洪仲丘案醫官呂孟穎，雖未在第一波18人起訴名單內，仍遭軍方依涉及醫療過失，送醫事審議委員會進行鑑定，呂孟穎當時喊冤，他是唯一想救洪仲丘的人，日前桃檢約談，醫師公會力挺。

呂孟穎的父親今天向醫勞盟表示感謝，表示兒子涉嫌業務過失致死罪獲不起訴處分。

桃檢說，確實不起訴處分，因洪仲丘死亡與醫官救治行為，沒有因果關係。

華碩今天舉行法說會，公布第3季每股盈餘(EPS)6.65元，季增5.6%；累計前3季EPS 21.22元，較去年同期的21.97元減少3.4%。

華碩結算第3季品牌合併營收新台幣1070.79億元，季增19%，年減4%；營業毛利132.65億元，季增9%，年減8%，毛利率12.4%，較第2季的13.5%下滑，主要是平板出貨占比提升

第3季營業利益48.46億元，季增23%，年減16%；營益率4.5%，優於第2季的4.4%；稅前盈餘64.66億元，稅後盈餘49.4億元，季增4%，年減26%，單季每股稅後盈餘(EPS)6.65元，較第2季的6.3元成長5.6%。累計前3季EPS 21.22元，較去年同期的21.97元減少3.4%。

以集團合併財報來看，華碩第3季EPS6.63元，累計前3季EPS 21元，較去年同期的21.8元減少3.7%。

若以產品占比來看，華碩第3季筆記型電腦(NB)占營收比重57%；平板電腦占20%，較第2季的14%提升，板卡占比重13%，其他占10%。

以市場來看，亞太市場占華碩第3季營收比重43%，歐洲市場占30%，美洲市場占27%。

標題[問片] 年代久遠的西洋恐怖片

因為年代久遠 所以印象很模糊 資訊可能有點少 期待版上有神人可以解答 影片內容分成兩段還是三段有點忘了 確定的是幾個不同的故事構成 其中一個故事 是一個女的好像要鑽進一個有錢人的墳墓裡要偷什麼東西 結果卻被關在裡面 被某種怪物吃了 另外一個故事 是一個小孩好像被鬼附身了 一直跟媽媽吵著要玩捉迷藏 玩到最後鬼就現身了 第三個故事不確定是不是同一個影片 是一群學生去玩水 水上卻出現一攤會吃人的黑水 過程也忘光了 只記得最後所有人都被吃了 資訊真的有點少又零碎 不知道以上這些是哪一部片或是哪兩部片....謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.252.156

標題[求助] 這種情況算是小氣嗎?

先說明一下我的現況 經歷將近三個月的待業日子後，我於上個禮拜找到了新工作 而之前工作所存的錢也用得差不多了 (生活費+房租) 所以目前是處於吃老本的狀態 進入正題~~ 我女友幾天後要和她的朋友出國去日本玩 在一兩個月前她就有意無意的提到希望我能出點錢贊助她，當作旅費 我當時並沒有給她篤定的回應，只說"到時候再說吧" 而到前幾天，她再次提起了這件事 一直盧我，要我給她一點旅費 但我還是拒絕了她 (衡量目前手頭的情況後) 然後她就有點難過的樣子 並嚷嚷著"又沒跟你要很多錢"、"別人的男朋友都會給吧"之類的話 事後，我不禁在想 我沒給她旅費的這種情況 真的是我太小氣嗎?? 畢竟看她失落的樣子也有點不捨 想請問看看大家的看法 謝謝 PS:補充一小點 我和我女友都是剛出社會的上班族 而歡度重要節日時，我也毫不遲疑地請她吃大餐 所以我應該不算斤斤計較吧@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.54.68
