電腦只要有持續的在運作，多多少少就會有一些小問題存在，有些問題雖然不影響電腦的使用，但是在操作上就是很不順眼，譬如說桌面的圖示通通都顯示錯誤，這個應該會讓人頭皮發麻的難受；或是透過信件、通訊軟體收到一些連結卻無法開啟，要自己額外複製也很麻煩，這些等等問題其實都可以交給 Wise PC 1stAid 來幫你修復，雖然可能無法解決所有的障礙，但是或許你剛好就需要！
能解決的問題有桌面圖示錯誤、無法開啟連結、無法開啟 IE 中的超連結、無法開啟功做管理員、無法開啟 Regedit、當瀏覽網路時無法開啟網頁、彆腳的網路瀏覽、程式執行不流暢、暫用太多記憶體、緩慢的啟動、IE 以小視窗開啟、IE 停止回應、IE 標題顯示錯誤、Windows namespace lost or error，捷徑沒有箭頭指標與電腦執行速度太慢。
