（中央社記者謝佳珍台北3日電）行政院長江宜樺今天請相關部會響應聯合國2013年國際女孩日主題「女孩教育的革新」，積極投資及培養女孩的潛能及領導力。

江宜樺下午主持行政院性別平等會第5次委員會議，聽取性別平等政策綱領、消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約（CEDAW）施行法、行政院推動女孩權益行動方案的推動現況。

行政院表示，CEDAW施行法是在民國101年1月1日施行，各級政府機關依規定應於3年內檢視所管法規是否符合CEDAW，目前已檢視3萬多筆的法規及行政措施。

行政院說，依規定，台灣應於102年完成CEDAW第2次國家報告，透過行政院性別平等處的規劃與協調及各部會的努力合作，現已完成國家報告初稿。

行政院表示，許多民間委員在會中關切派遣勞工職場人身安全保障及代理孕母法案等議題，江宜樺除指示行政院勞工委員會及相關部會儘速研擬相關對策，保障派遣勞工權益，並指示衛生福利部在代理孕母法案研擬及修正過程中，公開相關資訊、廣蒐各界意見，尤其要重視性別的因素。1021003

一直用信用卡去淘寶買嘢，每次都要蝕 3%手續費，認真唔抵。上個禮拜路過 7仔，見到 promote緊支付寶卡，只要買張飛入 code就可充值俾錢，不過 130港幣先兌到 100人仔，匯率唔算抵，叫做試吓係咪咁方便。

點知試完怒火當堂衝上雲霄！充值後顯示餘額嘅地方竟然陰陰濕濕擺埋一邊；俾錢一刻又要過兩關，填完密碼，又要填身份證號碼，搞完一大輪，都係俾唔到錢！幾經辛苦搵到網上客服回覆，原來系統誤將我個 account當作內地賬戶，所以入身份證一欄填極都錯，仲講笑話我個冧把太靚（無錯，係有三個 8），系統當咗係虛假賬戶，聽完，真係笑唔出囉……

遇賊洗劫

啱啱去完日本做嘢，今次行程幾緊密，搞到冇乜時間行街買嘢，叫做喺易手遊戲鋪用七十蚊買咗隻至愛漫畫嘅 PS3遊戲《 One Piece海賊無雙》。其實自從草帽路飛入咗新世界，劇情已經變悶同拖時間，但始終追咗咁多年，就算放低一排都會一次過追番。今次返到香港，知道 7仔今季出咗 One Piece精品，有齊晒九個草帽船員同女帝漢高古，心諗今次死梗，終於輪到我要儲印花。唔知之前受過我印花嘅人，會唔會回返啲俾我呢？

【蔣永佑／台北報導】台北地檢署今天同步異地偵訊總統馬英九、檢察總長黃世銘、行政院長江宜樺、總統府前副秘書長羅智強，其中在台北地檢署第3辦公室應訊的江宜樺在晚間10時10分，已結束偵訊離開，北檢今晚偵訊行動已全部結束。

江宜樺今晚是搭著座車，直接駛入北檢位在台北市辛亥路的第3辦公室的地下停車場，隨即搭電梯上樓接受偵訊，晚間也是直接驅車離開，沒有面對媒體。

來自大陸4所名校的學生今天中午抵達花蓮縣新城火車站，要前往太魯閣覽景，不過今天花蓮的強風陣陣，「風飛沙」成了迎賓禮，令人尷尬。帶團的團長李嘉斌表示，陸生所到之處不忘做社會服務，一下車就看見沙塵，也激發他們要把防治沙漠化的成效拿來讓台灣參考。

政府資助的士小巴車主更換催化器的計劃本月展開，早前的招標過程中，有涉嫌圍標情況。

環保署涉益國產零件商　小巴的士死火

政府本月起推行石油氣的士和小巴更換催化器計劃，冀減少污染物排放改善空氣質素。這個打着「清潔香港」旗幟的計劃，背後卻有污糟勾當。事緣環保署隻眼開隻眼閉，讓一車房集團涉嫌違規圍標，而且串連有關係的國產零件供應商，以一條龍方式去競投政府的一億五千萬元資助，結果只是養肥一小撮人。涉嫌圍標醜聞，令一眾小巴的士車主一肚氣，就連坐擁數十億元身家的小巴大王馬亞木，也成為受害者。
本刊調查發現，涉嫌圍標車房集團大本營，和其中一個催化器供應商的登記地址，與環保汽車維修同業聯會主席林慶昌旗下多間公司的登記地址相同。更換計劃由公帑支付一億五千萬，而五十二間指定更換催化器車房中，至少有三十二間與投標集團有關，粗略估計他們有機會瓜分以千萬元計的生意。

林慶昌的公司地址登記為大業街 23號地下，該鋪同時為添發和森記車房，但森記只有一個軟身的臨時招牌。 

馬亞木擁有約六百部小巴和近百部的士，單計該七百部車的牌價，已達約四十億元市值；而馬家今次有四間車房中標為指定更換商，包括兩間更換的士催化器、兩間更換小巴催化器。
