外界批評食品衛生管理法罰責過輕，以致不肖食品業者寧受處罰，也要大賺黑心錢。衛生福利部長邱文達上午在部務會議中指示研擬加重罰責，並在明天召開專案會議，擬將目前添加違法成分最高罰責，由1500萬元提高至3000萬元甚至5000萬元，且一罪一罰。

另外標示不實部分也將加重罰金，目前罰4萬至20萬元，未來擬提高至400萬元，等於加重百倍，同樣採一罪一罰。邱文達表示，希望透過重罰嚇阻及警告國內不肖業者，不要以身試法。

衛福部次長許銘能指出，已經啟動內部法規部門研商，一旦上路，將依違規事證重罰。

愛瘋不瘋！iPhone 5s、5c 開賣人潮不如往年 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20131025/286571.htm 記者洪聖壹／台北報導 蘋果公司今天（10/25）在台開賣 iPhone 5s 與 iPhone 5c，遠傳台北車站門市搶先開跑 ，從今天凌晨 2 點吸引現場約 20 人排隊搶買，緊接著 Studio A Neo 19 門市也是吸引 超過 50 人到場排隊，然而三家電信公司今年位在台北信義威秀的門市，排隊人潮不如往 年，截至上午 11 點開店，僅有中華電、遠傳有零星人潮。 蘋果公司今年首度將台灣列入新一代 iPhone 第二波上市地區，然而通路商透露，新一代 iPhone 5s 與 iPhone 5c 到貨量不多，而民眾反應幾乎一面倒像規格較高、據指紋辨識 的 iPhone 5s，尤其是今年首度亮相的金色款版本。根據前一天（10/24）晚上 10 點在 Studio A 門市排隊的民眾洪偉所說，如果買不到 iPhone 5s 金色款，就回家上網訂購 。同樣在前一天晚上 10 點的排隊民眾張博元先生更直言：「金屬質感還是比較好，實在 沒有必要花兩萬多塊買一支塑膠手機。」 而今天凌晨兩點就到遠傳北車門市排隊的杜偉俊則表示，拿到 iPhone 5s 金色的瞬間， 覺得金色的樣子跟心中想像有點落差，不過質感還是比較好好，然而若是沒有排到金色款 ，他就不會考慮購機。 然而除了遠傳北車門市、Studio A 門市外，記者實際觀察中華電、遠傳、台哥大三家電 信的人潮，截至今天上午 11 點，中華電排隊人數僅 9 人，就連有提供各項優惠的遠傳 門市也僅有 7 人，台哥大門市更是空無一人，即使今年採用預約領機的方式，然而開店 時間排隊購機的人潮，和往年幾乎人滿為患比較起來仍有強烈的落差。 對此，Studio A 表示，去年（2012年）是因為 iPad mini、新 iPad還有iPhone 5同步開 賣，所以人潮比較多，今年只有一個品項（iPhone 5s、iPhone 5c），拿 Studio A Neo 19 門市來說，狀況其實和往年差不多；而且目前就各門市回報的狀況來說，買氣其實差 不多。 ----------------- 我也來回報一下我看到的 剛上班經過瑞光路遠傳、台哥大 也是零星人潮 看樣子大家只針對金色而來 其他就還好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.179.121

標題[問題] G2使用line(搖一搖)
