這次2013 Honda Meeting除了試駕一些已經成熟或者接近成熟的量產車型之外
本田技研還慷慨地跟大家分享他們一些未來的、前瞻性的構想。


這台看似跟普通車型一樣的黑色CR-Z，其實採用了碳纖維一體式車身，整車自重只有800kg，比普通的CR-Z要輕30%，重心要低26mm。

結果加速性能提高了30%，油耗可以降低20%，這的確是一個很好的研究課題。

實際駕駛的感受也非常獨特，轉向時車身的回應極其地靈敏。

另一個是線控轉向技術（Steer-by-wire），這個系統不少汽車品牌也開始涉足，顧名思義就是方向盤跟前輪之間不再像以往那樣通過轉向系統直接連接，而是通過信號傳遞由專門的機構來負責轉向。

採用線控轉向的好處很多，例如減少不必要的路感干擾（當然也有過分削弱路感的嫌疑），以及根據不同行駛狀況靈活調整轉向比例等等。而且未來的想像空間非常廣闊，例如主動轉向避讓，甚至更加長遠的自動駕駛。

廠牌:MSI 型號:GP70 購入日期:未購入 距上次使用正常時間: OS版本: 平常作業內容: 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: 家裡的筆電EDGE13用兩年半多，鍵盤已經有一顆秀逗，觸控板也是幾乎故障狀況 加上目前使用上CPU常滿載甚至LAG，因考慮換筆電 使用需求: 1.我筆電在客廳幾乎當桌機用，幾乎不會攜帶外出，尺寸、重量、電池續航力都不重要 2.我電腦主要上網，上網會開啟多個子網頁，同時當音響的訊源及下載東西， 當音響訊源，因為有購買JPLAY音效優化軟體，這軟體會耗CPU，所以多工使用CPU 會不太夠力。 3.偶而電腦看影片，開機時間長 會考慮GP70電競筆電是因為 1.號稱鍵盤更耐用(目前的很不耐用) 2.I7 CPU效能也好 3.1TB 混合碟(Hybrid 24GB Nand,1TB 5400rpm，這樣對執行速度有提升效果嗎) 我不玩遊戲，所以顯卡等級好壞不是太重要，另外有2OD跟沒有2OD差別在那啊? 信義法說 估今年房市交易逾36萬件

房仲業龍頭信義房屋（9940）舉辦線上法說，房市交投熱絡與經營績效提升，信義房屋前10月營收已達百億元，前三季每股純益3.8元，預估今年全台房市交易量約36萬件，明年受到升息及選舉議題的干擾，可望持平或略減。

信義房屋財務長周素香表示，今年灣的房仲、代銷業務均不錯，日本和中國大陸的業績也較往年明顯成長，特別是大陸前3季營收已經超越去年全年水準，預估今年仍會虧損，但虧損已大幅收歛，預估今年虧損約5,000萬元。據信義財報顯示，往年年度大陸轉投資虧損每年最少為1.3億元。

信義房屋目前全台直營據點416店，其中，北區為261家，占63%，預計至今年底會再展三店，但多不在台北地區，此外，包括代銷新莊「君泰」、淡水「宏盛新世界」等多件大案，銷售順暢，占營收結構約12%，較過去大幅成長。

因為要回鹿港娘家坐月子， 彰濱秀傳真的相對於彰化市的其他醫院近很多， 之後想要到彰濱秀傳開始產檢， 想問一些問題，麻煩有經驗或知道的大大分享， 1.醫院的待產室是類似急診室的布簾隔間還是像病房的房間？ 2.生產時，是主治醫師接生嗎？需要指定費用嗎？還是半夜或假日是值班醫師接生？ 3.大家都是給哪位醫生接生的呢？自然產後的會陰傷口縫合有沒有哪位醫師是親自縫合的 ？有沒有推薦哪個醫師縫合技巧較好？ 4.彰濱秀傳有母嬰同室嗎？晚上可不可以選擇推回嬰兒室？ 先謝謝大家~ ============請善用精華區以及" / "爬文 勿濫用此分類發徵求(交易)文 ============== -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.216.149

庫存壓力仍在，電視面板報價續跌1-2%

根據市場研究機構NPD DisplaySearch最新報價資訊，2013年11月份下半月電視面板報價持續下挫，包括32吋open cell半成品、39吋、40-42吋、46吋、50吋等主流規格電視面板報價跌幅約1%-2%不等。主要係因為整體電視面板市場依然呈現供給過剩，並且面板廠商降價清理庫存壓力仍在。

儘管有些面板廠近期交貨情況轉趨緊俏，因為需求增加，尤其是主力電視品牌客戶預計將於今年第四季提高出貨量、冀達成2013年整體出貨目標，同時，中國電視廠商也開始回補面板庫存、以迎接下一個促銷旺季（元旦新年和農曆春節假期）。但受到電視面板價格持續下跌影響，客戶備貨態度依然謹慎。

整體而言，電視面板市場目前依然呈現供給過剩情況，並且面板廠商仍有降價清理庫存的壓力。部分面板廠商甚至打算以較低的策略性價格（提供給特定客戶）、以確保下一季度訂單。

據調查，今年11月份下半月32吋電視面板半成品open cell報價81-83美元、下跌1美元，跌幅約1%。39吋電視面板報價來到176-182美元、下跌2-3美元、跌幅1%-2%。40-42吋電視面板報價209-233美元、下跌4美元、跌幅2%。46吋電視面板報價291-320美元，下跌4美元、跌幅近1%。50吋面板報價降到292-302美元、下跌3美元，跌幅約1%。
