名的犯罪嫌疑人與證人進行約詢。此外，富味鄉疑在標榜純黑麻油中，攙加黃麻油，新北市府政府衛生局已經轉請彰化地檢署調查。

新北地檢署發言人主任檢察官馮成說，新北地檢署檢察官今日早上8點指揮法務部調查局新北市調處的幹員，對於富味鄉違反證券交易法之散佈不實的重大訊息影響股價，及內線交易等不法的罪嫌，持法院開立的11張搜索票，分別至富味鄉五股總公司、彰化工廠等11處的地點進行搜索；並帶回包括董事長陳文南等28名犯罪嫌疑人與證人進行約詢，以釐清相關的犯罪事實。

新北衛生局也表示，彰化縣府衛生局依照勾稽相關的進出口原料與配方、流向，查出富味鄉疑在標榜純黑麻油的4項油品中攙加黃麻油，所查出的品項，分別為富味鄉頂級黑麻油、富味鄉特級黑麻油、富味鄉高級黑麻油（皆3公升塑膠罐裝），及1公升鐵罐裝的黑麻油；這4項產品的外包裝都標榜100%黑麻油，但卻遭彰化衛生局查出配方攙有0.5％至37％不等的黃麻油。

衛生局指出，富味鄉總公司位於新北市五股區，新北市政府接獲彰化衛生局移來的案件，依照標示不實要移送新北地檢署偵辦，但標示不實油品案都統由彰化檢方偵辦；富味鄉在24項內銷的油品中攙加「棉籽油」，以及1項的花生油中添加香料，總共有25項的油品違規，標示不實，因此今年10月遭新北市政府依違反食品衛生管理法重罰800萬元。

今年網購星期一的銷售狀況，在消費者不去實體商店的情況下而蓬勃進發。網購星期一的銷售額來到 17.35 億美元，使其成為史上表現最佳的星期一。

《Time》報導，根據 comScore 數據顯示，本年度與去年相比，網購星期一的銷售上揚了 18%。消費者也在網購星期一之前的周末瀏覽線上商店，花費額度達到 159.4 億美元，較去年成長 34%。

整體而言，美國消費者在今年的假期季節迄今消費金額為 239 億美元。

星期一是感恩節後第一個完整的上班日，當職員回到工作崗位上時，他們會上網尋找划算的購物選擇。網購星期一的良好景況，反映了黑色星期五的疲態：今年黑色星期五的銷售額料將下滑2 .9%。

（幫朋友代 PO） 大家好，其實我不是事主，但皇帝不急急死太監， 我這個三八都快看不下去了，所以來請大家給點意見， 幫幫我們這群太監的皇帝。 是這樣的，我公司有個男同事， 聽其他同事說他對女孩子還滿體貼， 有些舉動會讓女生覺得很窩心 （像是女生生理期肚子很痛時會默默塞給女生暖暖包然後默默地走掉）。 但是，因為他的龜，造成他從來沒交過女朋友的事實（如果他沒騙我的話）。 也因為他的哥哥都還沒有結婚，所以家中也不會給他太多壓力， 他就一直繼續龜。 原本我跟他沒有太多交集，但因為借東西之便，覺得龜兄人滿好的， 風趣幽默也很會喇賽，對於公司的幼稚鬼也不太計較，長相身材都不錯。 我自己的姐妹淘中有個女生條件不錯，但就是太內向， 雖然想交男朋友，但又不好意思主動。 我個人覺得這兩位還滿搭的，想約雙方出來聚餐見個面這樣。 因為是姐妹淘，所以女生方面要約出來沒有問題。 但問題就出在約龜兄，他一開始還很開心地跟我喇塞， 喇到最後發現我是認真的，就龜起來不理我了！！！ 沒想到之前都是嘴砲！ 我有和跟他較熟的同事打探過，發現他的龜也不是一年兩年的事了。 有個同事說他常常靠北沒有女朋友，但每當有人要介紹女生給他認識他就龜縮， 如果騙他去吃飯他也會氣好幾個月。他寧願在家打電動也不肯出去認識女生。 不曉得大家身邊有沒有這樣的龜人？可否請教大家如何成功把他約出來？ 請大家給點意見，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.142.231

權證市場持續熱絡，據證交所統計，至今年12/3止，上市權證發行檔數達1.46萬檔，已超越2012年發行檔數1.458萬檔，再創歷史新高，並已連 4 年權證發行檔數皆破萬檔；另外，權證成交值占市場比重也持續提升，從2012年的1.11%，提升至1.7%，增幅達53%，證交所表示，此舉顯見，權證市場持續獲得投資人青睞。

證交所指出，近年為健全權證投資環境，持續從交易機制公平、權證資訊透明、商品多樣化及加強教育宣導等四方面著手，全面促進權證投資環境之提昇。

交易機制方面，證交所2012年11月實施權證發行人退場機制，權證發行人未依規定報價或影響投資人權益者，最重將退場；今年 7 月進一步穩定報價系統，另外為便利投資人交易，增進權證交易之效率，自今年11月 4 日起取消買賣權證單筆達100張時需預收款券之規定，使投資人交易更順暢便利。

資訊透明方面，證交所除在網站及公開資訊觀測站設立權證專區外，也建置「權證資訊揭露平台」，提供投資人查詢造市者報價之買賣價差、每筆買賣數量及買賣波動率。

商品多樣化方面，證交所指出，除准許權證發行人發行看多之認購權證及看空之認售權證外，在2011年 7 月也開放發行牛熊證。

透過多年營造，證交所指出，台灣權證市場投資環境已漸趨健全，各種數據顯示權證市場交易日趨活絡，未來立法院通過權證避險交易之證交稅率降至0.1%，以及主管機關開放權證交易當沖制度，勢必將權證市場之交易推向另一高峰。
