港大校長有驚喜

五十四歲的馬斐森，是港大四十一年來首位英國人校長，為本港原本清一色華人校長的圈子中，加入一點「英治」色彩。

 

本週一下午，港大校長遴選委員會建議，委任來自英國布里斯托大學醫科及牙科學院院長馬斐森（ Peter Mathieson）為下任校長，接替即將離任的徐立之。馬斐森是腎科教授，倫敦大學一級榮譽畢業，在劍橋大學修讀博士學位，港人對其認識十分有限，但曾在劍橋與他共事的前港大醫學院內科教授黎嘉能就說，這次委任對港大是一個「驚喜」，「呢個真係一個 surprise，他對香港以至大陸嘅人脈都沒有太多認識，國語只識講『你好』，不過咁都好，起碼做嘢唔會有太大包袱，可以獨立啲做判斷。」
他大嘆近年本港一些大學選校長常出現「塘水滾塘魚」的情況，「自己人好處係做事方便啲，籌款亦容易啲，但視野未必夠闊，處事未必夠獨立，今次港大遴選委員會可謂夠晒破格，亦睇得出佢哋有心想提升番港大嘅國際學術地位同水平，係一個進步。」
遴選委員會共有十一名成員，九名來自大學的教職員、學生和校友，校外委員包括港交所前行政總裁周文耀，以及香港律師會前會長黃嘉純，委員會主席由「金刀梁」梁智鴻出任。

當年梁錦洪不讓母親宰殺鴿子食用，從此踏上養鴿之路，現時快滿一歲的兒子亦從小與鴿為伴。

觀塘仁信里行將被市區重建局清拆重建，本週搬遷限期屆滿前商戶相繼離開，包括全港最後一間鴿店，政府讓它搬到雀仔街經營，卻祭出防止禽流感爆發為由，不發牌給國際鴿舍繼續擺賣從未染病的鴿子。東主梁錦洪且戰且退，一邊在香港示威守護鳥巢，一邊將深圳建作賽鴿的最後棲身地。

 

賽鴿比賽分短、中、長距離，由三百至一千公里不等，目的地為鴿子居住的籠；另有「公棚」比賽，出生不久便要交予比賽主辦方飼養，終點則為公棚所在之處。賽鴿的能力與其血統有直接關係，所以梁錦洪只會以血統優良及比賽表現出色的鴿子配種。鴿子性慾極強，感情專一，比賽中會拼命飛回鳥巢，務求盡快再見到伴侶。
梁錦洪深圳布吉家中天台飼養了二百多隻賽鴿，每年在內地參加近二十個比賽、培養了一百五十隻鴿子，單是去年已獲獎五十個。他慨嘆內地政府支持賽鴿活動，賽鴿會亦會宣傳並協助預防禽流感；相反香港對野鴿置之不理，沒有防範，卻不斷扼殺養鴿賣鴿行業，令梁錦洪心灰意冷。

【陳培煌／台北報導】中華民國友邦尼加拉瓜外長在聯合國總辯論發言時稱中華民國為「China-Taiwan（中國，台灣）」，尼國駐台大使館今發布聲明，大使達比亞（William Tapia）表示，所有台灣友邦都只認為台灣是唯一的中國（ I would like to inform you that all diplomatic allies of Taiwan refer to the Republic of China as “China,” being the only government of China we recognize）。

達比亞在聲明中表示，尼國外長接受中華民國政府邀請，下週將訪台參加國慶典禮，這項舉動代表兩國緊密與強壯的關係，尼國將繼續支持台灣參與國際社群。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】立委柯建銘今天下午赴台北地方法院自訴總統馬英九涉嫌教唆洩密、誹謗，另遞狀控告檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密、違反《個人資料保護法》、加重誹謗等罪，藉此保全所有證據，後續還將告發黃世銘涉嫌偽造文書等罪責。
 
柯建銘說，今天是他生平第一次告人，目的在於透過司法途徑終結特務治國，讓大家知道馬（英九）、江（宜樺）集團及特偵組如何用監聽、司法手段追殺民進黨。他還說，因他是原告，有資格要求出庭聆聽，另要求地檢署及法院保全監聽錄音檔等證據。
 
他除呼籲黃世銘轉為污點證人，將功贖罪，另放話指這段時間曾污衊他的媒體、名嘴，心理要有數，未來將提起刑、民事告訴。

來源： http://ppt.cc/Y8Za 原文： 行政院主計總處昨（2）日表示，隨著工作型態日趨多元化，我國人力派遣、臨時僱用 及部分工時等「非典型就業人數」在101年升至73.6萬人新高，但比例仍低於韓、日。 主計總處官員表示，受到工作型態日趨多元化，近年「非典型就業」的情況有逐年增 加的趨勢，依主計總處的調查，97年65.0萬人，而101年已升至73.6萬人。 近五年我國非典型就業人數占總就業人口，也由6.24％升至6.79％，非典型就業人數 雖然曾在100年下滑，但隨後又升高，主計總處官員分析，雖然非典型就業人數長期走高， 但當景氣復甦，職場釋出全職工作較多時，部分非典型就業者會轉往全職工作，因而出現 非典型就業人數暫時下滑的現象，100年的情況正是如此。 101年我國「非典型就業者」中，派遺工作者及臨時性人力有57.4萬人，而部份工時就 業者有39.1萬人，由於這三類「非典型就業者」有重疊，因此合計73.6萬人，占我總體就 業人數比重6.79％。 主計總處官員表示，近年各國「非典就業」人數都持續增加，日本、南韓的非典就業 人數占比皆達三成左右。主計總處正就102年非典型就業人口調查資料進行統計，將在11月 底公布最新結果。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.223.152

標題[請問] 防皺的襯衫
