標題[討論] 我的薪資該如何談??

我畢業後做過兩個工作 都是美商的設備商 都是客服工程師 第一個在我離職後底薪五萬 但當初是新鮮生 所以薪水是由公司開的 可能是外商 所以起薪就不少了 第二個工作 底薪有8萬五 總共工作經驗有八年 由於進去前有認識的所以知道這個公司的薪資水準 目前一些原因我離開了 面試了幾個工作 我覺得談到薪水時對我來說讓我很困擾 我不期望有離職時的薪資 我想是前一間公司佛心來的 所以才能拿到那麼高的薪水 但當面試我的公司問我之前工作薪水時 我是抱著誠實為上的心情告知 但是後來幾乎都沒有下文 我認為我的學經歷是沒什麼問題 問題因該就是在 面試我的公司覺之前得薪水太高 可能我待不久 所以就不錄取我 我後來開的薪水是開5萬想給他們殺 但是沒下文就沒後續了... 1.大家覺得 我如果想要五萬的工作 是不是因該要謊報之前的高薪資才不會讓人有其他我做不久想法? 2.如果沒認識的人在面試的公司裡 到底該如何知到他們的薪資水準? 我前兩個公司都美商 但要不是有認識的在裡面 我後來也不敢開那麼高 我下個面試的是 毆商醫療器材業務工程師 我很想再待在外商 所以很重視這個面試 怎樣才不會開低 以後做的很幹 或是偏高不被錄取?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.209.34

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）正式宣布提名葉倫為Fed主席候選人，在明年1月接替柏南克（Ben Bernanke），一旦獲國會通過，將是Fed成立百年來首位女主席。

美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）副主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）明年1月可望接掌Fed，在溫和鴿派繼續當家下，QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆貨幣政策）可望緩慢退場，給予亞洲新興市場充分因應時間，惟美元維持弱勢，不僅將推升日圓，使日本安倍經濟學效果大打折扣，還將延長人民幣升值期，造成人行貨幣政策陷入兩難。

匯豐控股（HSBC）指出，葉倫是聯準會中最鴿派代表人物，她被提名為聯準會主席人選，讓亞洲國家政府有時間針對美國利率調升做準備。他表示，葉倫可能緩慢縮減刺激政策規模，這讓亞洲國家政府重整本國經濟秩序留出了更多時間。

不過，葉倫雖在美國民主黨國會議員、國際社會與市場上獲得許多支持，但她也將面臨政治挑戰，預期共和黨參國會議員將以尖銳問題挑戰葉倫。《華爾街日報》指出，美國兩黨惡鬥可能由財政預算延伸至Fed主席任命，國會審查葉倫人事案恐怕也是漫漫長路。

遠傳電信宣布與國際技術團隊Sirqul合作，開發亞洲第一個「點圈新經濟」的商業模式SoLoMo平台，創新App的廣告收費模式，共造開發商、電信商、消費者與廣告商家四贏。

遠傳電信連續4年主辦「遠傳開發者大會」，今年更宣布，主動與國際技術團隊Sirqul合作，開發亞洲第一個「點圈新經濟」的商業模式SoLoMo平台，創新App的廣告收費模式，共造開發商、電信商、消費者與廣告商家四贏。

遠傳表示，過去開發者創造新的App容易遇到下載量低與資金宣傳等困難，儘管有好的創意也可能因此退出市場，SoLoMo便是提供平台給App，提供技術平台，開發商可以套用既有資源進行使用與宣傳，幫助開發商節省成本與時間。

遠傳透過此次與Sirqul、時間軸(Hiiir)合作將App平台再進化，所有的App都能夠套用SoLoMo平台元件，提供多元服務給品牌與店家。

SoLoMo App預計明年第1季推出，由遠傳負責招商，時間軸(Hiiir)則協助開發者，針對廣告商家部分，初步鎖定已具備實體通路、能提供優惠給消費者的業者，包含大型的連鎖企業；目標上看1200家特約廠商、3000支聯盟App，超過5000項行動優惠折價券。

遠傳指出，未來商家不再需要自己研發App，可以透過加入SoLoMo平台，就能藉由其他App推廣品牌與促銷，此模式能吸引更多商家投入，預計將改變未來行動廣告模式。

Hogan❤New Generation　曾翠珊　電影人的兩難

科技進步，手執一部 DV都可以自稱導演；市場萎縮，有點子的都未必可以執起導筒。憑《大藍湖》勇奪第 31屆香港電影金像獎最佳新進導演，曾翠珊透過這套人文小品把她的成長故事娓娓道來，以低成本製作，算是難事一樁。最近她首次獲得執導一套內地愛情電影的機會，坐擁較多的資金，但需要與投資者更多的溝通和創作上的妥協，也是另一種難度。就是長期周旋在這兩難之間，才能激發無限的創意。

Profile

新世代電影導演， 2001年畢業於香港演藝學院電影電視系，代表作《大藍湖》曾參展溫哥華、斯德哥爾摩國際電影節。去年拍攝紀錄片新作《河上變村》，足跡遍及英格蘭、巴黎等地。

 

曾翠珊不希望被「獨立電影人」的框框限制自己，由起初自說自話地拍攝很個人的故事，近年轉向商業電影進發，同時也不會放棄為一些 NGO拍攝有意義的短片。不放棄任何機會，似乎才是她作為電影人的最大執着。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨0時許，樹林大慶街傳出一起自殺憾事，一名20多歲陳姓女子，獨自在住處內以燒炭的方式輕生，警消到場檢視女子生命跡象，發現死亡已有一段時間，遂保留現場，交由警方調查女子尋短的原因。
 
新北市消防局昨深夜11時許接獲報案，稱有人將自己鎖在家中，有可能會自殺，警消獲報後立即前往，破門進屋後發現該女躺在臥房內，發現該女子已死亡一段時間，警方鑑識人員到場後，發現陳女在臥室裡燒炭，但採集跡證時並未發現遺書，親友向警消說明，陳女最近有感情上的困擾，可能因此導致心情低落，家屬最近2天都連絡不上陳女，覺得隱隱不安，沒想到卻傳出如此憾事。

基隆市前市長林水木次子林沛祥9日下午出席重陽敬老活動，面對媒體詢問是否參選從政，他微笑回應「不排除這樣的可能」，但現在還在審慎評估，希望可帶給基隆更好的發展。地方人士解讀，國民黨的基隆百里侯選戰恐再掀波瀾。

36歲的林沛祥為前市長林水木和立委徐少萍的次子，現任台灣港務公司研究員，在公司內有「郵輪王子」綽號。林沛祥專門研究國際郵輪訪台的行銷，之前曾在台灣海洋大學任教，目前在台北科技大學擔任兼任助理教授。

面對媒體詢問從政一事，林沛祥回答，他聽到很多長輩、學生覺得基隆應該要進步，跳出現在的情況，希望能運用自己的想法和過去經驗，讓基隆更好。現在還在評估情況，沒確定要參選議員、立委或市長。

前市長林水木表示，32年前參選省議員時，林沛祥才4歲，可能是從小「耳濡目染」，所以對政治這塊領域也很感興趣。不過他也強調沒給兒子任何壓力，「讓他自己決定」。
