電腦商用換機潮有影！微軟明年4月將正式停止對於Windows XP作業系統的更新支援，迫使企業加速汰換舊電腦。

研究機構NetMarketshare最新統計，過去兩個月WinXP在主要電腦作業系統（OS）的流量占比快速下滑，從7月的37.19%，急墜到9月的31.42%，顯示電腦商用換機潮出現升溫跡象，對宏碁（2353）、華碩是危機也是轉機。

WinXP是微軟最長壽的作業系統之一，從2001年底上市至今，已經有12個年頭，其間歷經Vista、Win7、到去年的Win8等多次微軟視窗系統大改版，依舊屹立不搖，目前仍是網路流量最大的第二大電腦作業系統，僅次於Win7。倒是微軟最新的Win8系統，目前市占率僅8.02%。

過去幾年，隨微軟歷次作業系統世代交替，WinXP 的流量市占都能維持緩步下滑的姿態，最近兩個月的快速下滑，為過去罕見。

法人分析，微軟已經宣布，明年4月將正式停止對於WinXP系統的更新支援，XP流量急速下滑，顯示微軟策略奏效，許多仍採用XP 舊電腦的企業用戶，被迫加速電腦汰換。

經常一副寸樣的 Edison，上週六到廣州一間大型酒吧登台時，收起 cool樣，一上台即笑容滿面冧觀眾，主動打招呼之餘，第一句就用廣東話落足鞋油：「我好鍾意廣州，成日嚟㗎！」

酒吧以「潮流天王」形容 Edison，好在冇加「過氣」兩個字咋！ 

哈爾濱出手上月到哈爾濱出騷，疑似被保安踩中新鞋的 Edison，扯火出手推撞對方。 

廣州任扑有觀眾多手用粗身特長螢光棒敲打 Edison個頭，仲要連「鏗」兩嘢，中咗招嘅 Edison罕有唔還手，收 30萬任扑唔嬲！

接近半夜 12點， Edison由十多名保安護住入場，排場十足！

【陳培煌／台北報導】中華民國友邦尼加拉瓜外長在聯合國總辯論發言時稱中華民國為「China-Taiwan（中國，台灣）」，尼國駐台大使館今發布聲明，大使達比亞（William Tapia）表示，所有台灣友邦都只認為台灣是唯一的中國（ I would like to inform you that all diplomatic allies of Taiwan refer to the Republic of China as “China,” being the only government of China we recognize）。

台聯黨團副總召黃文玲要求衛生福利部，保證不開放陸醫來台就職及採認中國醫事學歷等；衛福部醫事司長李偉強說：「絕不開放、也不考慮」。

根據中央社報導，衛福部曾在9月25日召開「醫療保健服務業住院醫師適用勞動基準法」會議，討論如何解決台灣醫護人員超時工作等問題，在增加輔助人力的部分，提到可從國外招募醫師，並開放中國醫師到台灣就職及認同中國醫事學歷等，

台聯黨團總召集人許忠信，在立法院舉行記者會時表示，認為就算是初步研擬階段，此舉也不可行；與會的台聯黨團副總召黃文玲說，台灣醫學系學生訓練嚴謹，中國醫師採認方式比台灣寬鬆，相關技術也比較不足，希望衛福部能夠保證，絕對不開放。

李偉強在會中表示，衛福部是在討論題綱列出過去曾討論選項，讓與會者知道；當天會議也澄清，絕不列為選項，這些都違反現在政策，衛福部絕不採認。
