由台北市電影戲劇業職業工會與台北市電影委員會共同主辦的「微愛，紀錄」微電影徵件競賽，歷經一個多月的評審，於17日下午公布，其中最佳影片由微攝彩團隊「小豬公的秘密」脫穎而出，拿下10萬元獎金。

最佳導演、最佳編劇、最佳攝影則分別頒給「走過那段路」、「一句話的時間」、「第二次心跳」等3部作品。

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】福建17歲少女許劍梅，5歲時遭逢大火嚴重毀容，前天接受長達8小時的「換臉」手術。手術十分成功，新臉並不是一副僵硬的人皮面具，而有著豐富的毛細血管，能表達各種複雜的表情。

四川廣電報導，這次「中國式換臉」，醫生先在病人的肩部埋置擴張器「種臉」，並按周期注水為新臉提供皮源。另外，在病人右腿割取血管筋膜瓣和一段動脈作為「供血島」，將供血島的血管與臉部血管連接起來，養活新臉。

主治醫生說，傳統的換臉手術是取下捐贈者整個臉部的皮膚，移植給病人。目前僅法、美、中國各做過一例，但三病例均出現嚴重併發症，甚至死亡。

醫院去年11月開始為小梅種臉，近一年時間，新臉成功養活，得以移植。

爆發九月政爭以降，國民黨立委羅淑蕾屢用「手段粗糙」、「毛骨悚然」、「把鬥爭拿來拚經濟多好」等詞句批判馬總統。也針對特偵組監聽國會議長，直言非常嚴重。然而，這個在螢光幕前大談是非正義，飽受媒體聚光燈關注的羅委員，前天卻突然軟化了。

筆者許多朋友都非常期待這次的倒閣案能走出藍綠對決的宿命，以民意為依歸，莫不期盼幾位號稱「國民黨良心」的立委能幡然起義，倒戈順應倒閣，終結政治亂象。

但他們都失望了！第一時間投票結果出爐，執政黨與在野黨票票滴水不漏，朋友們在臉書痛批是非曲直終究敵不過政黨對決。

那些唱得好聽、演得精彩的政客，人民千萬別再被騙了！

這是由喬希．戈德堡(Josh Goldberg)所創建的網站，每個玩家可以進入原本遊戲機上的各個關卡（使用鍵盤上的箭頭鍵），或使用關卡編輯器(Level Editor)建立自己的地圖。該版本使用了和遊戲機上相同的音樂和動畫，讓網路版遊戲的真實性媲美遊戲機。

（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北十九日電）國防部後備指揮部「102年青溪新文藝金環獎北部地區巡迴美展」，今天在新北市三重社教館舉行開幕儀式，由三重區區長楊義德、土城區區長邱茂泉、青溪新文藝榮譽理事長呂玉環，及後備部指揮官王世塗中將、政戰主任明邦道少將等人共同剪綵，為美展揭開序幕。

　為響應政府文化政策及培育國軍文藝創作人才，今年由新北市後備部主辦「102年青溪新文藝金環獎北部地區巡迴美展」，展出作品包括國畫、水彩、字畫、攝影及油畫等6類84件金、銀、銅獎項與優選作品，內容多元活潑，呈現戰鬥文藝精神與氣息。

　指揮官王世塗中將在頒獎典禮時表示，國軍為鼓勵創作，所以每年舉辦「青溪新文藝巡迴美展」，期望讓喜好藝術創作的官兵、後備軍人及眷屬能彼此觀摩與交流，並在美展中盡情揮灑源源不絕的巧思與創意。

　本次美展展出時間自10月16日起至23日止（週一休館），展出地點在三重社教館1樓展覽廳（新北市三重區集美街60號），歡迎民眾踴躍前往參觀。

立法院經濟委員會今天初審通過多名立委提出的離島建設條例修正草案，其中立委陳雪生、簡東明等提案修正第十六條，要求未來離島建設基金金額不足一百億元時，由中央政府編列預算補足，但該案保留院會朝野協商。

不過，陳雪生提案修正第十二條之一通過，將離島地國民教育初聘教師應服務年數，從四年延長到六年以上。另外，修正離島建設條例第九條也通過，讓離島居民可向政府購回戰時被強制徵收的土地。

從昨天下午開始，我就無法登入信箱，明明帳密都對，可是就是無法登入。
原本我以為可能是帳密被盜，後來爬過文才發現，使用家用電腦可能是電腦中毒。
可是我是一個電腦白癡，不知道要如何掃毒，可以請各位好心的大大一步一步的教我嗎??
