標題[詢問] 最近發現無法在新聞下方的討論區留言

如題 這兩天想要在所有新聞下方的臉書留言討論區留言時會跳出來 "你被禁止在 facebook 社交工具發表回應"所以無法留言 然後跳出視窗說可以申訴 但要上傳身分證件照片(還要照到出生年月日) 為何會這樣?是被檢舉了嗎?(如果是這樣那要符合什麼條件才會達到被禁止留言?) 所以無法恢復了嗎? 要上傳證件照但這裡是台灣 視窗說明都是英文 他們看得懂喔?(這裡還是用民國，他們會換算出生年嗎?) 有人有遇過這種情況的嗎? 要怎麼恢復? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.122.47.178

大家好，首先先謝謝各位； 七月左右曾經上來詢問各位挑選手機的問題，最後選擇的是OG，使用經驗很好！ 如今換媽媽想要換手機了，爬了文也去過中華摸一輪手機了，但還是無法抉擇...... 套用大省333方案的情形下的預算在一萬以下（但是低於五千的也可以） 主要的需求希望照相不要太差（出去玩的時候會隨手拍）、 音質不要太差（她喜歡聽歌） 小遊戲（candy或是她嚮往很久的切水果） 通訊與社交軟體（line、facebook等） 講電話（所以通話的音量跟話質也不能夠忽略） 綜合以上，雖然我自己使用OG的體驗不錯， 但還是覺得相機部分應該有除了OG跟OGJ以外的選擇 這個價位已經可以選到蝴蝶了，但是蝴蝶的SENSE5我不是很會操作，怕沒辦法教她 同理，所以windows phone我也不考慮 在現場也有試過in610（媽媽50歲，大螢幕跟大的字很重要），覺得滿ok 爬過文之後也有對acer s1、e2跟sharp sh837、sh930等動心 但是板上也都有關於這幾支手機程度不一的缺點的文，讓我有點緊張...... 最後，希望各位能夠給我一點建議， 希望能夠幫我媽挑到一隻穩定度佳又符合她需求的手機！ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.1.108

監察院國防及情報委員會召集委員葛永光等9位委員，廿八日前往國防部實施巡察座談，瞭解國軍各項施政，並提供建言。（軍聞社記者林敬傑攝）

（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北廿八日電）監察院國防及情報委員會今天前往國防部進行102年度中央機關巡察座談會，國防部長嚴明特別感謝監委們長期關切國防施政，並透過巡察針對國軍建軍備戰、亞太環境變遷、臺海情勢發展、國防戰略規劃、部隊教育訓練、聯合戰力整備及武器裝備籌補等工作提出建言，對提升國軍整體戰力與國防事務推動助益甚多。

　監察院國防及情報委員會召集委員葛永光，偕同趙昌平、余騰芳、洪昭男、林鉅鋃、周陽山、尹祚芊、李復甸及馬秀如等9位委員上午蒞國防部舉行座談會，嚴部長率參謀總長高廣圻上將、副部長嚴德發上將及各聯參單位幕僚主管與會列席。

　嚴部長致詞表示，當前兩岸關係雖趨和緩，但綜觀目前區域安全需求及中共仍未放棄武力犯臺之情勢，國軍在預防戰爭理念及「防衛固守，有效嚇阻」的國防政策指導下，本「從嚴從難、求精求實」的精神，堅實國防陣容，建構有效的防衛力量，確保國家與國人生命財產安全。

　部長強調，推動「募兵制」為現階段國防重大政策，國防部有信心也有決心貫徹執行，即使面對許多挑戰，但國軍仍將以嚴謹、務實的態度，從「留營」和「招募」兩方面雙管齊下，持續改善部隊內部管理、生活設施、訓練模式、進修管道與軍眷照顧，營造愉悅的工作環境，創造足夠誘因，吸引更多的優秀青年加入志願役官士兵，以維繫部隊整體戰力。

　座談會中，國防部聯參單位分別就「基層部隊管理」、「募兵制推動」、「離島駐軍規劃」、「營舍及土地設施管理」、「人事、主計體制運作」及「潛艦國造、國機國造辦理成效」等6個專題進行報告。

　會中，監委們針對「募兵制」、「國防自主」及「軍中人權改革」等問題表達關切之意，建議國防部應以更主動、明確且具體方式，依既定規劃與時程，循序落實政策目標，以精進國防事務，精實部隊戰力，爭取國人對國防施政的信心與支持。

　此外，針對監委所提「中國大陸劃設東海防空識別區」問題，部長指出，國軍依據政府既有政策與處理立場，並遵循「東海和平倡議」原則，採「不畏懼」、「不迴避」、「不示弱」方式，確保我國領空安全，進而共同維護亞太區域和平穩定。

哦哦哦!! 嘟嚕嚕~~~ 前陣子在光華採購誌上看見這家廠商的廣告,, 『來自瑞典的完美機殼』(喂 不是辣!! 其實是在外型上很吸引我,, 然而剛好在最近My Mother也想弄一台電腦,, 所以我也衝一台機殼!!!!!! 孝敬父母是每個人都會做的對吧!!!! 拿到貨的時候,, 超級重!!!! (有多重?! 你能相信空機殼的重量幾乎跟一台組裝好電腦還重嗎?! (我認為還超過組裝好的電腦還重 我想它該用料實在!! 值得探討探討!! 話不多說,, 請下看!! ▼機殼包裝很環保,, http://ppt.cc/gE2Q ▼另一面是密密麻麻的英文+圖示 http://ppt.cc/VkGP ▼側面有一塊可以看主機內部,, http://ppt.cc/l19K ▼下方有Fractal design LOGO,, 前面風扇濾網做比較大的面積,, 應該是增加進氣的風 量,提高散熱效果 http://ppt.cc/ZAjL ▼前置面板有2組USB3.0、耳機/麥克風孔、開機鈕、硬碟燈、重開機鍵、風扇控制器(有 5V、7V、12V可以調整風扇速度) http://ppt.cc/t9po ▼採用下置電源,, 上方還有兩個可以支援水冷管的孔,, 以及4+1的顯卡插槽 http://ppt.cc/D~wy 現在開始來拆拆拆,, 我拆我拆我拆拆拆 ▼上方有風扇濾網可以拆卸來清洗,, 這個做法就像冷氣濾網一樣!! 假如還有風扇需求 還可以再增加一個風扇,, http://ppt.cc/oyuq ▼內部有6個硬碟插槽,, 可以塞滿硬碟,, 掛BT 載….(咦) 上方放光碟機的插槽只剩下兩 個,, 應該是因為現在光碟機開始不太需要了,, 大家都是隨身碟在身上!! 但是可以裝一 台藍光光碟機~~ 內部還有三個風扇(一個在前方負責把空氣吸入,後方兩個抽出),, 這台 只能放下Micro ATX跟Mini ATX主機板~~ http://ppt.cc/tAj3 ▼wwwow!!! 已經先幫我整好線了耶,, 好貼心~! 在主機板背後還可以塞兩顆SSD,, 這擺 法很奇特?! http://ppt.cc/Xi-g ▼SSD插槽,, 採用直立式 http://ppt.cc/O0DD ▼前方下面的風扇及濾網,, 這裡一樣可以再加裝一個風扇!!!! http://ppt.cc/cPHX ▼硬碟插槽採用快拆式,, 真的很不賴,, 可以拿來玩波浪(?) http://ppt.cc/4TaW ▼風扇電源線材採用編織線,, 但是線材很容易固定形狀 http://ppt.cc/wSPR ▼前置面板的風扇調速器電源插孔 http://ppt.cc/9Ln4 ▼前置面板的插槽線嚕嚕嚕~~ http://ppt.cc/9lEr 好辣!! 開始準備組裝囉囉囉~~ ▼機殼附的螺絲包及說明書 http://ppt.cc/05go ▼準備移植的主機,, 遺留下來的機殼我想應該是我新電腦的家了~~ http://ppt.cc/vDqh ▼移植準備!! 來張合照吧~~ 準備動工!! http://ppt.cc/6N1M ▼先將銅柱鎖好,, 我比較龜毛,, 所以有洞就鎖(攤手) http://ppt.cc/j76m ▼材料包裏面也很貼心給一顆可以鎖銅柱的螺帽,, 只要用十字起子就可以鎖囉~ http://ppt.cc/ficS http://ppt.cc/ur7x ▼將主機板鎖上,, 這主機板有..一段歷史了,, 不過老媽需求不高,, 所以將就點… http://ppt.cc/4rPY ▼裝好了!! 再來就是硬碟、顯示卡跟電源供應器了!!! http://ppt.cc/lxIo ▼硬碟架從背面鎖上螺絲,, 看來可以支援多種規格硬碟(2.5、3.5..等等) http://ppt.cc/vmtb http://ppt.cc/sJpc ▼花了一個小時組裝完成!!!~ 連整線也整理好了(擦汗 http://ppt.cc/7sZV ▼背面整線的狀況,, SSD只是裝一下而已,, 絕對不是給老媽用的(掩面) 機殼背面有一條 約兩公分寬的空間可以排線,, 還不錯!!~ http://ppt.cc/pNq3 ▼乾乾淨淨的!!果然不錯,, 裝機完看起來有種簡約的感覺~~ http://ppt.cc/qA0y 總結： 我發現我應該買MIDI才對!! 而且!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 裝完後,, 更重了 =口= 天啊… 用料真的超實在!!! 我查了一下才發現’’機殼淨重9KG’’…. 我想拿瓦斯槍來射射看有多厚了.. 整台看起來有簡約、典雅風格,, 是一台耐看型的機殼,, 重量雖然超重 售價有些小貴,, 但是值得~~ 而且這台機殼非常強調散熱,, 可支援水冷,, 風扇可以增加到6個 風扇~ 但是在後方的SSD插槽,, 有一點小壞處,, 安裝的地方在主板背後在整理線要花點巧思,, 另外一點我想的就是SSD的散熱問題了, 最後整理一下總結!! 整體完美~~ 放在家中不算突兀,, 而且還可以完全融入家中的擺設 布置,, 非常Nice!! 最後.. 我想衝MIDI了… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.121.105
