【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】經濟合作與發展組織(OECD)今日發表首次「國際成人能力評估計劃」(PIAAC)的調查結果，結果發現日本人表現最好，而美國和韓國人則低於水準之下。

OECD表示，該研究針對美國、日本、南韓、德國等24個國家的15.7萬名16~65歲間成人進行調查，主要調查項目分為閱讀能力、數學理解力，資訊科技活用程度，以及問題解決能力。中國和印度這次並未列入調查當中。

結果顯示，日本在閱讀、數理及問題解決能力上都拿第一，資訊科技活用的冠軍則由瑞典拿下。此外，美國和韓國在所有項目上，其結果都要比OECD算出的均標要低，而美國的表現也都比韓國要來得差，尤其數理和問題解決能力是排名倒數第3。

這家「好好味港式菠蘿包」呢，原本開在師大夜市裡，排隊人潮永遠都非常誇張，

後來在SOGO忠孝店這附近也開了家忠孝分店，朋友推薦後就跑來吃吃看。

 

冰火菠蘿油 ３５元

所謂的冰火呢，是指由熱的、剛出爐的菠蘿包，包著冷的奶油切片的特殊口感，

菠蘿包呢，就是菠蘿麵包，我以前也沒去想過菠蘿麵包為什麼要叫菠蘿麵包，

直到有一天我發現香港稱為「菠蘿」的東西呢，在台灣叫做鳳梨，馬上恍然大悟。

這個菠蘿包務必要趁剛出爐的時候食用，方能品嚐到最佳的風味，

菠蘿的表皮烤的相當酥脆，偶爾能感受到那種奶酥特有的甜味，搭配上冰奶油的鹹味，

甜甜鹹鹹，口感相當不錯，能感到它相當受到歡迎的原因。

【大紀元2013年10月09日訊】（大紀元記者屈婧山景城報導）10月8日（週二），美國大規模網上課程（MOOC）平臺Coursera在山景城（Mountain View）宣布將於中國大型網站網易合作，推出大量中文大規模網上課程。打破更多限制，讓在中國的學生更方便獲得在網上享用全世界知名大學接受教育的機會。對於MOOC突飛猛進的用戶增長，和對學術界產生的波動，Coursera創始人Andrew Ng表示，不認為網上課程能取代面對面教學。

MOOC三大供應商之一的Coursera，是由兩位斯坦福大學教授創辦的大規模網上課程平臺，現在提供來自80多所來自世界各地知名大學的超過400門的大學課程。其中包括，Stanford、Princeton、U Penn、Columbia、香港中文大學、臺灣國立大學、東京大學以及新加入的北京大學。提供的範圍包括科技到人文廣泛的課程內容。在開課期間，世界上的網民可以免費收看課程的錄像，這些網絡課程跟一般上課形式非常接近，還有課堂測驗，作業和考試。

教育專家稱，高等教育領域正在發生一場前所未有的革命。有人擔心網上將取代傳統教育，Coursera創始人並不這樣認為，他說，當我回想大學期間最喜歡的課程，我會想起我的導師，曾經給過我非常有啓發的談話和建議，到現在仍然非常感激他們對於一個18歲幼稚的學生這麼多耐心。」

為了讓未來的學生能有能多時間跟未來的學生進行這些富啓發的談話，coursera以科技的方法，提高教授們重複作業的工作效率。「一個教授不只是教100個學生，而是成百上千的，

Coursera創始人Andrew Ng表示創辦Coursera的目的是為了打破限制，讓世界上每個人都有接受教育的機會。所以所有課程都是免費，世界上很多人沒有銀行帳號，或者信用卡，因此就算5塊錢都能讓有些人無法享用這些機會。

中國的網民將近6億，但是因為地域限制，影響他們觀看網上教程視頻，Andrew Ng說：coursera大部份用戶在海外，20%來自亞洲，但是因為從中國連接coursera視頻教程速度太慢，所以來自中國的數量還不多。」為了解決這個問題，Coursera選擇了跟網易合作。

而在中國主要遇到的問題就是，由於網絡連接和距離的問題，在中國收看這些線上課程錄像的速度非常慢，為了打破這樣的限制，Courera決定跟中國門戶網站網易合作，讓在中國的人們也有同樣的機會接受這些世界上優質大學的課程。

「我們已經跟通過了測試，通過跟網易的合作，中國的學生能夠直接通過網易，從中國本地下載所有coursera的課程視頻，這樣能提供給中國的學生更快的連接速度。」Andrew Ng告訴本報。

為了讓Coursera和中國的學生們更接近，coursera在週一下午開通全中文的Coursera網站，網頁部分全部翻譯成中文，讓Coursera更本土化，學生可直接從網易點開中文Coursera的鏈接。

在Coursera的平臺上有來自香港和臺灣的課程，從2013年9月分開始，北京大學也加入Coursera，從9月30日開始提供6節免費課程在網上公開。從此在中國的學生不用擠破頭也可以接受北大的教育。部分課程有中英字幕，打破語言限制，讓英語為母語的學生也能不費勁的接受中文的課程。

曾經也是移民的Andrew Ng表示，自己曾經住在新加坡，適應美國生活也用了很長一段時間。能有機會在網上窺探美國大學教育，對將要來美求學的學生是很好的機會。但這種交流並不是單向的，中國的學生能一探美國的教育，同時也讓美國的學生有機會窺探中國的教育。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名邱姓通緝犯(男，26歲)藏身神壇「開封府」，供奉閻羅王，從事爆竹販賣、吸收小弟，最後仍逃不過警方「如來神掌」，昨天還身穿印有「開封府」字樣的T恤落網。

《自由時報》報導，邱男2009年底因持有改造槍枝，被判3年10月徒刑，今年1月又因殺人未遂被查緝。警方表示，邱嫌在逃亡期間發現楠梓路橋兩側低窪住宅十分隱密，3年前在該處設了「開封府」自任住持，在當地也小有名氣，平日有青少年聚集，成群結黨，頗具勢力；昨天10多名員警埋伏，伺機壓制逮捕。

疑廟會釀災 損失50萬 民控警包庇 【湯寶隆╱高雄報導】高市一處民宅陽台上月遭祝融肆虐，案發前正好有廟會活動經過施 放煙火，屋主認為被鞭炮波及，報警處理，但三度報案都吃閉門羹，要求申辦廟會活動的 里長提供監視影像也遭拒，氣得質疑警方不僅吃案，還包庇里長。高市警局督察長陳福榮 則說，已要求分局徹查。 住鼓山區的蔡姓屋主表示，上月二十二日與妻子在家裡二樓看電視，突有鄰居急按電鈴， 告知「你家失火了！」才驚覺四樓前陽台起火，消防隊趕到將火撲滅，清點損失約五十萬 元。 遭嗆「吃誣告官司」 蔡姓屋主說，當時廟會活動經過家門口並施放煙火，一分鐘就發生火災，他到新濱派出所 報案，但申請廟會活動的人就是當地麗雄里里長王進益，當時坐在所內，他還沒開口，王 就對他說：「你家火災跟我沒關係。」他要報案，警員卻說：「你有證據嗎？亂告會吃上 誣告官司。」他只好回家，隔天再報案，仍吃閉門羹。 蔡說，家中監視器可看到有人在門口施放鞭炮，但無法看到鞭炮是否射入陽台，他發現鼓 元、麗雄街口有監視鏡頭對著家門口，多次要里長提供，里長藉故推託，二十五日第三度 報案，警員仍不受理，他認為警方不理，里長又袒護廟方，讓他求助無門。 派出所：沒不受理 高市警局督察長陳福榮說，民眾報案沒有不受理的理由，已要求督察人員徹查。王進益說 ，火警報告尚未出爐，若是施放鞭炮引起，廟方會負責，監視器畫面已提供警方。派出所 所長張舒瑜說，沒有不受理，當初是蔡同意等火災鑑定報告出爐才提告。高市消防局說， 廟會放煙火法律未禁止，希望主辦單位注意安全。 預防警察吃案自保之道 ．記下受理警員姓名或臂章編號 ．檢視筆錄內容，發現不符可要求補充或重做 ．要求警方開具報案三聯單 ．若拒開三聯單，可逕向督察單位投訴 ．可憑三聯單流水號，三天後上警政署網站查詢 資料來源：高雄市警局 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/headline/20131009/35350031/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.57.62
