貓眼圓仔趴趴走 圓媽忙追趕

圓仔像吹氣球似飛快地長大，現在體重已經超過7公斤了，保育員也觀察到，牠的眼睛是像貓一樣的紡錘狀，白天裡瞳孔會變得比較細長一些，而現在圓仔不但已經可以緩慢地用四肢爬行，對於身邊的事物也越來越好奇。

嘴巴開開，一顆頭不停搖呀搖，圓仔像是知道前面有鏡頭，在跟大家打招呼，但是太激動了，一不小心就滾了下來，模樣超級可愛。

仔細看看圓仔的大眼睛，保育員們觀察到，圓仔明明是熊科動物，但卻有著像貓一樣的紡錘狀眼睛，會隨著光線調整瞳孔大小，在夜裡，視力甚至比人還好。

趴在地上伸伸懶腰，體重已經超過7公斤的圓仔，是個大寶寶了，走的也越來越好，媽媽圓圓不但得追在後頭，還得半叼半推的把牠帶回去。

圓仔對於身邊的事物開始變得好奇，想做的事情也越來越多，看牠小小的身影，在地上爬來爬去，追著垃圾桶，是不是也很想幫牠加加油呢。

柴油車省油優勢不再?

除非一年使用的里程超過2萬公里以上
不然單靠省的油錢
根本難以彌補多付出的車價
更不用說柴油車的保養比汽油車貴
又有渦輪這個不確定因子
想要靠柴油的省油來省錢
個人覺得還是要看一年使用的里程

至於油耗的部份
基本上市區氣柴油的油耗差異不大
同樣2.0的頂多就一公升跑10公里或12公里的差別而已
但油電就相對可怕了
市區油耗高達16km/L以上
純高速就差比較多
大概就汽油（16~18km/L）跟柴油（20~22km/L）的差距
長跑高速或高里程數使用者抑或是常跑山區的
柴油車的優勢比較明顯
否則單論省油
基本上汽油車在新科技的加持下
跟柴油車已經沒有那麼大的差異了

趁週年慶入手看很久的香緹卡產品（還真貴啊....) 我的膚質 23歲 女 乾肌 沒什麼痘痘 夏天使用skii 青春露跟活膚霜 每年冬天我的臉在外面被風吹吹吹吹,都會脫皮（尤其鼻子） 夏天倒是還好,夏天的skii活膚霜對我來說就不會脫皮了 這瓶光是看外表就還蠻賞心悅目的 香味是玫瑰的味道（我是玫瑰控XDDDD) 不過味道不會留在臉上太久,剛擦完臉會有一點黏黏的(這種程度我還可以接受啦） 用了兩個禮拜之後的感想 （我每天早上擦全臉） 我外出一整天都不會臉乾（今天桃園風很大,去看黃色小鴨也沒脫皮） 大概就是這樣 對我來說 只擦一瓶保養品蠻方便的 而且也達到我要的功能（我連化妝水都沒上了） 歐對了 它可以順便擦眼週不會刺激（我是也蠻懶得另外擦眼霜啦,這點我很愛） 抗老的部分麻....還在觀察中 分享給大囉 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.74.105

洋奶粉寒冬將至 明治奶粉退出中國市場

【大紀元2013年10月25日訊】10月24日，明治乳業中國官方網站宣佈，由於不斷高漲的生產成本和日益激烈的競爭，明治嬰兒奶粉暫時退出中國市場。

據陸媒《每經網》10月25日報導，昨日，明治乳業日本總部向媒體確認了將退出中國市場的消息，但同時表示，此次只是 「暫時退出」，明治乳業會根據中國奶粉市場狀況變化，考慮將來重新營業的可能。

2008年中國嬰兒奶粉三聚氰胺醜聞曝光之後，包括日本奶粉在內的海外品牌奶粉受到中國消費者推崇。

2010年，日本西南部爆發口蹄疫之後，中國一度禁止了日本乳製品進口，不過明治乳業繼續在中國銷售其在澳大利亞生產的奶粉。

然而，2011年日本大地震海嘯所導致的福島核電站核洩漏污染損害了日本食品安全的信譽。各國消費者都擔心日本出口產品受到核污染。

中國媒體引述專家分析，明治奶粉此時決定退出中國市場的原因，主要包括中日關係緊張難破局，以及中國當局最近對洋奶粉品牌的以「反壟斷」為名展開的調查所造成的壓力。

日本明治乳業是亞洲最大的乳製品企業之一，1997年正式進入中國。

目前，明治乳業最大的國外市場是巴基斯坦。另外明治奶粉也銷售到臺灣和越南。

官方聲明表示，此次涉及的珍愛系列奶粉包括明治珍愛愛兒900g、明治珍愛寶900g、明治珍愛童900g和明治珍愛媽媽900g，庫存售罄後即告結束。

據陸媒報導，明治乳業此次退出中國市場的產品僅限於奶粉。公司日本總部表示，明治旗下的冰激凌等其他產品將繼續維持在華銷售不變，明治總部會儘快處理善後事宜，現有的奶粉從業人員將考慮調崗安置。

有分析稱，明治的退出標誌著洋奶粉在中國的寒冬或許將要到來。

美首件長效止痛劑上市 專家憂藥物遭濫用

【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者黃凱熙編譯報導）美國食品和藥物管理局25日公佈，已批准首件使用單一配方的止痛劑上市。這種未摻雜其他處方的鎮痛劑，其止痛的效果更強、藥效持續更久。但藥物專家則擔心由於這種藥的效果顯著，會造成有疼痛問題的病患更加依賴止痛藥，而不去查就造成疼痛的病因，使美國濫用止痛藥的情況更加嚴重。

根據美聯社報導，美國食品和藥物管理局（FDA）25日公佈，已核准長效型止痛藥Zohydro ER上市，這種藥物適用於「必須長期每天服用多次止痛藥，且不能與其它藥物混用治療的病患」。換言之，Zohydro ER是一種用於治療慢性重度疼痛症病患的新藥。

目前市面常見的維可汀（Vicodin）等止痛劑，皆是混有氫可酮（Hydrocodone）及普拿疼（acetaminophen）的混合鎮痛藥劑。這些藥物一般用於治療外傷、手術後、關節炎及偏頭痛等病患的疼痛問題上。但這類混合型止痛藥的藥效通常僅能維持4小時，因此必須終日服用鎮痛劑的病患，一天要服用6次。

由Zogenix藥廠所生產的Zohydro ER止痛劑，是第一種僅使用氫可酮單一配方的止痛劑，且獲得食品和藥物管理局核准販售的長效型止痛劑。

Zohydro ER核准上市後，對慢性疼痛病患而言，看似是一個好消息，不過美國當局一公佈這項訊息後，也著實令醫藥界感到訝異，因為該局大部份的藥品顧問，去年對這種止痛藥做出了許多負面的分析評估報告。

導致食品及藥物管理局的疼痛專家小組，去年以12票對2票、1票棄權的壓倒性局面，反對當局核准該藥上市。這些專家普遍質疑：美國還需要再批准一項藥效更強、已遭全國醫療界濫用的止痛劑上市嗎？

反止痛藥物濫用的倡導者伊斯瑞爾（Avi Israel），批評食品及藥物管理局迅速批准Zohydro ER販售的決策，是想謀殺更多的兒童。伊斯瑞爾的兒子因為仰賴止痛藥成癮，把自己的身體搞壞到痛不欲生，而在2011年選擇自殺來解除痛苦。伊斯瑞爾在痛失愛子後，致力推動打擊青少年濫用止痛劑的保護工作，及為病人進行藥物安全的把關工作。

伊斯瑞爾曾在去年12月，在當局的公眾討論及投票網站上，呼籲管理局應該駁回Zohydro ER上市販售的申請案。伊斯瑞爾認為食品和藥物管理匆匆核准Zohydro ER上市的決策過於草率，他說：「我們正在謀殺更多的兒童，等到一發不可收拾後，當局再回來無辜的致歉說：『喔，我們不小心犯錯了！』。」

根據美國的官方統計，美國醫師在2011年共開出1億3,100萬張含有氫可酮止痛藥的處方箋，使得鎮痛劑的用藥量成為全國之冠。

美國緝毒局也表示，含有麻醉成分的氫可酮，也一直是濫用藥物成癮者的選項之一。

日本樂桃航空 103年飛高雄

日本廉價航空「樂桃航空」去年進軍台灣，已開航桃園到大阪及桃園到沖繩。樂桃今天宣布，明年1月18日首航高雄-大阪。

樂桃航空表示，高雄-大阪將是樂桃航空第6條國際航線，每天1個航班，提供南台灣旅客更方便遊關西的選擇。

樂桃高雄飛大阪出發時間是下午2時55分，日本時間傍晚6時35分到大阪，回程是日本時間上午11時50分從大阪起飛，下午2時20分回到高雄，使用有180人座的A320型飛機。

樂桃航空近期將公布高雄-大阪機票價格及販售時間。

樂桃航空是日本的廉價航空，去年3月首航，現在每週提供294個航班服務，除了日本國內線外，國際航線有首爾、釜山、香港及台北，明年1月再增高雄。

鹽漬人頭案嫌犯陳佳富開庭時被認為裝瘋賣傻，演很大，但精神科醫師當庭觀察鑑識他疑似精神解離症，法官裁定重新鑑定陳嫌精神狀態，陳嫌已押送台北，將於下周住進台大醫院戒護進行1至2周精神鑑定。

陳佳富涉嫌為了詐領保險金，殺妹妹鹽漬人頭棄屍，嘉義檢警偵辦依據台中榮總嘉義分院鑑識結果，認定他佯裝精神障礙犯案，且詐領政府身心障礙補助，依殺人、詐欺等罪起訴。

陳嫌第一次開庭全身癱軟、昏睡、口吐白沫，被檢方認為裝瘋賣傻很會演。第二次開庭，嘉義長庚醫院精神科醫師全程觀察鑑識陳嫌疑似有「解離」的精神疾病。

第三次開庭法官裁定陳嫌重新進行精神鑑識，據指出，陳嫌在22日從嘉義看守所押送至台北，預計28日住進台大醫院進行1至2周的鑑定，由台北市警方戒護。檢方昨證實此訊息。

犯下殺害女童雙屍案的陳昆明，因最高法院以他有精神問題，駁回一、二審的死刑判決，發回更審引起議論，因陳佳富以精神問題自清，檢方密切注意陳昆明案的發展，不排除未來開庭針對量刑之刑度問題，採取攻防。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】去年鬧得沸沸揚揚的「拍賣處男處女」記錄片活動的男性參加者、現年24歲的俄羅斯男子史地潘諾夫(Alex Stepanov)，近日接受媒體訪問時表示，自己參加拍賣處子之身的活動，目的是為了克服「社交恐懼症」(social anxiety)。

史地潘諾夫說，長期以來社交恐懼症一直困擾著他，也導致他無法完成學業，他說：「我知道選擇拍賣處男是一件很怪又很有爭議的事，但我希望藉著這個方法來克服社交恐懼。」

不像另一名女性女性參加者巴西21歲女子蜜里蕾妮(Catarina Migliorini)獲得廣大關注，最後獲得78萬美元(約新台幣2300萬元)的拍賣金。史地潘諾夫最後僅獲得2600美元(約新台幣78000元)的拍賣金，下標者是一名男性。

對方是學長 大學在國外念書 在台北工作一段日子了 最近因為有一些共同的話題才變熟 傳LINE 電話聊天 星期五剛好他會回宜蘭老家(星期六去花蓮) 所以我們有小聚一下 聊天喝飲料 星期六我北上和朋友聚會 早上他突然傳LINE說他不去花蓮了 問我聚會到幾點 之後可以在台北逛逛 和朋友聚會結束後 我們就會合(他在附近的誠品等我) 因為還不知道要去哪 所以他決定先把行李帶回家放 我們就坐公車到景美 我在他們家一樓大廳等 (他爸媽剛好在家 當然我本來就沒要上去的意思) 放好行李後 我們原本想說到河堤走走 騎腳車 但我穿了一天的高跟... 他說：你應該也不想用走的吧 我說：嗯　超痠...... 所以他就騎機車載我 還給了我一個口罩 好 重點來了(講了這麼多廢話) 騎車騎到一半(因為天氣很冷？) 我原本是把手抓著機車後座後面 他突然說：你可以摟住我的腰... 我說：不好吧...(然後他就把我的手往前拉 摟住他的腰) 一開始我只有抓住他的腰 結果他說：你可以再摟緊一點...(大概是雙手重疊這樣...) 請問朋友之間　騎車會摟腰嗎？　還是因為學長從國外回來？ 又因為天氣比較冷的原因（他昨天穿短褲...） 最後我們去了碧潭走走吃東西　因為我必須趕車回家... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.50.16
