【蔡進男／基隆報導】涉及鉅額詐保案許文同，今天晚上移送基隆地檢署複訊，其次子許權儀也依檢察官指示，晚上到地檢署報到，檢方連夜偵訊後，認為許文同坦承詐保，自願返台，他的3名子女也都已自首，無串證逃亡之虞，經過約2小時訊問後，諭令許文同限制住居，限制出境、出海處分。

許文同與兒子一同走出地檢署，記者詢問許文同對檢方此處分有什麼看法時，許低調說，沒有什麼看法，已經認罪了，記者再問，今後去那裡，許回說，無處可去，父子兩手拉手快步走出地檢署，兒子數度鞠躬致意，上車前說，會去探望阿嬤，兩人搭乘計程車迅速離去。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】一段已在網路上流傳一年多的影片，最近引發英國航空公司(BA，British Airways)高層關注，認為影片已經損及英航形象，要求下令徹查。

這段全長約8分鐘的影片，應該是在一處飯店的浴室內拍攝的，但正確地點已經無法考據。影片內容其實十分無厘頭，因為從頭到尾就是兩個身穿整齊英航空姐制服的年輕女子，在浴缸裡洗澡，嚴格來說是一人替另一人洗澡，穿著衣服洗澡。當然在水和肥皂泡泡的滋潤下，原本就很繃得空姐制服變得笑果十足，而其中一名女子洗著洗著，也不負觀眾期望，脫下窄裙與襯衫，露出純白的內衣與黑色網襪。

英航發言人表示，雖然仍無法確認影片中女子是否就是英航員工，但兩人身上穿的制服看來確實很像是真的，已要求各國分公司徹查兩人身分，假如是英航空姐，必定嚴懲。這段影片隱藏在網路世界中已經一年多，並默默累積了超過百萬人次點閱，且已被廣為轉發。

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】嘉義縣阿里山公路牛埔公車轉運站公園的形象公仔，上月底遭噴漆塗鴉，警方成立專案小組，案子至今未破。昨天晚上，竹崎警分局接到縣長隨扈電話，指出在竹崎親水公園內的「嘉己人公仔」，也遭人噴漆；警方隨即前往現場採證，並成立專案小組、召開專案會議，事不過一夜，今早又被民眾發現，公仔二度遭噴漆，行徑囂張。
 
放置在牛埔轉運站的2對嘉己人公仔，上個月才被噴上「張花冠、陳明文」字樣，這次擺在竹崎親水公園的公仔，被噴「張明文、陳花冠」；嘉義縣議員詹家甄質疑，前案未破後案又發生，兩次警方都成立專案小組，功能到底在哪裡？

美股走揚，台股止跌反彈，指數開高震盪走高，一度收復8400點關卡；其中，以食品及半導體類股表現最強。

傳統產業股漲跌互見，全台最大芝麻油廠富味鄉出包，福壽訂單激增，股價強攻漲停，達新台幣16.45元，其餘福懋油、泰山及大統益股價也連袂走揚，帶動整體食品類股大漲逾1%，為盤面焦點。

航運類股在報導運價醞釀調漲激勵下，也有不錯表現，上漲近1%。

電子股方面，晶圓代工龍頭台積電在外資看多激勵下，股價一度大漲2.5元，漲幅達2.34%，帶動半導體類股大漲逾1%，表現最佳。

至10時34分，大盤成交量約306億元。

財政部針對103年度歲入預算，共編列1兆3645億元，較102年度預算數1兆3608億元，增加37億元。立委許添財在立法院財委會質詢指出，今年編的歲入，可否用一句話來形容一下？是不是很慘不忍睹？財政部長張盛和回答說，「歲入成長趨緩」，但還沒到慘不忍睹這個地步，會維持舉債上限不要超過國內生產毛額(GDP)38%。

張盛和上午赴立法院財委會進行「財政部主管103年度施政重點及預算編列報告」，並備質詢。他在報告時指出，102年度截至9月底止，財政部主管歲入累計實收數1兆5.99億元，分別占法定預算數1兆3607.65億元及分配預算數1兆809.15億元之73.53%及92.57%。張盛和表示，今年已釋股總計441億元，而課稅收入則少了90億元。

  蔡昉指出大陸目前的受教育水平是隨年齡增長而降低，所以目前不是推遲退休年齡的好時機，因為年紀大的這部分人是沒有市場競爭力的，失業的可能性很大。如果推遲退休年齡，政府雖然不用支付這部分人養老金，但是要給予他們失業保險金。

「習八條」當頭下，中共湖南慈利縣委辦公室副主任周國忠日前為慶祝兒子誕生，在飯店舉辨酒宴，還收受同僚禮金。周某日前被慈利縣委依違反幹部廉潔自律規定，免去職務。

新華社報導，周某兼任的慈利縣委接待處主任，也一併被免職。

報導指出，周國忠不久前喜獲麟兒，遂於10月12日下午在慈利縣芙蓉大酒店舉行慶祝酒宴，並邀請所屬單位及縣委、縣府直轄單位的同僚參加，並收受這些具有公職人員身分的同僚致贈紅包禮金。

這項報導說，這場酒宴被慈利縣及上一級的張家界市作風辦人員當場查獲，全案遂告曝光。

報導提到，周國忠為了生小孩舉辦酒宴，並邀請所屬單位及其他單位公職人員參加，且收取禮金，違反了領導幹部廉潔自律的有關規定，以及張家界市自訂的「關於規範張家界市共?黨員和國家公職人員操辦婚喪喜慶事宜暫行規定」。
