【謝岱穎／綜合報導】由於紅雀今天(19日)擊敗道奇、打進世界大賽，原定可能在明天早上8點30分開打的國聯冠軍戰第7場已無需進行，大聯盟因而調整明天的比賽時間，原本會在凌晨4點30分開打的美聯冠軍戰第6場，延後到黃金時段的早上8點開打(美東時間晚上8點)，民視、FOX體育台和愛爾達體育台都會進行現場直播。

美聯冠軍系列賽中，紅襪暫以3勝2敗領先老虎，第6、7戰移至紅襪主場的波士頓芬威球場進行，紅襪再一勝即可以打進世界大賽，與紅雀交手，明早這一戰，老虎推出21勝的薛澤(Max Scherzer)，紅襪則由12勝1敗的巴寇茲(Clay Buchholz)應戰。

標題[好雷] 漢娜鄂蘭(如何在一個事件上耐心轉一圈?)

這個有點點不太像是電影心得， 比較像是看完以後又把我自己最近的很多想法組合的文章。 漢娜鄂蘭(Hannah Arendt，1906年10月14日－1975年12月4日)，德裔猶太人，二戰時期因 為納粹迫害逃到法國，卻在德國入侵法國後又再度被拘留於類似集中營的地方，也就是他 曾經體會過那個令人感到無比痛苦的境地。 慣穿整部電影的文字是"Think" 想、思考，電影中說到"思考不會讓人增長知識，但卻是 辨別善惡美醜的重要工具。" 另外一個慣穿電影的隱藏內容是單一觀點和求知觀點。 這兩個特色和交集在於什麼地方呢? 在電影中可以清楚知道漢娜鄂蘭是非常厭惡痛恨納粹的， 當審判要在以色列開庭的時候，她馬上就報名要去旁聽審判， 並且替紐約時報進行報導，去看看他所認為的那個惡魔究竟是什麼樣子， 而這時候的他在美國已經是很知名的教授了， 所著的名作"極權主義的起源"這本書已經出版了一陣子。 在開庭審判過程中，漢娜鄂蘭發現受到審判的 阿道夫·艾希曼（Adolf Eichmann，1906年3月19日－1962年5月31日） 納粹德國前高官，也是在猶太人大屠殺中執行「最終解決方案」的主要負責者。 被稱為「死刑執行者」。(from wiki)， 他是一個遵從命令的官僚，他不去、拒絕思考執行的命令是否邪惡、殘忍， 因此漢娜鄂蘭表示他所體現的不是「極端的邪惡」，而是「邪惡的平庸」。 於此同時，他也發現了當時會造成這麼大屠殺的因素還有一個---猶太人的領袖、長者， 似乎因為某些因素，和納粹"關係匪淺"，他認為這也是大屠殺中"黑暗"的一面， 這些內容，寫在報導中造成了當時輿論劇烈撻伐，並且稱他為叛徒， 有不少當時所謂的好朋友也跟她絕交。 他的論點後來變成一個非常重要的善惡討論基石，直到現在依然熱烈研究。 上面這些，延伸到現在的社會代表了什麼? 簡單的來說，如果讓各位去想想這十數年來的大小事件，或者簡單一點， 網路上的轉貼文章、自己經歷的事情， 相信或多或少大家都有體會過類似羅生門般的事件，但是再仔細去想想， 你所看到的或你所行動的是否是經過思考?又或者只是盲從? 有不少人說公務員應該看看這部片，在看完電影後我覺得應該是全民都該看看， 你可以注意到，納粹公務員只是"依法行政"不思考， 相對的漢娜帶回來的多角度訊息，大眾拒絕接受，有的看沒幾行就看不下去， 不想耐住性子去觀察和思考，而這一點是電影中我敬佩她的地方， 要壓抑住自己對納粹的痛恨，又要想盡辦法超脫自身去觀察事實， "了解事實，並不等於原諒"，這句話一直都是我對這部片最愛的地方， 從公務員到一般民眾，從貓狗打架到政府革命，從亂丟垃圾到核能安全， 在行動上，在執行上甚至在觀察上，究竟有沒有辦法去耐著性子， 從一個面向看到另外一個面向?從全盤接受一個觀點到多方採證? 然而從網路上一堆不採證卻瘋狂轉貼的謠言，到刻意誤導大眾的錯誤演講， 甚至從行為經濟學以及社會物理學的研究， 再再顯示出"思考"、"求證"、"多角度"對許多人是多麼困難的事情。 曾經有朋友對土地惡意開發這樣的事情反應非常劇烈， 多麼的痛恨主管單位無能、政客和企業多麼邪惡，欺負民眾， 但自從他為了工作在相關單位的最前線待過一年以後，他發現確實無能還是有， 政客和企業也存在，但同時也發現病不是稱做民眾就代表無辜， 裡面也有非常多令他感到厭惡的事情，這之後對於相關議題的評論， 除非是非常明顯的問題，否則他便趨向從更多資訊收集再來探討，而不是馬上激烈反彈。 速食的訊息固然可以讓人有更快速的反應，並且策動更立即的行為， 但同時他也可能代表了被誤導、被恐嚇的事實， 要如何耐住性子在事件上面轉一圈? 我想須要的是更大的包容力和收集資料的耐心。 -- 阿囧津真矢---女王的招式 你們也該覺醒了! 前行政院長游錫堃今天表示，行政院客家委員會「客語能力認證基本詞彙」，「倒閣」一詞的例句配合政治洗腦，令人憤怒。

民主進步黨立法院黨團提出的倒閣案，昨天投票沒有通過。游錫堃今天下午出席民進黨中常會前表示，倒閣案沒有通過，他覺得很遺憾。

但游錫堃說，在客家委員會網站的「客語能力認證基本詞彙」中，「倒閣」一詞的例句，出現的是「為了政局的安定，不可隨便就說要倒閣」。

他說，不論是四縣、海陸、大埔、饒平4種腔調，例句都是一樣的；客委會竟然配合國民黨一黨之需，配合國民黨政治洗腦，還花費國家預算。

對於游錫堃批評，客委會指出，客語學習無關乎政治，外界不應錯誤解讀；保存與推廣客語是客委會成立的首要工作，近年來鼓勵客語推廣與學習工作不遺餘力，也針對客語學習陸續編撰相關教材，同時透過包括舉辦客語能力認證考試，希望有效扎根客語，提供民眾多元學習客語的管道，讓客語登上公共領域地位。

標題[心得] 保養不如食補-痘痘新心得

=一樣也是暫時沒有網誌=無名小站沒有了= //文長// 文尾直接有結論，沒耐心可直接跳尾巴。 因為一樣也是沒有網誌， 附圖那些就免了。 這篇一樣也是只有我本人的實驗心得。 我雖然有推廣給其他身邊朋友， 但是都不知道其他人的成效如何。 而姐姐雖然和我一起吃，但是她皮膚本來就好到透頂。 很難看的出有什麼改善。 所以不列入參考。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 想要小小談一下保養不如食補這件事。 這句話正確來說應該是， 體內保養比體外保養重要多了。 我以前看到"you are what you eat" 這句話，都用鼻子哼氣想說"這是什麼鬼~我才不信" 但最近實驗下來發現真的很有道理。 所以決定在這邊分享一下。 就如我前面水晶肥皂所說， 我二月從韓國回來後，不只長背痘痘， 還整個臉都爛了。 不是誇張，是真的很爛。 長了非常多痘痘。 應該是我人生中最多痘痘的時候。 長痘痘當然是看醫生， 所以我跑去看了卓玉麗醫生。 醫生判斷我是水土不服（醫生真的這樣說，我明明臺灣人冏......) ，就一樣開了抗生素，消炎，抗過敏等內服藥， 雖然我很不喜歡吃藥，但醫生說我的痘痘真的太嚴重了， 一定要吃。 所以我整整吃了兩個月的藥。 吃藥的第一個月，老實說，改善真的不大。 到第二個月時，醫生推薦我買杏仁酸的療程。 因為臉的皮膚時在是太差了，牙一咬只好買了大約5000元的療程。 (五次) 診所還推薦了上萬元的雷射什麼的，但我實在沒錢..... 所以就算了。 杏仁酸療程我覺得有效，每次敷完杏仁酸後， 小姐都會幫我把臉上的痘痘擠掉。 （說到這個，我個人覺得擠痘痘還是要請專門的，大家絕對不要自己擠......!) 因為我臉上痘痘真的太多了， 每次小姐一邊清我都一邊流眼淚一邊哭。 皮膚好的人根本沒辦法想像那是什麼狀況。 真的心情會很差，尤其是擠完後整張臉又紅又腫。 眼睛也是腫的（因為痛到哭出來。） 加上有傷口還有痘疤， 我那段時間真的覺得很痛苦......(尤其我又是非常愛漂亮的人) 我那時的皮膚狀況是，清完痘痘後，我本來就已經放棄外表了， 所以打算直接回家。(那陣子我根本不太敢照鏡子，除了要保養時。) 沒想到護士小姐說:"嗯...我還是給妳一個口罩好了......" (淚) ====== 這樣的爛臉在外用內服下稍微有點控制住， 但五月時，水土不服和論文壓力下，我身體整個大爆發的壞掉。 五月有一天我突然有點喉嚨痛，因為剛好有朋友來臺灣， 所以我就陪著他們出門玩（導遊） 當天就一直覺得不是很舒服，頭很痛，應該是發燒了。 所以晚上我自己就直接去醫院。 醫院一量，體溫39點多，有點高，所以醫生就讓我打退燒針。 在打針的時候，我就直接昏倒在醫院。 醫院只好查資料讓我爸來接我回家。 我醒來時莫名其妙的在病床上。 從來沒有這麼虛弱過。 之後就咳嗽發燒全身痠痛了一兩個月。 因為都病的這麼重了，根本管不了臉上痘痘怎樣。 活下去比較重要。 當時咳嗽是咳到腹肌痠痛的那個程度。 加上感冒藥中也有抗生素。 醫生就叫我不用吃皮膚科的藥了。 皮膚科也暫時沒去了，杏仁酸療程也暫停。 （因為一直咳嗽根本沒辦法做。） 就這樣大大休養生息了一個月。 盡量清淡飲食，睡眠充足。 整整拖了兩個多月身體才變好。 在這期間，我看了雜誌上寫說，綠豆湯有排毒的功效。 在感冒比較痊癒的後期， 就開始喝綠豆湯，每天至少喝兩碗當點心。 煮法很簡單，一樣就是洗好丟電鍋。 但我會加很多水喝多喝湯。 每天至少兩碗當點心吃。 在身體調養比較好之後，一直沒在關心的痘痘也莫名其妙消掉了!! (說沒關心是因為病太重了，痘痘瞬間變成很不重要的事。） 這段大病時間讓我更加驗證了一些事 （可能大家都知道的事） 我當然相信醫生，也當然相信那些抗生素有用。 但是追根究柢，與其依賴那些抗生素， 本身如果身體很健康的人，根本皮膚也不會出問題。 （EX:我愛運動的健康姐姐。) 身體不好的人，持續看醫生又抗生素又醫美療程， 再怎樣皮膚也就那樣。 我吃那些痘痘藥吃到第二個月底時，真的覺得很煩。 覺得這些藥根本在整我吧。（自暴自棄無誤） 所以皮膚跟我一樣長痘痘的人， 真的要好好調養身體了。 我當然知道有些人又菸又酒又晚睡 又大魚大肉 皮膚還是好的跟仙女一樣。 但那不是我（菸） 應該也不會是你。 我們還是一起來養生吧。 生病好了順便痘痘也好了的這段期間，我歸納出幾個變好的原因。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 1.綠豆湯 我從五月開始基本上每天都喝，皮膚也漸漸變好。 至少痘痘比較不冒。 我喝的就是照樣加糖的版本，但加的比較少。 因為綠豆湯不加糖有種怪味，我無法忍受...... 我因為想要嘗試到底是不是綠豆湯的功效， 這中間有停喝過一個星期， 真的皮膚有比較差。 所以最近還是常常煮來吃喝。 反正綠豆湯代替零食也是很好的東西，所以很不錯。 2.紅豆湯 天氣變冷或是生理期前後就改喝紅豆湯。 煮紅豆湯真的很麻煩...... 我上網研究了很多方法才比較上手。 但喝了紅豆湯也有感覺身體比較暖。 3.睡飽 睡飽雖然是老生常談，但是要睡飽真的很難。 我因為生病的關係，除了工作之外， 論文也乾脆的寫信和教授說， 我交不出來，請讓我延一個學期。 所以論文就乾脆的放掉。 除了工作，我每天找到時間就是睡覺。 （一方面也是體力不足） 睡飽皮膚真的比較好。 4.最低限度的保養 生病的時候，因為身體太不舒服了。 所以反而很懶的保養。 身體都這麼爛了，臉就隨便她吧。 （我承認是自爆自氣沒錯。） 所以那兩個月，我就很乾脆的（其實是懶） 水晶肥皂從臉洗到腳， 洗完澡後連鏡子都不看，（看鏡子會很傷心） 隨便擦個化妝水， 如果臉不會很乾，就乾脆不擦乳液。 有點乾，就補一點乳液。 就這樣，end.（連痘痘藥都不擦的懶） 皮膚反而比較好。 我自己覺得可能是因為很少刺激。 我還順便嘗試了傳說中，什麼都不擦， 清水洗臉的實驗。 我個人覺得清水洗臉也滿好的。 皮膚的確有改善。 但我個人的狀況是，晚上還是得用清潔產品洗臉， 不然只用清水會讓我冒痘痘。 但每個月挑幾天做這個活動， 我個人覺得對皮膚是好的。 但要忍得住就是了。（我是純粹因為生病沒心情管） 病好到現在，我都還是很注意身體狀況。 保養方式也是維持著最低限度保養。 擦這麼多到不如多吃的營養健康的東西。 買這麼多保養品倒不如多吃一些水果。 （返璞歸真無誤） 只能說一路走來心路歷程很長。 從國小就開始知道擦防曬的我（我媽幫我擦的XD） 到現在保養了也有20年。 只能說保養這件事千變萬化，隨著每個年紀和階段不同，都會有不同的改變。 我也曾經跌入貴就是好的迷思。 也曾經大家說好我就買（當時工作很多，比較有錢。） 後來發現保養品真的不是貴就好。 也不是你擦了越多就越有效。 現在我減少到只有兩種，皮膚反而比較好。 （但因為我囤積了很多，我會換來換去的擦兩種XD） 我還是覺得皮膚有問題的話要去看醫生。 但是一邊看醫生也要一邊檢討自己身體是不是哪裡出問題了。 不然皮膚狀況是不會好的。 我最近也一直想著要開始運動。XD 因為看著我姐有運動所以閃亮閃亮的皮膚，實在是太羨慕了。 總之， 希望大家都健健康康的擁有漂亮的皮膚。 （好官腔的結尾） 以上！ 個人心得，如果有問題請告知:) P.S. 下一篇我想寫膠原蛋白和青汁的心得XD (剛從日本買回來吃了一個月，也差不多實驗到了可以發表的地步) （個人實驗） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.69.28
