中華職棒兄弟象隊尋求買主，體育署長何卓飛表示，有意接手職棒隊的企業約有3到4家，但細節還要詳談。

兄弟象隊董事長洪瑞河、領隊洪芸鈴今天下午在兄弟飯店召開記者會。洪瑞河宣布，兄弟象尋求轉手，希望在年底前找到買主，如果年底前沒有談成，最多明年再打一季。

洪瑞河公開表示，「希望透過這次的記者會，比兄弟更大、更有能力的企業能跟我們聯絡」，也期待政府出面，協助兄弟象找買主。

體育署長何卓飛今天說，最近一年接觸超過30家企業，其中3到4家有意接手職棒隊，這幾家企業適合入主職棒，但進一步細節還要詳談。

何卓飛說，期待兄弟象轉手案在明年球季開打前可以談定，新球季順利開打。

【大紀元10月19日報導】（中央社記者汪淑芬台北19日電）2013台北國際旅展今天第2天，因逢週末，台灣觀光協會統計，總共湧進8萬7000多人次，是歷年旅展週末新高。

台北旅展昨天上午開幕，中午起開放民眾入場，昨天就有6萬1000多人次入場參觀，已比去年同期首日多了近2成。

台灣觀光協會統計，今天上午10時到傍晚6時開放時間，總共有8萬7786人次進場，比去年旅展次日多了1萬3000多人次，成長18.65%，同樣多了近2成，也是歷年旅展逢週末的新高。

台灣觀光協會估計，去年旅展有26萬人次參觀，今年預估可達28萬人次。

今天從上午到傍晚，無論是一館國內外旅遊展區、民宿美食區或三館飯店區，都是人潮，只要有搶答送贈品的攤位，就擠滿熱情的民眾。

今年1350個參展攤位中，日本最多有100多攤，買氣相當旺，香港、澳門有不少新台幣萬元的以下的便宜行程，詢問度也很高。

有些攤位頗用心與民同樂，首次參展的波蘭，安排身穿鐵甲武士工作人員站崗，成為好奇民眾拍照場景；巴西則在現場布置小型足球場；貝里斯提供民眾體驗高爾夫推桿。

位在三館的飯店區，參觀民眾更多，很多民眾都說，搶高檔餐廳只要打個7折、8折，每個人1次就能省好幾百元，很值得。

每天限量高鐵福袋，因內含2張高鐵半價兌換券，昨天一開賣沒多久就賣完，今天一早就有人排隊，同樣很快就掃光，有民眾說，2張半價券等於車票買一送一，現在高鐵漲價，能省則省。

由雲嘉南風景區管理處、阿里山風景區管理處、西拉雅風景區管理處及農委會特有生物研究保育中心等共同主辦的2013白色嘉南國際觀鳥馬拉松大賽，將於19日正式開賽，今年共計有25個隊伍報名，除國內觀鳥好手外，還有來自馬來西亞、韓國、泰國、西班牙、美國、加拿大、南非等7個國家國際鳥友參加。

雲嘉南管理處鄭榮峯處長表示，比賽範圍涵蓋雲林、嘉義及台南等縣市，這是一個首創長達30小時的國際賞鳥大賽，如同長跑的馬拉松比賽，英文名為Birdathon，無論是水鳥與山鳥均可全面觀察。

鄭榮峯處長表示，今年比賽首創智慧觀鳥，由雲嘉南管理處與特有生物研究保育中心共同創新生物觀察記錄模式，比賽將採用特有生物研究保育中心所研發的「行動觀鳥調查APP」。

他又說，透過平板電腦，參賽者可即時上傳在比賽過程中所觀察記錄到的鳥種，建構雲嘉南濱海國家風景區內的鳥類分布資料，也同時可以記載各隊伍的觀鳥足跡與路線圖，分享賞鳥旅程。

鄭榮峯處長表示，藉由調查記錄APP，不但可以加快統計各隊的觀鳥成績，同時還可以了解各隊伍的觀鳥路線，雲嘉南管理處於賽後將分析觀鳥路線內容，配合路線中的旅遊景點，規劃更多的賞鳥套裝行程，以提供更優質的生態旅遊服務。
