【胡治言／綜合報導】國外有2顧客去超市逛街，竟然險遭突然解體的貨架壓傷，過程全被監視器拍下。

《香港蘋果日報》報導，該影片拍攝在上周四，當時有兩名顧客在貨架前選購商品，旁邊還有一名疑似店員的人在整理貨架，影片中顧客及店員都沒有推撞貨架，但貨架卻突然解體崩塌，還好顧客及店員閃得快，否則將可能被貨架壓傷。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】諾貝爾物理獎今日將在台灣時間下午5點45分頒獎，今年呼聲最高的就是物理學家花了近半世紀苦苦追尋的「上帝粒子」希格斯粒子（Higgs boson），英國《衛報》和美國《紐約時報》也都看好「上帝粒子」奪獎。

英國物理學家希格斯（Peter Higgs）最先提出上帝粒子理論的，許多科學家對上帝粒子的研究超過40年，終於在去年由瑞士日內瓦的歐洲共同加速器中心（CERN）科學家們正式發表，在歐洲大型強子對撞機（Large Hadron Collider）的實驗下，一條27公里的圓環形隧道內，2組方向相反的質子在隧道內以接近光速的速度移動並猛烈相撞，終於找到上帝粒子，讓科學家們相當興奮。

但英國《衛報》也指出，諾貝爾獎最多可由3人分享，而今年的物理學獎最終花落誰家，今晚就會揭曉。

餐廳名稱：惠美壽亭 消費時間：2013年10月 地址：高雄市苓雅區中興街135號 電話：07-3311961 營業時間：11:00~14:00 17:00~21:00 (週日公休) 每人平均價位：300 up 推薦菜色：蔥花鮪魚丼 玉子燒 滷大腸 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/266476820 這間道地家庭式日料理已經聽了好幾年,卻一直與它擦身而過. 這次終於找到機會,和從外縣市來訪,深愛日式料理的格友, 一起走訪這間在高雄默默開了好幾年的惠美壽亭. 惠美壽亭位在高雄崛江商圈附近的中興街上,隱身在一條安靜的小路裡. 外觀是半個小食堂,一樓舊公寓外側做了一個小小的斜頂屋簷. 非常特殊的店內布置,用日曆貼滿牆壁XDD 有一個個的榻榻米四人座位,也有中間的兩人木頭桌. 不過店家有店家的堅持,不能讓菜單還有師傅入鏡, 所以這是店內環境的唯一一張照片. 吃這種日式料理最適合配個燒灼或日本酒啦! 沒騎車或開車的捧油,可以自行詢問店員喔! 而我們這幾個騎車的小朋友自然是乖乖喝茶. 惠美壽亭的茶應該是煎茶,茶的味道較沉,不是我喜歡的那種清新的日本茶味. 如前面提到,惠美壽亭的菜單是不能入鏡的. 而且上面就如前人說的,全部都是日文(有漢字就是了). 但看不懂也沒關係,因為店員阿姨們都很樂意介紹每樣你看不懂的日文給你聽. 我們是店內第一組客人,因此沒等上太久,菜就上桌了. 這是惠美壽亭的招牌-蔥花鮪魚丼. 深色的大缽裡盛了七分的壽司米,附上蔥花跟滿滿的生鮪魚碎肉, 最後在放上一小坨芥末泥,看起來好好吃啊~~ 專業的阿姨知道我們要先拍照,拍完後便詢問要不要幫我們把飯拌勻. 服務都做到這樣了,哪好意思拒絕(笑) 阿姨俐落地拿起湯匙, 攪拌了兩分鐘, 蔥花鮪魚丼迅速變成蔥花鮪魚散壽司(笑). 迫不及待拿小碗將飯盛入, 夾起一口放入口中. 嗯....好吃! 雖然是拌過的蔥花鮪魚丼, 但還是吃得到鮪魚肉, 飯, 蔥花的口感, 既融合又層次分明. 讓我大為讚賞的還有這碗丼的米飯,粒粒分明不黏膩, 雖然做成壽司飯, 醋飯的酸味卻不會太高而搶掉鮪魚的鮮甜. 總之吃一口之後, 完全可以知道為什麼所有來過的朋友都大推這份. 到這種日式家常小店,只要看到玉子燒我都想點一份. 惠美壽亭的玉子燒也是朋友大推的一道,不過最後點了最簡單的原味, 而沒點朋友推的鰻魚玉子燒. 惠美壽亭的玉子燒,只能說,非常非常,非常知道地的日本味啊! 層次分明卻不分離的鬆軟口感, 一口咬下有柴魚高湯的微微鹹味, 但更迷人的是屬於和式玉子燒的甜~好好吃啊! 這份店員說熟客必點的滷大腸. 但上桌時好像應該叫做滷味拼盤, 因為除了大腸之外還有滷蒟蒻和滷大根. 切成薄片的滷大根,我喜歡這個滷汁, 也是柴魚底加上醬油的偏甜醬汁, 將白蘿蔔滷得十分入味. 上面灑上的七味粉更襯蘿蔔的甘甜. 其實在這之前,我不知道日本人也吃大腸. 惠美壽亭的師傅將大腸處理得很乾淨,吃起來沒有塞逼(台語) 大腸的口感也不像台式滷味那麼軟爛,而是保有客家菜薑絲大腸裡大腸的嚼勁. 吃這頓飯時,格友剛好聊到前幾天他吃過的唐揚雞肉. 我們就順便點了一份試試(也太順便) 唐揚雞肉的雞肉本身不難吃,肉汁也鎖在裡面. 但這麵衣頗厚...一口下去粉感味蠻重的, 且麵衣的油沒有逼出,以致於放一下後就開始出油. 算是今天吃到幾道菜裡面表現最不特出的一道. 不過這個高麗菜與生洋蔥絲倒是讓我印象深刻. 一般日式炸物裡都只放高麗菜絲的. 雖然比例不多,但冰鎮過後的洋蔥絲配炸物, 確實有解膩的效果. 這一兩年日本料理吃的多,不過像惠美壽亭這種日式小食堂的家庭味料理, 倒是頗少吃到,要嘛就是改良成台味太多. 惠美壽亭算是蠻難得可以來台灣後, 沒特別向台灣口味妥協,繼續堅持日本味的日本料理.
