【劉志原╱台北報導】名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，遭藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控盜用「推推指」商標，公司資產2.6億元也遭假扣押，瑪麗蓮公司發言人陳芳瑜說，公司沒盜用對方商標，目前週年慶檔期將至，競爭對手卻透過司法手段，進行商業惡鬥，是浪費司法資源，但公司基礎穩固、財務健全，營運不受影響，會提出抗告及異議。

瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強遭維娜斯公司指控侵權，已遭依違反《商標法》起訴；維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴，2案均由法院審理中。

不好意思 周遭朋友沒人拿note3可討論 只好來版上跟有拿到n3的板友來一起討論 以前用htc手機 因為通話時間長所以都用原廠耳機講電話 耳機話筒位置 可以最遠放置在脖子附近 對方依然可以清楚聽到 可是最近換了n3 一樣用原廠耳機來通話 但耳機話筒須刻意用手扶在嘴巴前講 對方才可以聽得清楚 若讓話筒自然垂下或離開嘴巴附近範圍如:脖子 對方馬上聽不清楚 若手持手機通話即正常 想請問版上板友有一樣的問題嗎? 還是我多心了@@ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.182.33

【綜合報導】中國全國正在放「十一長假」，據大陸媒體報導，像是知名景點紫禁城，昨天一口氣就湧入超過八萬名遊客，導致廣大的城區裡頭人擠人，從高空俯瞰，萬頭鑽動。而四川省著名景點的九寨溝風景區更慘，因為山路交通本來就較不便，一下子湧入過多遊客，交通系統無法消化的結果，超過上萬名遊客滯留山區，部分遊客被迫走下山，其中老人、嬰兒捱不住低溫，讓人心疼。

晚間車站湧入大量遊客，因搭不上車，憤怒呼喊退票，部分民眾迫於無奈，試圖步行10多公里下山。人群中除了有老人，也有不少兒童，有父母甚至帶着只有9個月大的嬰兒。不少人身已經身穿羽絨衣或棉襖，但仍然被冷得渾身發抖。路上一名兒童還因為天氣太泠，已被凍得說不出話來。

根據現場目擊者指出，還有人走到半路看到車就攔，攔車者主要是希望車輛優先把小孩和老人送下山去，但每輛車上都擠滿了人，又沒有人願意下來，使得情況一片混亂。有遊客更憤怒地站到車前喊道：「不准走！除非從我身上開過去！」

山路上旅遊大巴長龍仍沒有任何移動，寒泠再加上沒有足夠食物，有遊客在《微博》求助：「再這樣下去不泠死也會被餓死！」也有人留言，「這樣到底是旅遊，還是受苦」。而為了避免萬名遊客滯留九寨溝的慘況再度上演，在今天上午9時10分，達到最大承載客流量4.1萬人次後，風景區就宣布停售門票。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院長王金平今召集朝野協商討論國會改革，王建議透過落實委員會主席進行黨團協商規範，加強落實委員會專業化、功能化，來提昇議事效率。對各界要求協商透明化，王金平說，協商有時狀況複雜，要達到完全透明、全程錄影、錄音，是行不通，倘若協商不成就表決，他個人反而輕鬆，但議事效率不彰，誰負責？是執政黨和國家之福？王強調，就給執政黨一個機會去討論改革。

王金平也替自己喊冤表示，過去大家都把協商責任推給他，通過的法案沒人說，沒通過的就拿來大做文章。他強調，協商制度是用時間換取空間，且協商各委員、助理、行政人員都可參與，不希望再有人說是密室協商。王也呼籲，執政黨要想清楚，不要有心人講一句話，就把國會汙名化。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池也強調，朝野協商有存在必要，否則議事效率會更低；只是制度實施多年已有流弊，需要進一步檢討。民進黨團總召柯建銘則說：「最希望朝野協商全部公開的就是我，讓大家了解國民黨是怎麼亂搞、論政能力如何，所以不要汙名化朝野協商。」
