【於慶中／綜合外電報導】中國全國民眾正在歡度「十一長假」，境內各個風景名勝全被擠得水洩不通，堆積如山隨手拋棄的垃圾，成了每個景點的頭號敵人。浙江省有17名杭州電子科技大學學生，今天(3日)花了3小時，在西湖周圍的1.5里路上，撿獲了七千多個煙蒂，他們把煙蒂收集好，在地上排出「無烟西湖 文明出行」的字句，希望遊客能愛護環境。

另一邊在海南島三亞大東海風景區，當局為了避免旅客亂丟垃圾問題，一早就在長18公里的海灘上，放置超過一百個臨時垃圾桶，有人批評垃圾桶陣有礙觀瞻，但當局卻認為是無奈之舉。

配合雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處主辦的2013白色雲嘉南國際觀鳥馬拉松大賽活動，雲嘉南管理處推出白色雲嘉南飛羽明星票選活動，讓民眾投票抽大獎。票選活動自10月4日起至10月21日止，雲嘉南管理處將於10月23日抽出幸運的民眾，並於10月24日在官網及臉書公布得獎名單。

雲嘉南管理處長鄭榮峯表示，每年從10月份起至隔年3月為雲嘉南的賞鳥季，北門賞鳥季明星鳥黑腹燕鷗先頭部隊近2000隻，已於9月下旬飛達北門潟湖，10月下旬起，盤旋飛舞的鳥類生態奇觀，將於北門潟湖展開。而今年首批3隻黑面琵鷺，也已於9月27日飛抵七股區黑面琵鷺保護區。歡迎大家在賞鳥季節裡到雲嘉南走走，體驗濱海生態之美。

鄭榮峯處長表示，民眾只要上「雲嘉南，好好玩」臉書粉絲專頁按「讚」成為粉絲。再至http://goo.gl/GDwWO7投票系統，選出心目中最能代表雲嘉南濱海的鳥明星後，公開分享白色雲嘉南飛羽明星票選活動至自己的臉書塗鴉牆，並寫上您投票支持的鳥明星即完成投票。

所以過程中你發現很多人因為相愛而結合，最後卻因為「教育理念」而分開。當然如果價值觀真的相差太大，那的確是分開好些。但假如只是小地方的差異，我想必須要去擁抱這樣的不同。畢竟這世上或許有天生的完美配對，但碰到的機率實在太小，等你找到人都老了。

關於如何經營夥伴關係，今天到一則故事，相當受到啟發。兩個來自不同背景的陌生人 Melissa Joy Kong 與 Nate Bagley，在共同朋友的介紹下，發現彼此有著相同的熱情 ── 證明真愛的存在。於是他們決定一起跑遍美國 50 州，寫下 100 則最感人的故事，在明年二月集結成書，讓所有人重新體會愛的真諦。

兩個完全不認識的人，為了相同的目標而組成團隊，被迫要在一起生活一年，並且在過程中探索什麼是愛，這個設計實在是太巧妙了。從 Melissa & Nate 的網誌看來，這件事情似乎已經進行了一年。當 Fast Company 訪問 Melissa 在過程中學到了什麼，她分享了六點夥伴關係的真諦，我認為非常精確到位，以下加上我自己的感想，供大家參考：

1. 決定 ALL IN

在美國，婚姻被稱為一個 Commitment，而不是 Relationship。Relationship 比較順其自然，雙方一起嘗試看看它會不會 Work。但一旦你決定要升級到 Commitment，那就不能只是嘗試，必須要下定決心，每天都盡力讓這個結合越臻完美。創業的夥伴關係也是一樣，要有最棒的夥伴關係，必須要先 All In。當你把所有心力都放在讓這個團隊 Work，所有的夥伴都會感受到那個能量，也因此才有機會激發出生生不息的正向循環。

2. 把自我留在門外

重點不是大夥覺得你有多了不起，重點是大夥一起做出了怎樣了不起的事情。因此在進入夥伴關係前，你必須先拋棄自我，才能夠共同追求全體的成就。
