【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】中國長沙黃花機場27日接到電話警告表示，當晚10點前後起飛的某班班機上有爆裂物，機場人員立刻採取緊急措施，要求已經起飛的2個航班返回接受檢查，並下令尚未起飛航班上的乘客下機，重新接受安檢，總計共約8個航班受影響。

其中一班原定晚上22時，飛往上海的吉祥航空H01250航班，所有乘客被要求下機，重新進行安檢，並搜查飛機內部，經檢查後確認一切沒有問題，飛機於28日凌晨12點21分左右起飛，航班平均都延誤約2個小時。

機場工作人員在周一淩晨證實，威脅解除，機場航班已恢復正常。

【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南1名蘇姓男子今天凌晨肚子餓，半夜穿著花內褲徒步外出找吃的東西，見陳姓屋主鐵捲門半掩起盜心，侵入屋內行竊，正在廚房內翻找時，被陳姓屋主發現報警逮人，訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送台南地檢署偵辦。

警表示，蘇姓男子（33歲，強盜、恐嚇前科）今凌晨1時50分，侵入陳姓屋主廚房內，行竊飯桌上的皮夾和手提包財物時，陳姓屋主因被鐵捲門拉啟聲吵醒，起床下樓查看，打開廚房電燈，發現蘇男穿著花內褲正在偷東西，於是報警處理。蘇男被帶回警局偵訊，對半夜穿內褲闖入民宅行竊，他辯稱是肚子餓，沒錢吃飯，才半夜出來找東西吃，剛好路過北區大武街，見陳家鐵捲門半掩未關，於是從鐵捲門空隙進入屋內，在廚房找吃的東西時，見飯桌上有皮夾和手提包，才起盜心行竊，還在翻找時，就被陳男報警逮捕。

9月17日召開的第68屆聯合國大會上，世界領導人正制訂將要接替2015年到期的千年發展目標（MDGs）發展議程綱要。即將生效的可持續發展目標的基本理念是，經濟發展是改善人類福祉和保護最脆弱群體權利的關鍵要素。但要想真正取得進展，決策者必須遏制暴力和衝突等不利發展的要素。

全球和平指數顯示，遏制國內外衝突、暴力犯罪和兇殺等暴力行為，全球去年共耗資9.5兆美元，佔全球GDP的11%。該金額是2012年官方海外發展援助（共計1256億美元）的75倍，世界年度農業產值的近兩倍。

這意味著如果世界將暴力相關支出降低約50%，即可償還發展中國家的債務（合4.1兆美元）、為歐洲穩定機制（9,000億美元）提供足夠的資金、並補足實現千年發展目標600億美元的額外金額。

高雄市教育產業工會抽查高雄地區33所中小學，發現有八成都向學生收取每學期70到150元不等的廁所清潔費，其中有6所連老師都要繳；該工會成員質疑為何監察院早在去年就糾正學校不可收取費用，高雄市卻硬要向師生開徵「屎尿稅」、「大小便捐」！今天前往高雄市議會前上演行動劇抗議。

工會成員鄭穎聰說，學校以保護小學生安全為由，將過去讓學生掃廁所的工作外包，成本卻加到學生身上，於法不符；以高雄市國小學生14 萬5千人，國中學生9萬人估算，全市國中小學生一年繳交的廁所清潔費將近3千7百萬元，他要求教育局應編列相關經費支應。

教育局則回應，廁所的打掃本來就是學校生活教育的一環，但因家長對學生如廁的品質更為要求，透過家長會向學生收取廁所清潔費已行之有年，教育局會要求學校收費機制秉持公開、公平且符合法定程序，並詳列清單、充分說明，避免引發誤解與爭議。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】藝人曹格又酒後鬧事了！昨天晚上，曹格在西門町河岸留言時，疑似喝醉衝上台，拿著麥克風對著台下觀眾大罵髒話，全程都被台下觀眾錄影。曹格在台上發酒瘋，藝人小鬼看見，趕緊從後台跑上前把麥克風搶下，不過曹格似乎不領情，對著坐在後面的鼓手繼續大罵，讓鼓手只能苦笑。

最後工作人員眼看事情無法收拾，趕緊衝上台將曹格架下台，並在後場爆發拉扯。
