美國聯邦參議院昨日通過，禁止雇主以性傾向和性別認同解雇員工的「雇用反歧視法案」，總統歐巴馬表態支持，但眾院議長貝納揚言反對。

參院4日在民主黨一致力挺，多位共和黨議員表態支持下，以61對30票通過維護同性戀者工作權益的「雇用反歧視法案」（ENDA），全案近期將送交眾院。

歐巴馬在法案通過後發表聲明指出，改變總是緩步進行中，但無可爭辯的，大部分美國民眾相信，更為接納包容的國家，才能提供更多機會。

美國同志權益團體「人權運動組織」（HRC）主席葛里芬（Chad Griffin）表示，參院應民意和跨黨派共識，通過工作平權法案，民主再度向前邁進。在參院多數、超過百大企業和2/3的民意支持下，現在是施行工作平權的時刻。

雇用反歧視法案是已故民主黨參議員甘迺迪（Ted Kennedy）20年前提出的議案。法案限制雇主不得因雇員性傾向和性別認同而解雇，草案因共和黨反對從未在國會過關。

共和黨籍的國會議長貝納（John Boehner）表示，法案將增加雇主訴訟費用，反對通過。全案能否在共和黨主導的眾院表決，仍是未知數。

【何柏均／新北報導】新北市土城區今天下午4時許，1名31歲的黃姓女子與友人在家裡陽台烤肉，準備用瓦斯噴燈燒木炭起火時，瓦斯罐不慎脫落造成氣爆，陽台窗戶玻璃被震破裂後掉落1樓。
 
巨大聲響嚇的鄰居趕緊報警，警消獲報後趕往現場，所幸沒有引起火勢，黃女與友人也沒有受傷，僅造成玻璃破裂，警消查看後解除一場虛驚。

食用油風暴擴大，嘉義市政府衛生局除持續稽查大統、富味鄉、惠家香等33項違規油品下架及市售油品標示，昨天新增查核福懋油脂天然橄欖油等6項、味全紫果多酚調合油等21項，共將727件違規油品下架。

嘉義市衛生局指出，昨天查核興業西路、博愛路等27家餐飲、10家超市賣場油品標示及違規油品。油品標示查核部分，查獲維力公司「維力清香油」等2件未標示調和油字樣，未符合「市售包裝調合油外包裝品名標示相關規定」；維義公司「維義特級初榨橄欖油」等4件油品外包裝標示「高單元」字樣，均要求暫行下架並移請所轄的高雄市衛生局。

違規油品下架部分，下架福懋天然橄欖油等6項產品計255件、味全公司紫果多酚調合油等21項產品計470件及富味鄉芝麻香油2件。衛生局指出，若產品為「橄欖油」等純油，包裝上的標示成分就應只有一種油；若是「大豆葵花油」等至少含兩種油脂成分的調合油，外包裝就應看到「調合油」字眼。若有油品不符這些標示，就不要購買，並向衛生局通報(05)2338066。

　　電影《雷神索爾 2：黑暗世界》近來勢頭可說是銳不可當，不僅上映前就創造了諸多話題，上週末票房更是在台灣開出紅盤。與此同時，手遊廠商 Gameloft 也在 App Store 推出了電影同名的官方遊戲《雷神索爾 2：黑暗世界》（Thor：The Dark World - The Official Game），讓不管有沒有看過電影的朋友都能在手機上一起體驗《雷神索爾》的作品魅力。

遊戲中隨處可見豐富的劇情

遊戲將穿梭在眾多世界間進行

達成關卡中的成就可以取得星星，累積足夠星星才能開啟後續關卡

遊戲的畫面相當精緻

無論是移動、攻擊，都可以靠簡單的點擊完成

高數量 Combo 達成的時候會有特寫畫面

大魄力的 BOSS 戰鬥

點擊畫面右下的技能，發動強大而華麗的法術給予致命一擊

武器跟裝備都可以升級

豐富的技能系統，玩家可以在這裡提高索爾的屬性，或學會更強力的招式

遊戲的完整隊伍，包含了主角索爾、盟友與英靈戰士

所以絕大多數的戰鬥是由玩家與 NPC 的英靈戰士共同完成

一共七種的英靈戰士將在關卡中陸續解鎖

遭遇新敵人時，系統也會說明相剋的英靈類型

玩家可以在戰鬥中召喚不同類型的英靈分工合作

盟友則是原作中的英雄，包含奧丁、洛基跟希芙都可以成為玩家的夥伴，使用技能幫助戰鬥

遊戲中也提供了競技場讓玩家進行排名戰

獎品可以說相當豐厚...但好不好看可能要另當別論

系統預設了 3 個技能欄，但從第二個起就需要花費烏路來解鎖

　　《雷神索爾 2：黑暗世界》目前已經在 iOS / Android 平台上推出，有興趣的玩家朋友可以透過下列連結前往下載。另外，遊戲官方目前也在舉辦 999 遊戲虛幣「烏路」的贈送活動，玩家朋友可以從連結前往參加。
