高市酒醉男闖音樂會場　作勢縱火遭逮

【吳柏源／高雄報導】高雄市政府今早11時左營區東門廣場，舉辦音樂說明會，突然來了一名酒醉男，這名醉男騎機車強行穿過會場，遭人制止，沒想到竟情緒失控，動手推倒機車，打開油箱，還拿出打火機作勢縱火，引來現場一陣騷動。
 
左營海勝里長梁西榮擔心發生意外，與會場人員合力將他制伏，通知警方帶回，初步了解，這名男子姓余，現年40歲，由於男子精神不穩定且渾身酒味，警方將待狀況穩定後，再行訊問。

舊金山事故喪生的陳榮友家庭獲善心籌款

【大紀元2013年11月21日訊】（大紀元記者李圓明綜合報導）週三（11月20日）亞裔警察協會舊金山分會向1位在2個月前因可怕事故喪生的林肯高中學生的父親贈予籌款，因警方聲稱這位父親需要醫療費用。

9月27日上午，16歲的陳榮友（Kevin San）在1場致命的車禍中喪生。超速駕駛奔馳越野車的司機在路口處撞到正在等紅燈的陳榮友家的麵包車，當時陳榮友正在上學的路上。警察表示，奔馳司機是58歲的朱珍妮（Jennie Zhu）。在事故發生時，車速可能高達80mpg。

事故發生時，陳榮友與他的母親和姐姐在一起。陳榮友當場死亡，陳榮友的母親趙翠嬌處於半昏迷，被送醫院治療。趙翠嬌現在已經脫離昏迷狀態，但仍住院醫療。朱珍妮以車輛殺人罪名嫌疑逮捕，在付30萬美元的保釋金後釋放。

20日上午11時30分左右，在日落區塔拉瓦爾警察分局（Taraval Station），由亞裔警察協會將募集來的8千美元支票交給了陳榮友的父親。陳榮友的父親通過翻譯告訴媒體，妻子的病情正在好轉。他還表示，他每天非常思念他的兒子。

「我非常想念我的兒子」他說，「在事故發生2個月以後，一切都塵埃落定。我只是感激，社區的人們走到一起幫助我渡過這段艱難的時間。」他還表示，這些錢會用於妻子的治療。

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北19日電）消保處公布近期黑心油退貨，除3大量販及台糖自營品牌（台糖外加獨家商品）帶商品就可退，7大通路退一般品要外加購買憑證。

行政院消費者保護處今天召開「公布瑕疵商品（含食品）通路業者退貨機制」記者會。上述3大量販為家樂福、大潤發及愛買，7大通路外加台糖以及全聯、松青及頂好3超商。

消保處今天公布瑕疵商品（含食品）通路業者退貨機制，共分為3種樣態。第一種是商品單純標示不全或不實，但未達瑕疵程度；例如沒標示製造商。

第二種是商品標示不實，且已屬商品瑕疵；本次油品事件不法添加銅葉綠素即是。

第三種則是商品具重大瑕疵，有危害消費者身體或健康之虞；例如真空包裝豆乾含肉毒桿菌致死事件、米糠油致死案件。但此類多已非要求退貨，事涉賠償、刑責。

近期爆發的油品事件，屬第二種樣態，消保處公布與7大通路溝通後，退費條件有3，消費者可擇一適用。

首先是7大通路商都同意，憑購買憑證，並攜帶完整未開封商品，即可退貨。

其次是7大通路商都同意，憑購買憑證，並攜帶已開封、非完整商品，包含空瓶，即可退貨。

此外，家樂福、大潤發及愛買並同意所售自營品牌產品，台糖同意所售獨家商品及自有品牌商品，不需購買憑證，只要帶完整或非完整商品，就可退貨。

上述退油品（第二種樣態）的條件中，購買憑證包含發票或會員購買資料等，7家通路都同意購買商品可回溯購買時間為6個月，受理退貨作業時間則自事發起2個月內。

但第二種樣態退貨作業上，全聯及松青只接受發票作為購買憑證；惠康沒有會員制，所以只接受發票作為購買憑證。

另家樂福補充，不論是第2或3種樣態的退費情況，若要查2個月以前的會員購買資料，需要1個月作業查詢時間。

全聯在第3樣態退貨方面，將發票與會員資料做切割，發票可回溯6個月，但會員購買資料只可回溯2個月。1021119

港媒近日頻頻報導，華仔妻子朱麗卿已懷孕４個月，並說懷的是兒子。華仔最早透過經紀公司否認，但他日前接受陸媒訪問時卻語帶玄機。表示對兒子、女兒的期待都一樣，「每個人都是這樣，我也這樣。所以沒有想她應該是怎麼樣。」

受訪時，他曖昧地說：「我『現在』沒有兒子！」對１歲的女兒有什麼期待？他玄虛地說：「今天看今天的，明天的猜不到。」記者追問「那兒子呢」？他打太極：「都一樣。我現在還沒有兒子。我也不知道，但今天我跟你說，應該是一樣的。」

他在演藝圈30多年，早是家喻戶曉的超級巨星，他說他對演藝事業已了無遺憾。談及過去夢想時，他卻認為自己是失敗的，「成功這兩個字是很難說的。每個人的理想不一樣。」他語出驚人表示，小時候的夢想是當農夫，他感嘆在農村出身，卻從沒做過農夫的事。「我當了演員，那我是成功還是失敗呢？我失敗了。」讓人感受這個難得的訪問十分空靈。

12.9吋iPad傳言再起！韓媒：明春開賣/具4K解析度

日本智慧手機/平板電腦情報部落格rbmen 20日轉述南韓媒體KoreaTimes的報導指出，根據南韓面板供應商相關人士表示，蘋果(Apple)12.9吋iPad將在明年(2014年)春天開賣。據報導，該款12.9吋iPad的螢幕解析度將達UHD等級(4K等級)。

rbmen表示，在此之前，有關12.9吋iPad的消息已傳的沸沸揚揚，顯示蘋果將推出12.9吋iPad的可能性非常高。

科技部落格Appleinsider 11月5日報導，蘋果長期合作夥伴富士康傳正在測試新款、特大型iPad Max，螢幕尺寸可能為11.4吋或12.9吋，估計將在2014年3月上市，攻擊目標直指變形平板。

華爾街日報曾於日前報導指出，蘋果計畫為iPad系列產品推出新類別，螢幕尺寸僅較13吋小一點，隨後市場即傳出蘋果可能會找廣達電(2382)一起合作。

在感情裡，如果喜歡說謊，但對愛情非常忠誠，這樣要分手嗎？
有個條件很好的女性朋友，非常幸運地遇到了愛她至深的男友，男友專情也很疼愛她，凡事以她優先，給她自由不會過度控制，讓女人朋友們羨慕不已。只是，這男人什麼都不錯，就是愛說謊。說謊的內容其實沒什麼大不了，例如，男人說自己在公司坐高位，出入有司機，但其實是謊報薪水與學歷，他只是個小職員；男人說有房產有遺產，但其實是無殼蝸牛，一家老小都要靠他養。
說到底，男友就是個平凡無奇的人，沒有他自述地這麼高檔。然而，這些真相，並不會改變女人對他的感情，畢竟她也算高階，不需要靠男人，反而是在不斷溝通「為何要說謊」後，男友仍繼續撒謊，讓她不禁認真思考：我男友是不是有「說謊癖」？

膨風習慣令人不齒

「現在很少能找到這麼專情的男人啦！」「他又不是愛賭博、會家暴或騙妳的錢，而且他很愛妳。」很多朋友如是說，而她自己也很糾結，不是瞧不起男友真實的物質條件，而是無法忍受男友撒謊的方式是喜歡誇大其詞，把自己說得多飛黃騰達，也會在別人面前說大話，讓她不屑不齒，也得多一份心思去質疑男友的話。但他愛她一如往昔，從沒欺騙過她的「感情」，是否要因為他愛吹牛皮而分手？
也許，是女人騙了自己，男友才得想辦法騙她。哪個男人在心愛的女人面前，不會竭盡所能地逞英雄？也許男人深知自己條件不如女方，為了達成女方的要求，才打腫臉充胖子，也許換個平庸點的對象，他還反而輕鬆。
女人或許心底不滿意對方的條件，但卻耽溺著對方的慇懃與體貼，男友欺騙她的內容，也許就是她想聽的，一直在要求自己不可能有的東西，對方當然得費力欺騙她，能怪誰？
