【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】德國《明鏡》周刊報導，美國國家安全局自2002年起，就透過設在駐柏林大使館內的國安局「特別情蒐組」人員，監控德國總理莫克的手機，且國安局在巴黎、馬德里、羅馬、日內瓦等全球80座城市都有特別情蒐小組分支，進行監控任務。

《明鏡》（Der Spiegel）引述一份2010年的「特別情蒐組」（Special Collection Service）報告，指自2002年起直到今年6月美國總統歐巴馬訪德前不久，莫克（Angela Merkel）的名字一直在該組監控名單上。國安局和中情局人員會在使館內監控德國政府高層的電話，但不清楚是監聽對話內容，或只是取得通聯紀錄。

報導也指出，歐巴馬上周三接到莫克電話時，曾向她致歉。《法蘭克福周日新聞》（Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung）則報導，歐巴馬向莫克聲稱，對於國安局監聽她的手機並不知情。白宮與莫克發言人均不願回應。

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】大統爆發黑心油事件，今天週休不接受退貨，上午有2、3位民眾來退貨卻吃了閉門羹，另有遊客看到新聞，到鹿港訪友順道前往大統位於鹿港的醬油觀光工廠拍照，直說「鬧太大了！趕快來朝聖一下」。

另有網友酸大統醬油觀光工廠前的「台灣好行」觀光巴士站牌，上面印著「大統觀光醬油工廠」的下一站是「秀傳健康園區」也就是彰濱秀傳醫院，說「很多事情，政府都幫我們想好了！」，還有人說，「設計這個站牌的人真是先覺（台語：先知）」。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】為鼓勵弱勢族群家庭在學子女，有積極向前的觀念，慈濟基金會前天在慈濟三重志業園區舉辦「新芽獎學金頒獎典禮」，五項獎學金「進步獎」、「學習領域獎」、「孝悌獎」、「特殊表現獎」、「全勤獎」， 共計308位學子獲獎。 

其中，現就讀新北市文山國中三年級的角力隊學生林皓杰，父親四年前往生，他帶著爸爸對他的期許加入角力隊，在母親的鼓勵、慈濟志工陪伴及教練的指導下，今年初在台北市青年盃角力賽一舉奪冠，如今又獲慈濟新芽獎學金的「特殊表現獎」表揚。林同學說「不能讓天上的爸爸失望！我要賺獎金給媽媽，媽媽就不用太辛苦！」

「領養了就是自己的孩子，哪還有什麼顧忌？」林姓夫婦是善牧基金會三年來唯一領養外籍孩童的台灣家庭，孩子的笑聲讓他們享受到為人父母喜悅，最近準備再領養一名女兒，湊成一個「好」。

林姓夫婦晚婚，擔心高齡生產危險，夫妻倆商議不生育；但他們很喜歡小孩，決定領養。透過善牧基金會媒合，收養一名越南男嬰。

「為什麼想收養外國孩子？」每當親友問起，林先生都大笑，「因為『搶』不到台灣小孩啊！」他說，和太太決定領養時，都沒有要求「哪一國」，只要有孩子盡快加入他們家庭就好；但台灣孩童搶手，等了好久等不到。「有一名越南男童，你們要嗎？」善牧基金會打電話問，林先生和太太立即點頭。

「既然想要養孩子，就不需要在意其他的，反正只要有愛，養了都一樣啦！」林先生說，抱十月大的兒子回家，覺得人生有了新目標，每當上一天班拖著疲憊身體回家、或在外面遇到挫折委屈，但只要孩子撲上前緊緊抱住他的那一刻，「一切都不重要了」。

夫妻從不避諱孩子是領養的，孩子長大後可能會問起身世、血緣關係，親子間或許會產生小摩擦，「但我相信，孩子會感受到我們的愛。」他們會告訴孩子，「你第一個家庭在善牧嬰兒之家，第二個家庭在這裡，是你永遠的家。」

「我很幸運，得到很多。」林先生表示，領養孩子後，善牧一路協助，從親職教育到親子活動，提供很多與孩子互動的技巧、觀念，與其說學習、訓練，倒不如說很享受。最近他們想再領養一名女兒，告訴善牧「國籍不限」，一兒加一女，「家裡熱熱鬧鬧的，才是一個『好』家庭！」
