【胡治言／綜合報導】小S（徐熙娣）捲入パン（音同胖）達人炒股風波，有消息指出，案發前小S曾刺泰國法力刺青，被質疑圖騰是否被跨過或是沒守戒律，才會導致厄運上身。

今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，有爆料人指出，小S案發前曾給頗負盛名的阿贊刺上有泰國法力刺青圖騰，為免被發現，還刻意選擇油刺（透明刺青），但因每個法力刺青圖騰都有不同的戒律，若未守戒律，法力會因此失效，小S因此遭質疑是犯了戒律才會招致厄運。

對此，熟知法力刺青的人解釋，未守戒律法力刺青也只會失效，不會招來厄運。而《壹週刊》致電徐媽媽多次，至截稿為止都沒接電話，小S經紀人Joanne電話則轉至語音信箱，無法得知小s回應。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】林太太是台中市京華特區社區住戶，她因發現社區滅火器可能涉及標示不實，於今年四月向調查局檢舉滅火器廠商，調查局也派人到社區會勘。九月份林太太看見社區管理室的公布欄張貼公告，並指是因林太太檢舉，還把個資寫在公告中。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，京華特區除了管理室公布欄之外，地下停車場電梯前、社區電梯內也有張貼該公告，說明社區最近被中市政府開罰及為何調查人員要前來會勘的原因。林太太氣道：「管委會在公告上寫調查局會來會勘，是因為我去檢舉，還把我的全名跟地址寫在公告中，請管委會撤下卻被拒絕。」律師廖芳萱認為，雖管委會可依《個資法》第十九條主張公告涉及公共利益，但若當事人要求停止個資揭露，公布者應刪除。

京華特區管委會總幹事表示，若林太太希望撤下公告，建議她參與下次管委會議，再會議中提出。林太太得知後，決定提告部分管委會成員。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】日前警方偵破台南仁德女子分屍命案，證實死者因被誘拐至北部賣淫，才遭丈夫殺害，凸顯越南新娘在台遭人誘騙下海賣淫的情形嚴重。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，上月分屍案發生時，因無法確認死者身分，只能公布畫像，竟有三十組人馬前來報案，顯見越配失蹤問題嚴重。警方透露，全台至少有上百個集團四處拐騙越女接客，只要先誘之以利，就能讓她們輕易離家，接著用賭局或毒品控制她們行動，逼其下海。其中高雄以色情小吃店最嚴重，越南妹結婚來台後，逃家到小吃店賣淫撈金；台北則有假結婚來台的越南妹，被賣到應召站，希望嫁給買春客，換一張台灣身份證。

移民署統計，目前在台的越南新娘有近九萬人，平均每年有三、四千人來台，其中第一年就會有三、四十人失蹤。她們一旦踏上賣春的不歸路，就進退不得，唯一能救她們的，只剩檢警，唯有被查獲遣返，她們才有機會回到正常生活。

●研究指出 睡覺太早太晚都傷身

睡眠長短可以影響壽命，睡覺習慣也能透露健康秘密。澳洲雪梨大學和英國利物浦大學的研究顯示，不同睡眠習慣不僅會影響個性特點，還會影響腰圍、痛覺及癌症風險等。

1.壓力大的人早睡早起更易疲勞。
一般認為，早睡早起身體好，但英國薩里大學西蒙·阿科爾博士表示，如果這些人心理壓力大，反而更易疲勞。美國疾病預防控制中心建議，壓力大的人每週最少拿出兩天做有氧運動，如打球、快走、慢跑等，放鬆心情。

2.常熬夜的人更易發胖。
研究發現，早睡早起的人往往在起床後半小時吃早餐；常熬夜的人更可能在半夜大快朵頤，這種不同會影響新陳代謝速度。英國牛津大學睡眠專家盧梭·福斯特教授則認為，缺乏睡眠容易造成瘦素分泌紊亂，導致發胖。

3.常熬夜的人記性差。
常熬夜的人「快速眼動睡眠」質量不好，而「快速眼動睡眠」有助於大腦整理白天的經歷、強化記憶。研究顯示，連續兩週每晚只睡6小時的人，短時記憶會受到影響。建議每晚睡夠7~8小時，身心更健康。

4.常熬夜的人易疼痛。
英國南安普頓總醫院類風濕專家克里斯·愛德華茲博士表示，常熬夜的人醒來後會覺得關節疼痛、僵硬更嚴重。因為在凌晨4點左右，人體會釋放抗炎因子，減少疼痛、緩解僵硬。常熬夜的人往往會錯過這一過程。李濤平建議，喜歡熬夜的人除盡量改變作息外，若不得不熬夜，可多吃新鮮蔬果、注意保暖，以緩解疼痛。

5.常熬夜的人易抑鬱。
英國睡眠專家丹尼爾·斯坦利博士表示，常熬夜的人患抑鬱症的機率會更高。另有研究顯示，長期失眠者患重度抑鬱症的機率，比睡眠良好的人高4~5倍。心理諮詢師認為，由於缺乏睡眠時體內壓力激素會增加，所以偶爾睡眠不足就會令人精神不濟、心情變差。建議熬夜的人次日補覺時間別太長，平時多鍛煉，有助於精神愉快。<

6.常熬夜的人更容易打鼾。
美國賓夕法尼亞大學研究發現，常熬夜的人睡覺時更容易打鼾，這與他們體重超標有關。打鼾原因很可能是睡眠呼吸暫停綜合徵，可導致全身損害。如果常熬夜，又打鼾嚴重，需及時去醫院檢查，確定病因並治療。

7.睡眠習慣隨年齡變化。
10歲後，人開始逐漸睡得更晚，常熬夜的生活習慣在男性20~21歲、女性19歲時達到巔峰。德國慕尼黑大學時間生物學教授蒂爾·羅尼伯格表示，青少年是「自然的常熬夜者」，父母應允許孩子週末多睡睡；青春期之後，由於激素變化，男性比女性更易成為夜貓子。再隨著年齡增長，睡眠時間會逐漸縮短。(來源)
