【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市今天早上6時許，小西街1間民宅冒出煙味，附近鄰居聞到味道趕緊報警。警消獲報到場，發現鐵門深鎖，按電鈴也沒人回應。深怕發生意外，正當大家急忙聯絡屋主時，屋主睡眼惺忪的將鐵門緩緩升起，還問說發生什麼事，讓警消哭笑不得。所幸屋主表示，因蚊香消毒，才會有煙冒出，造成誤會深感抱歉，讓大家虛驚一場。

餐廳名稱：台北*信義ATT。SUKI-YA壽喜燒涮涮鍋吃到飽 鍋底讚 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址： 台北市信義區松壽路１２號５樓 電話： ０２－７７３７３９９６ 心心*圖文完整版:http://hsing16.pixnet.net/blog/post/31535823 ___________________________________________________________________ *純文字 前幾週本來要跟我爹娘去逛旅展的，殊不知旅展會這麼恐怖根本不想進去...... 反正來都來了索性直接到ATT裡覓食 ATT五樓有不少餐廳，上次吃泰過熱也在同一層樓 這天選了SUKI-YA壽喜燒吃到飽用餐，因為我老爹上次吃吃到飽說不定是上個世紀的事了 XDDDDD 平日午餐　 ＄３７９ 晚餐/假日　＄４６９ 看似比一般壽喜燒定價高一些，但其實SUKI-YA是不收服務費的 這樣一來一往就也沒有差很多囉 座位算不太多，就是兩張照片的這個範圍而已 入座沒多久就客滿，直到快三點還是坐無虛席 建議來之前一定要訂位呀！ 我們被安排在窗邊的位子，光線好、視野佳 而且半包廂的感覺老人家心爸非常尬意XD 有沒有發現四人座位就提供了兩個電磁爐 常常在吃到飽餐廳會發現需要多人共用一鍋或一爐 在限時的情況下很容易來不及煮/烤的狀況 所以SUKI-YA這點我覺得這點非常加分！ 桌墊上有介紹各項食材以及壽喜燒的吃法 不過大家應該都直接拿來當桌墊了...XD 菜單 蔬菜 肉品 飯 飲品 是免費無限供應 麵食類與酒類是需要額外加錢點的 飲料可以選擇 可樂 檸檬紅茶 菊花茶 熱綠茶 熱紅茶 說真的選擇是少了一些些，不過飲料並非今天重點就不計較了XD 不同於一般扁扁的壽喜鍋，這裡的鍋是屬於火鍋那種的大鍋子，而且還是鴛鴦鍋！ 共有四種鍋底可以選擇，這樣當然是四種鍋底各來一種！ 昆布 泡菜 昆布湯頭清淡，而泡菜微微辣 這兩種鍋底適合拿來煮蔬菜 壽喜鍋 豆乳味噌 壽喜湯底不會太過鹹膩，也有提供水與醬汁可以自行調整 唯一就是洋蔥沒有炒過感覺少了一味兒，而且洋蔥煮到最後還是不軟 （不過這樣也少了油煙味倒也不錯，上回在一番地 的油煙味就太重了） 豆乳味噌是以發酵的大豆製成，是帶一點奶香味的味增湯底 今天最喜歡的一鍋～ 提供多種沾醬，除了蔥花切得粗了一點其他都不錯 覺得泡菜鍋不夠辣的可以把辣醬放一些進去～ 壽喜燒不能少的雞蛋，無線供應唷！ 看到有紫米飯就覺得很樂!!! 我以前從不吃有顏色的飯的，自從在杏子吃到紫米飯後就從此愛上 只要看到紫米飯就必點！不過這天SUKI-YA的紫米飯稍偏乾了一些 會先上一盤綜合菜盤，不夠再加點即可 特選豬 油脂較多 屬於五花肉 培根的部位，涮昆布鍋較不油膩 沾上香氣十足的芝麻醬很match 梅花豬一向是豬肉中最適合煮火鍋的部位 油花分布如梅花，肥瘦比適中，肉質很嫩很不錯，涮昆布或泡菜鍋都好吃～ 由於心爸不吃牛肉對這梅花豬是讚譽有加！ 借此張圖教大家一個小撇步 泡菜鍋裡本身其實沒什麼泡菜，可以點一樣蔬菜叫『蛾白菜』 久煮後就會變入味好吃的泡菜了！ 澳洲低脂牛 原本看到沒有什麼油花很怕涮起來偏乾無味 沒想稍有厚度的肉片涮下去特別吸湯 涮至九分熟後立馬放進壽喜燒的靈魂－『生蛋液』中 多汁又嫩的口感已算有超過預期的表現～不錯 安格斯牛 看這均勻分布的油花就知道這一定是最可口的一盤肉品 結果當然是不負眾望的嫩又美味 牛肉還是需要一些油花才會甜而多汁阿XD 小缺點是這盤肉每片都不太大就是了（無法滿足我的拍照癮） 雞肉是隱藏版菜單，不能單點也不能追加 要打卡才會贈送一盤！ 壽喜燒好像都沒有無限提供雞肉 吃了一口後我赫然感覺到這盤雞肉的珍貴 不誇張，真的超嫩欸!!!!! 我要大放厥詞的說我覺得比牛肉還驚艷好吃XDDD 前提是真的別煮太久煮老掉了啦 大口吃肉之餘當然也別忘記補充蔬菜 比起一般又是肉又是海鮮的火鍋來說壽喜燒好像真的會比較健康XD 最好吃的蒟蒻絲就是丟進壽喜鍋裡然後忘記他 等到最後想起他的時候已經曬黑了～ 點了幾樣第一輪沒有的菜 紫地瓜 芋角 米血糕 年糕 紫心地瓜富含花青素，比一般的營養成分都高也較貴一些 口感較紮實一些，之前我們家還買過一大袋來吃勒，心爸超愛這味差點害我還沒拍照就吃 掉了XDDD 這邊的年糕可能需要煮久一些，拍完這張後咬一口發現還沒熟又丟回去XDDD 建議根蒟蒻絲一樣的烹煮方式好了XDDD 久久沒吃吃到飽的老人家心爸戰力超弱 第一輪肉吃完竟然說不追加了!!!這怎麼行阿我馬上跳出來說這是吃到飽欸梅花豬跟安格 斯牛再各來一盤!!! 結果第二輪的肉不但沒有變差竟然還比第一輪的漂亮這麼多耶!!! 害我差點想把另外兩種都點一點來拍照XD不過真的太飽了啦(摸肚子) 安格斯牛真的超讚！ 烏龍麵需要加價＄５０ 但很開心他不是那種從塑膠袋裡拿出來的冷凍烏龍麵 在壽喜鍋裡煮到上色入味 這烏龍麵真的很滑很Ｑ筷子都夾不住XD 口感非常有彈性，稍煮久一些也不會糊糊的 跟一般的冷凍麵真的不同，我覺得很好吃很喜歡！ 我很笨的問了有沒有甜點XD原來甜點是無限供應的明治冰淇淋 桌上還有意見表可以填寫～ 是說SUKI-YA應該是念：俗ki雅 但我就會一直很想唸成：俗ki『耶～』XD 結論： 這次用餐經驗算相當滿意，超久沒吃吃到飽的老爹也覺得不錯 感覺SUKI-YA算是創意壽喜燒的吃法，大大的鍋子而不是扁扁小小要一直加醬加水的壽喜 鍋 一桌就有雙鍋而且還是鴛鴦鍋，一次可以嚐到四種湯底就不會很膩是SUKI-YA的強項！ 且對同桌有不吃牛的人也不影響用餐 服務態度不錯，雖然尖峰時刻偶爾會覺得人手稍不足一些 蔬菜是用填單點的至少不用癡癡等候菜車推來XD 雖有用餐９０分鐘限制但並沒有催促 價錢是＄４６９但是在百貨公司裡又不收服務費我覺得還算值得啦 冬天吃鍋可以考慮把SUKI-YA列入選擇囉！YA～ 食物美味：★★★★☆ ＣＰ值：　★★★★☆ 服務態度：★★★★☆ 再訪意願：★★★★☆ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.118.121.31

【劉智維／高雄報導】為協助莫拉克風災重建區居民商品行銷，讓重建區居民能夠在經濟上自給自足，由藝人澎恰恰、許效舜等人共同發起「關懷莫拉克重建慈善義演」活動將於下月21日，在佛光山佛陀紀念館大覺堂舉行，民眾只要上「福報購」網站購買重建區商品，就可獲得入場券。

餐廳名稱：とりまる 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：長野県北佐久郡軽井沢町軽井沢1178-161 プリンスショッピングプラザ 電話：0267-42-0525 營業時間：11:00～21:00 每人平均價位： 900円 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：否 推薦菜色：ぶっかけ丼 官網：http://www.karuizawa-psp.jp/page/shopguide/detail/?id=193 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 圖文好讀網誌版：http://fantaitai.pixnet.net/blog/post/295318373 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 　來到とりまる已經是下午兩點了。 原本擔心店家已經進入午休，沒想到店員還站在門外吆喝著，招呼客人入內用餐。 　店內滿滿的用餐人潮，坐無虛席。 　大概我們背著相機，在店外探頭探腦的模樣，店員馬上就知道我們是觀光客。拿menu給 我們的時候，還用簡單的英文跟我們表示：「菜單只有日文的，沒問題吧！？」 　范先生則用日文回應：「我們會日文，沒問題的。」 　親切的店員大叔則露出一抹微笑，很熱情地介紹著他們店內的餐點，又一邊很客套地說 我們日文講很好 　就算看不懂日文也能點餐的menu 　點完餐之後，店員大叔又來跟我們聊天，說他覺得很有趣，為什麼那麼多台灣客人知道 他們這家店呢？ 　「因為台灣很多部落客有介紹啊！」 　大叔：「真的啊？真是太感謝大家了！」 　　　　「我個人沒有看過。但是聽說很多部落客介紹＂とりまる＂。稱我們這邊是Ｂ級 美食＊。 　　　　　託大家的福，我們的生意維持得很好～」 　＊Ｂ級美食就是平價美食 　這個大叔也真是太客氣也太可愛了吧！（我懷疑他是店長） ぶっかけ丼　 並み 900円 除了一碗炸雞丼外，還附上一碗清湯，還有一小盤的芥末。 這是とりまる的招牌餐點！由於吃法很特殊，在牆面上還有印製一張＂使用手冊＂供客人 參考。 吃法1：直接將炸雞拌著飯吃！ 我個人覺得他們的炸雞本身就很好吃，說是『炸雞的專賣店』真的當之無愧。 日本的米飯本身也很好吃。雖然我沒有將炸雞和在飯內，光是一口炸雞，一口白飯，就讓 我很滿足了。而且這碗丼內還有一些類似雪菜的醃漬菜，上層還有海苔絲，能讓這碗炸雞 丼呈現不同的口感。 吃法2：將清湯倒入碗中，變身炸雞泡飯 日本還蠻常出現泡飯吃法，無論是熱茶泡飯，或是將白開水直接加進飯中的簡易泡飯，泡 飯的類型很多樣。 吃到1/4時，我把部分的清湯倒入碗內，來嘗試不同的吃法。雖然那碗清湯單喝沒什麼味 道，但是沖入飯後，炸雞、醃漬菜、海苔的味道融合在湯中，湯頭充滿了鮮甜味，讓人忍 不住唏哩呼嚕地喝起泡飯來~ 吃法3：沾上芥末、七味粉（辣椒粉）一起食用 我有嘗試將炸雞沾上芥末，但實在不太習慣這樣的吃法。 から揚げ定食　並み　　　950円 　炸雞定食則是將炸雞和白飯分開分裝，另外附上一碗味噌湯。 　炸雞旁附著蘿美生菜、小黃瓜片，淋上美乃滋。雖然生菜的份量不是太多，但多多少少 還是能補充一些綠色葉菜類。（要不然在日本外食，真的很少吃到蔬菜水果呢…） 　因為先吃了ぶっかけ丼，就覺得炸雞定食顯得有些平凡。但炸雞是真的很好吃！ 　 　店內的裝潢也很有特色，牆上掛滿了復古的畫報式電影海報，但天花板卻有兩個外星人 探頭望下看…也太有趣了吧 　我們發現牆上另外貼了一張告示，表示店家將只營業到2014年1月。一問大叔店長，他 表示因為shopping mall的店租漲價，他們有點不堪成本負荷，所以明年一月中旬就會把 這間店收起來，想在東京另外找個地點開店。為了想讓更多鄉民能吃到如此便宜又好吃的 美食（雖然一份餐點換算成台幣很貴，但以日本的物價來說算是平價），我們有問大叔店 長是否在東京已經尋找好店面。很可惜的是，在我們造訪的時間點，他們還沒找到新的店 面。 　感到震驚之餘，卻也很慶幸我們今年選擇到輕井澤觀光，也才有機會在とりまる最後營 業的這段期間內，能享用到美好的一餐。 　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.174.143
