台南高鐵特定區開發牛步 透天厝沒人買 〔記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕高鐵已通車七年，但是高鐵台南站特定區仍是一片「荒煙蔓草 」，看不出帶動周邊發展，市議員昨日質詢提出關切，市府強調，由於土地大多屬於高鐵 ，市府打算向高鐵承購部份用地，以利取得招商主導權，加快站區建設腳步。 市議員曾王雅雲則認為，高鐵周邊臨路的透天厝都沒人買，附近雜草叢生又沒人整理，地 方鄉親原本期盼高鐵通車後可以帶動地方繁榮發展，賴市長也執政快三年了，「難道還要 再等七年嗎？」 離市區太遠 都發局將強化招商 都發局長吳欣修表示，由於高鐵站距離市區太遠，必須再強化商業跟住宅機能，目前首要 工作是招商，包括會展中心、觀光工廠等，市府努力進行中。 高鐵特定區規劃有住宅區、商業區、產業專用區及公共設施等，面積共約二百九十八公頃 ，中央研究院南部分院已確定落腳高鐵台南站產專區，打算向高鐵局購地七．三公頃。 此外，高鐵局標售二筆住宅區土地，每坪底價七．九萬元至八．二萬元，由於街廓完整方 正，吸引許多業者搶標，其中以歸仁區武東段三六七地號最夯，就位在高鐵站前門，多達 十一家搶標，最後得標者以每坪十一．五七萬元到手。 經濟發展局長方進呈表示，高鐵周邊土地慢慢發展，中研院南部分院設置，特定區亦鄰近 台南都會博物館、台南機場、十鼓文創園區等，住宅區地價與北部行情比較「相對便宜」 ，遠景仍被看好。 高鐵局為最大地主 其次是台糖 方進呈表示，特定站土地大部分屬於高鐵局所有，其次是台糖土地，僅少數私人地，招商 主導權在高鐵局，但除了住宅區可標售，商業區與產專區不能標售，只能以設定地上權方 式公開標租。 由於土地不能買，加上目前商業生活機能未起來，離市區又遠，業者評估投資風險及租金 年年提高成本難估算，多半保守觀望，去年高鐵局配合市府，拿出產專區二．五七公頃土 地作會展中心招商，結果沒人投標。 方進呈表示，商業區與產專區雖不能標售，但可以讓售公家機關，因此思考向高鐵局部份 購地，市府尚在評估研商中，期能取得招商主導權，才能加快規劃進度並完全自主，以利 推動站區建設腳步。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/oct/25/today-south12.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.66.235

截至收盤，道瓊斯指數上漲61.07點，收於15,570.28點，漲幅為0.39%；納斯達克指數上漲14.40點，收於3,943.36點，漲幅為0.37%；標準普爾500指數上漲7.70點，收於1,759.77點，漲幅為0.44%。

道指的歷史最高收盤點為2013年9月18日的15,676.94點；歷史最高盤中點位是9月18日盤中的15,709.58點。

周五美國經濟數據面，美國商務部宣布，9月份的耐用品訂單環比增3.7%。據彭博社調查，經濟學家對此的平均預期為環比增2.5%。接受MW調查的經濟學家平均預期耐用品訂單數字將增長3%。

【葉婉如╱台北報導】仔仔今年以《回家》奪下最佳男主角大獎，戲劇評審總召瞿友寧表示，評審過程中，龍劭華和仔仔分數一樣，評審討論激烈，最後以評審心目中的排位優先的勝出，仔仔對角色做足功課，有目共睹。苗可麗和周幼婷在最後一輪勝出，苗以和過去表演大不相同，在《含笑食堂》中是貫穿全劇的靈魂人物，表現令人驚喜，因此勝出。

鑑於止痛藥上癮導致死亡的案例日增，美國食品暨藥物管理局發出聲明，將緊縮麻醉止痛藥處方的開立。這項措施最快明年實施。

1999年以來，美國人因使用麻醉止痛藥或鴉片類藥物過量導致死亡人數暴增4倍，其中有約70%使用含有氫可酮（hydrocodone）的止痛藥物。

為了避免這類事件不斷發生，美國食品暨藥物管理局（FDA）將加強管制醫生最常開立的麻醉止痛藥處方，尤其是含有麻醉氫可酮（narcotic hydrocodone）成分的止痛藥，未來將和含有氧可酮（Oxycodone）、讓人容易上癮的強力止痛藥「奧施康定」（OxyContin）一樣，將都受到嚴格管制。

這項措施預計從明年起開始實施，未來病患若要服用含有上述成分的止痛藥時，必須持有醫師處方箋，才得以購買。同時，醫師處方箋的有效期也將從過去的180天內縮減為90天內。

標題[問題] 怎麼讓中文Siri把email內容讀出來?

更新到iOS 7之後 英文Siri就可以唸出email的內容了 但是我怎麼試就是沒辦法讓中文Siri讀出email... (已經試了唸/讀/讀出/朗讀 等等) 是中文Siri還不支援這個部份還是我沒找到正確的關鍵字呢? 懇請解答! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.88.147
