從17分落後到追成兩分差，中華女籃隊要反撲卻差了一步，昨天在東亞運以65：78敗給地主大陸隊，搶進前兩名的計畫落空。

中華隊總教練洪玲瑤嘆：「我們球員的攻擊穩定性不足，可以1節得32分，也可以1節得10分。」中華隊上半場以23：35落後，第3節在黃品蓁17分挹注下單節灌進32分，最少追到兩分差。

只差一球，卻無法一鼓作氣超前，黃品蓁說：「沒有堅持下去吧，第1波有守住，但都被第2波、3波得分。」大陸隊陣容擺出來有5名球員超過190公分，禁區優勢明顯。

黃品蓁終場前1分47秒犯滿，帶著全場之冠25分離場，中華隊另一主將蔡佩真也4犯在身，戰力再打折扣。

「我們盡力了，但高度實在差太多。」黃品蓁坦言，雖可用速度和準度彌補身高劣勢，但看到大陸有近200公分的長人、中華男籃隊又有戴維斯的例子，她苦笑說：「女籃也可以找一個歸化球員嗎？」

女籃賽只有5隊參賽，採單循環後直接決定名次，中華隊不敵大陸隊後，最後一戰還要面對派出國家一隊的日本隊，要搶前兩名的難度更高。

籃球場抗陸失利，排球場倒扳回一城，中華男排隊昨天以3：2力克地主，寫下預賽3連勝。

男排教練吳飛虎表示，大陸以青年隊出戰，體力、速度和高度都占上風，「我們是經驗好一點，兩邊都在鬥志和鬥力。」決勝局獲勝關鍵是攔網發揮，中華隊今天下午兩點將出戰南韓隊尋求4連勝。

【姚惠珍／台北報導】台灣生技整合育成中心首席顧問蘇懷仁今在行政院生計產業策略諮委會（BTC）上，對於國內生技類股非理性飆漲感到憂心，他認為現在生技業可以看到一個個泡沫形成，然後就像氣球一樣越滾越大，總有一天會有幾個氣球爆掉。
 
蘇懷仁說：「要學習如何控制泡沫爆掉的衝擊，第一個泡沫破了還有第二個、第三個，如果沒有學會控制，生技泡沫會對產業有很大衝擊。」，
 
旅外生技專家楊育民則認為，目前台灣生技業確實有泡沫危機，尤其投資人若沒有體驗到生技股屬於高風險高報酬產業的話，風險會很大。
 
楊育民說：「真正的泡沫是一種非理性的成長，也就是現在的價值，是非理性的價格，就像房地產泡沫一樣，漲到一定程度就會崩盤；另外一種就是投資人對於產品在臨床實驗失敗沒有心理準備。」
 
楊育民說，新藥研發成功比只有15%左右，但投資人在錯誤期待下，當結果失敗，資金就立即抽離，甚至衝擊其他仍在研發中的新藥，造成整個產業或是系統的崩潰。
 
此外，中研院院長翁啟惠昨指出，兩岸衛生合作協議是在2010年簽署，當初最重要的精神是雙方都同意兩岸臨床試驗都將尋ICH（international conference on harmonization）模式，但迄今都沒有進展，沒有國際認同的兩岸同步臨床標準，會影響到台灣生技業在台灣紮根。
 
「中國要求全球藥廠的臨床標準都遵循中國的法規，且三期臨床試驗的研發及生產必須在當地進行，如果不解決兩岸共同臨床協議的問題，台灣生技業可能會步入電子業的後塵，最終得將研發以及生產外移。」

　回顧民國肇建之後，歷經北伐、抗戰及剿共等橫逆，直到民國卅八年政府播遷來臺，臺海局勢在全體軍民團結奮鬥、同舟共濟努力下，逐漸度過各種險境，步向康莊大道，終於實現國父三民主義的理想，落實主權在民，創造民生樂利的社會。

　哲人日已遠，典型在夙昔。國軍在國家命運和民主憲政發展的歷程當中，一直扮演非常重要且不可或缺的角色，誠如馬總統所言，國軍在「光復臺灣」、「保衛臺灣」、「建設臺灣」及「守護臺灣」的歷程中，貢獻卓著；在慶祝雙十國慶的此刻，國軍官兵應當傳承先烈的豪情壯志，秉持「國家興亡匹夫有責」的精神，建立「以國家興亡為己任」的愛國意識，稱職扮演軍人的角色，無愧於憲法賦予的神聖使命。
