（軍聞社記者方正臺北十八日）376對參加國軍一０二年聯合婚禮的新人，今天在良辰吉時，帶著總統馬英九先生福證與二千多位親友的祝福，熱熱鬧鬧完成終身大事。

　國軍今年「愛你一生、情定今世」聯合婚禮下午在國防大學復興崗校區實施，馬總統擔任證婚人，國防部長嚴明、參謀總長高廣圻上將為雙方主婚人，陸軍司令李翔宙上將、空軍司令劉震武上將則是男、女方介紹人，見證三百七十六對新人互許終身、幸福的一刻。

　吉時一到，新人們分批搭乘禮車巴士，抵達美輪美奐的會場，依序步行通過由三軍儀隊帥氣官兵所搭起的劍門，接受在場觀禮的二千多位親友及國軍代表最誠摯的祝福。

　儀式中，首先全體新郎向新娘高跪姿求婚、相互鞠躬及交換信物後，由馬總統宣讀結婚證書，新人代表、主婚人、介紹與證婚人用印，以及頒發證書、賀禮，並在致詞中期許佳偶牽緊彼此的手，一輩子幸福相守，共創美滿家庭。

　總統首次參與國軍官兵聯合婚禮，為三百多位新人福證，也感受到國軍重視家庭、軍眷的用心，並舉「十年修得同船渡、百年修得共枕眠」勉勵新人珍惜緣分、福氣，相親相愛，共結連理組成為家庭。

　總統以「國際大導演李安」夫妻共患難為例，期許新人們相知相惜、互信互諒，經營生活美滿的家庭，尤其配偶都是要能犧牲奮鬥的軍人，必須要彼此瞭解，大膽信任並支持其從軍報國志業，更希望大家努力「增產報國」，忠實履行國家政策，並在完善育兒措施及無後顧之憂下，共同創造幸福美滿的人生。

　新人代表吳曉青中校致謝詞時，帶領全體新郎宣誓向新娘效忠，也感謝三軍統帥出席證婚，至為榮幸，並表示，將謹記總統的祝福賀詞，為國家效命、為人民服務，在工作上盡忠職守，也會在家庭中真心相守，永遠愛護珍惜上天恩賜、岳父割捨的心肝寶貝。

　典禮結束前，全體佳偶在總統讀秒見證中，彼此深情擁吻，向世人宣示兩人終身無悔的愛情與婚約；稍後，總統與全體新人合影，並逐一向每位新郎、新娘握手致意，祝福他們「相知相守、永浴愛河、白頭偕老」。

路透社和易普索集團（Reuters/Ipsos）今天發布的民意調查顯示，雖然美國民主共和兩黨達成協議，重啟政府與調高債限，但多數美國人並不滿意，政爭中受害最深的是共和黨人。

路透社報導，對兩黨協議不滿意的民眾占32%，滿意的有28%，40%民眾既不是不滿意，也不是滿意。

在表示不滿意或中立的民眾裡，有45%說因為這項協議沒有解決僵局核心的預算爭執，且只是把問題延後到明年初而已。有23%民眾對整個過程感到挫折。

這項民調是在國會表決通過、總統歐巴馬簽署法案後，昨天和今天在網路上訪問516名民眾所做的，誤差範圍是正負4.9個百分點。

在這場政爭中，最失敗的是國會共和黨議員。民眾印象最佳的，則是總統歐巴馬。

有41%受訪者對歐巴馬的看法變得比較負面，有17%受訪者的看法變得比較正面。

問到誰是這場政爭的贏家時，17%受訪者說民主黨，4%說共和黨，70%占絕大多數的民眾說，雙方都沒贏。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】美股科技類股表現亮眼，Google股價一度飆漲逾10％，首次超越1000美元大關；3大股指收高結尾，標準普爾500指數再破歷史巔峰。

《鉅亨網》報導，亞馬遜、臉書、雅虎和商務社交巨擘 LinkedIn等科技類股股價均揚升逾2％。標準普爾500指數持續攀升且再創歷史新高，周線漲幅超過2％；Nasdaq 指數竄漲逾1％，周線漲幅也超越3％；道指小幅揚升，周線上漲1％。

美國股市
道瓊工業平均指數小漲 28.00 點或 0.18％ 至 15399.65。
Nasdaq 指數上漲 51.13 點或 1.32% 至 3914.28。
S&P 500 指數揚升 11.35 點或 0.65% 至 1744.50。
費城半導體指數收紅 1.35 點或 0.27% 至 506.44。

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1處民宅，今天下午6時許發生火警，鄰居發現後先拿滅火器救火，發現屋內1名婦人倒臥在地上，正要上前察看時，火勢瞬間變大，只好退到屋外報警求救。
 
警消趕抵現場將火勢撲滅後，發現該名婦人下半身幾乎燒焦呈現碳化，上半身則遭燻黑，已無生命徵象。警方調查，婦人有背痛病史，更因此罹患憂鬱症，疑似因病痛纏身，今天晚上竟抱著鐵鍋，點燃不明液體自焚身亡。由於現場並未發現遺書，鑑識人員已對殘留液體採證，釐清婦人是用何種易燃物體自焚。

標題[求助] 如何追有男子氣概的學妹?

最近同學揪打羽球 認識一個別所的學妹 她長得有點像T 個性也蠻男性化的 還蠻會打羽球的(比我強很多) 第一次遇到她的時候沒什麼感覺 再下個禮拜打羽球時 有跟她聊蠻久的 我開始對她有感覺 有要FB 沒要電話 又再下個禮拜 也就是這禮拜 我們打了三次羽球(和一群同學輪流打) 我進步得很慢 但她都會耐心地指導我打球的技巧 我都好怕她會不耐煩呢... 然後打球的時候也蠻歡樂的 真是快樂的時光啊... 前天我問她有演講要不要去聽 她說會看情形 昨天下午演講的時候 她看到我 然後就坐在我旁邊 演講中她有問我相關問題 因為我也不是很了解 我沒辦法回答她 我覺得自己超弱的... 演講完我本來想悻悻然的離開 沒想到她居然邀我一起去吃飯 她知道我不會騎機車 就提議說要載我 後來我們先去買了一個大披薩 再去拜拜(她剛來雲林 所以去拜土地公) 拜完以後我們去肯德基共享這個大披薩 我們聊了很多... 還蠻開心的 還比手大小啦 比腕力啊 感覺她把我當哥們耶 囧 最後她再把我載回學校 好貼心歐~ 現在有三個問題: 1.不知道什麼時機點跟她要電話? 2.下禮拜她生日 不知道要不要送她東西? 3.她外表看起來好像是T耶 我也不敢問她到底喜歡男生還女生? 請各位大大幫忙解惑嚕 3Q~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.231.17
