【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國密西根一名現年28歲獸父，多次性侵自己當時3歲的女兒，獸行發生當下，繼母則是在一旁握住她的手，告訴她這樣就不會太痛。

這起事件從2012年10月開始發生，男子坦承性侵女兒，次數多到記不住，還會帶著女兒一起看A片，今年5月當地兒童保護機構，收到民眾投訴表示有一名女童行為異常，會要求哥哥和她做愛，機構人員進行調查，進而揭發爸爸的獸行，6月爸爸被捕入獄，10月15日出庭應訊，以一級性侵罪起訴，最高將可判無期徒刑，預計12月4日宣判。

至於協助爸爸性侵女兒的現年36歲的繼母，也在8月被捕等候審判。

東北季風影響，天氣轉涼，疾病管制署說，月初至今已有8例併發症，目前公費流感疫苗施打踴躍，本月底使用率將達8成。

疾病管制署疫情中心主任劉定萍說，已進入流感季，從監測統計顯示，國內流感疫情仍穩定，7月至今已有134例流感併發症，其中9例死亡，主要都是60歲以上族群，患者也多有代謝性疾病、心血管疾病及有慢性病史者。

副署長莊人祥說，公費流感疫苗自10月1日開打以後，至今已確認8例A型流感併發症個案，隨著天氣變冷，也提醒符合公費流感疫苗接種對象者應盡早施打，估計本月底公費疫苗使用量達8成。

台大醫院小兒感染科主任黃立民說，流行在人類的流感病毒以A型(H3N2、H1N1)和B型(維多利亞家族、山形家族)為主，A型流感常造成大流行，而B型流感嚴重時也可能導致死亡。

黃立民說，每年世界衛生組織(WHO)都會根據過去流感情況預測今年流感疫苗包含的病毒株，但這有缺失，現今的三價流感疫苗是保護2種A型流感及1種B型流感，不過，B型流感有2種，因此常會發生預測失準。

他說，國際藥廠推出四價流感疫苗，涵蓋包括2種A型與2種B型，提供接種疫苗的民眾另一選擇，建議民眾無論是公費或自費，只要有接種疫苗，都能形成抗體預防。

買了一台X5給老爸：
家住在高島屋附近的舊透天,但老爸去高島屋沒幾次,在附近跟媽媽一起養雞種菜,褲子很多都是弄破的,衣服褲子都是媽媽去買的,回來都還要低報,沒辦法太省了.但花在孫子跟對朋友從不會吝嗇.全家人常開老爸的mpv出遊吃飯,老爸也搶著出錢.
老天爺對我也不錯,十幾年前...一個人到新竹創業 但也從來沒跟家裡拿錢 慢慢的小有成就.,公司也搬進園區,產品有內銷也有出口 老爸超喜歡聽我工作上的事.由其是產品賣到日本
但去年中老爸檢查到有食道癌.老爸很樂觀也很積極的治療.從媽的口中知道 “老爸覺得朋友的X5很好看”
那時常坐朋友的凱燕也坐過賓士 也常聽表哥說賓士很好.我載他一直說我這台油電車很大很舒服去保養有冰可吃你孫女超愛的ˊ保養費又便宜,,,但老爸還是喜歡"米漿"
農曆年前記得超忙的,就去了新竹中華路的BMW.一個年輕的業務接待了我哈拉了約三根煙的時間,心想照老爸的需求要第三排椅,
不用導航,因為老爸不識字.請他報價.但因德訂要等折扣再談,
回家後側面打聽套話 確定老爸真的喜歡x5.
年前一兩個禮拜的其中一天下午約了那個年輕業務,穿的步鞋和工作服就去中華路,聊了一下天就請業務拿合約書出來,心想年輕人比較衝也都沒去比價,租賃的業務也跟我說價格都差不多,談定精英柴油版加第三排椅158k.車價降200k,馬的勒精彩來了,訂單寫到一半158k年後付現,定金100k刷卡,那業務跑上跑下協理也同意,突然一位西裝筆挺的人下來,拿出名片出來“你好我是xxxxxxbmw業務經理“頭銜沒聽很清楚,說很長,,,,主要的內容訂金要現金.因為是官吧姿態很高 天阿,我是主動上門 心想出去吸煙冷靜再說,,,,,,,,就婉拒了沒定成.
過完年因緣際會的聊起這件事,爸爸一直猶豫不決要買不買,新的舊的,老爸很固執我也不想讓他生氣,到了329下班約爸爸朋友介紹的業務在忠誠路那進了那約就簽了刷了100k隔一兩天匯了158k.
9月11日交車,用租購的方式,居然到今天258k還沒有退.心想有夠不要臉.買車要現金 還錢拖拖拉拉的很不乾脆
的“大公司”.............................................故事說不完
