【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】美國國家安全局監控全球網路，日前還驚爆該局監控多國領袖電話，終於讓民眾忍無可忍。華府昨天有數千人在國會山莊前示威，示威者不分黨派，要求國安局停止侵犯民眾隱私。
 
從倡議隱私權的自由派人士，到最保守的茶黨成員，這些示威者舉著「停止大規模監控」、「終結老大哥」、「謝謝你，史諾登」等票語，表達內心憤慨。他們要求國會議員拿出行動，從改革法律架構著手，禁止國安局秘密蒐集網路與電話通聯紀錄。

為提升地方體育運動風氣，台灣土地開發公司昨捐出590顆足球給全花蓮53所國中小學，並出資成立「洄瀾帆船隊」，提供場地讓選手練習。台開董事長邱復生說，花蓮的小朋友很有活力，只是缺乏場地、人員帶領，體育人才需從小培育，他捐球只是拋磚引玉，目的是希望能培育下一代優秀選手。

昨日在吉安鄉光華樂活園區的台開心農場，一群來自花蓮各鄉鎮國小的小朋友，賣力踢著足球，一旁觀戰的家長們，更是加油聲不斷。為提升地方體育運動風氣，台開集團贊助地方體育，並捐贈590顆足球給花蓮53所國中小，還將台開心農場部分區塊，規畫出一個符合比賽規格的足球場，讓這群足球小將們收到足球時都笑得很開心。

而花蓮得天獨厚的海洋資源，更是適合發展海上運動。因此，台開集團另成立洄瀾帆船隊，邀請國內知名教練指導，希望從國小培訓發掘具潛力的運動人才，並推向國際賽事。目前已培訓30位明恥國小及中華國小的小將，台開期望透過開發海洋水上運動，讓花蓮走出不一樣的體育藍海。

「運動得從小札根！」台開董事長邱復生表示，花蓮的小朋友很有活力、具運動細胞，只是缺乏場地與人員培養。他認為台東以棒球出名、籃球已是全民運動，但足球卻相對不受重視，於是他規畫出一座足球場讓小朋友踢球。他認為若能將足球運動帶起來，必能成為花蓮運動的招牌、也吸引各縣市跟進。

另外，花蓮已連續3年舉辦洄瀾灣風帆賽，從活動規模到場地也越來越具有國際水準，並吸引不少國外好手參加。但是花蓮卻沒有屬於在地的隊伍，於是他出資成立「洄瀾帆船隊」並提供場地給選手練習。他期望培養在地帆船隊，發展花蓮不同於其他縣市的體育賽事。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】很多人用漱口水加強口腔清潔，民眾李小姐向《蘋果》投訴指出，近期使用歐樂B「防蛀含氟漱口水」，舌頭表面竟被漱口水染成藍色。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，習慣用漱口水的李小姐說，自改用歐樂B後，不僅舌頭被染色，漱完後口腔像被塗一層蠟，沒有清爽感，與其他品牌使用經驗不同，質疑產品有問題。醫師說，漱口水讓舌頭染色，應為色素沉澱，只要不吞下肚，不會傷害人體。

立法院外交國防委員會今天初審國安局民國103年的年度預算，面對立委質問近期群眾對馬英九總統的丟鞋行為，國安局長蔡得勝說，「投擲鞋子是屬於暴力行為；今天丟鞋子，明天裡面會不會裝磚塊？」所以應該被制止。

蔡得勝表示，在公開場合大聲咆哮是對別人的不尊重，也會干預到活動的進行。國安局保護元首的維安原則是，只要沒有過度危害的行為或影響元首安全，國安局不會有大動作的防護。

過去，出版社是有可能賺大錢的。現在，出版社能活得下去就算不錯。

有一天接受張大春節目訪問，他跟我說：沒問題的，出版還是可以做，你可以找我老婆，她可以給你一些意見。

我一直沒去找，一方面忙著書店工程，一方面我還始終停留在，出版作為一種理想的傳統價值裡。

其實，我也很想走出來。只是，有一天在出版完殷海光的「思想與方法」後，我拿出紙筆和計算機，統計一下如果全部賣完可以獲利多少，答案是三萬八千元。
    
於是，我就決定放棄了，不是放棄出版，而是放棄獲利。這就像當初決定在鄉下開書店，面臨叫不到貨的困境，突然頓悟：之所以進不到書，是因為鄉下沒有市場，既然沒有市場，再怎麼苦苦追求市場，終究痛苦一場。想通這點，就雲濶天青。

我只是告訴自己：如果能力有限，就腳步慢一點，少做一點，量力而為。

結果，不知幸或不幸，兩個月不到，我們又要再出一本新書了，而且看來還是屬於不符市場走向的書。

不過，我很高興水牛出了黃怡這本書。下午我在灰塵與噪音齊飛的工地，主編捧著這本綠色封面的書走到面前：這可是熱呼呼剛從印刷廠拿回來的書喔！看得出他的喜悅，通常這是編輯最快樂的一刻，不在書以後賣得如何，而在剛印出來這一刻。就像每一個父母面對小孩出世那一刻，是最充滿興奮期待的。

「綠色先行者—生態運動關鍵12人」，是講生態的故事，也是講人的故事。生態與環境、運動與困境，當然是嚴肅的事。但是人的想像與冒險，每一個人、每一段生命的故事，都是如此動人的詩篇。夜晚，我翻閱新書，讀到最後一篇講「史懷哲」。

三十歲的史懷哲，即使已經拿到哲學博士學位，卻決定改念醫學。他的決定不是為了賺錢，是決心到非洲幫助需要幫助的人，他認為人們說太多，卻做太少。學醫，是最具體能幫助人的；非洲，是全世界最需要醫師的。

於是，從38歲到90歲，史懷哲13度前往非洲，前後待了36年。他一生最精華的歲月，都在非洲。他死後夫妻兩人安葬在非洲，依照他的囑咐，棺材裡放了一頂他平常戴的老帽子，和一小袋米，那是他散步時用來撒着餵小雞的。

這些生命故事，在黃怡筆下娓娓道來，即使相隔近半世紀，依然如此憾動人。你不覺得，面對每天如此紛亂的社會、變動的人心，「知識」與「典範」是如此欠缺而重要。

【王烱華／台北報導】立委蔡煌瑯今在立院國防委員會質詢指出，政府機關使用中國華為的行動網卡，包括總統府、調查局都有，顯示政府機關絲毫沒有警覺心。國安局長蔡得勝表示，國安局不贊成政府機關使用華為產品。

立法院外交國防委員會上午聽取「國安局2014年度施政計畫及收支預算案報告」時，蔡煌瑯提出近一年來各政府單位採購中國華為公司通信產品的統計表，其中，以調查局採購華為行動網卡124組最多，總統府也採購6組行動網卡，交通部則是採購20部華為的手機，另陸委會原有一組華為行動網卡，但發現是華為的網卡後已立即自動停用。
