哪種農產品加工會做到「度咕叩灶」（打瞌睡撞到灶頭）？答案是烘焙龍眼乾。斗六市楓樹湖部落到處都是龍眼樹，不乏百年老龍眼，70多年來村民在自家庭院起灶，以低溫攝氏45度烘焙，為貫徹迷人的香味，必須48小時不斷火候。每年都得和瞌睡蟲作戰的老人家們，自行命名為「度咕叩灶龍眼乾」。

湖山里楓樹湖部落的楓樹不多，但龍眼樹放眼都是，76歲的龍眼乾達人林賜明說，村內烘龍眼乾的傳統很久，他小時候看大人做也學會了，每年龍眼收成後，在立秋節氣時就要烘焙，黃金時間只有2周。

林賜明說，古法烘焙真是做到「度咕叩灶」，因為第1階段的48小時不能斷火，前6小時要每小時翻1次，半夜經常坐在灶前打瞌睡撞到灶頭，各家都有相同經驗。

楓樹湖村民烘焙龍眼分3次，第1次烘48小時；15天後重新烘焙12小時；最後1次重新烘焙約6小時，在立冬節氣，水分完全脫乾不會發霉。

林賜明說，好吃的龍眼乾祕訣是用龍眼木生火，風味與用煤油乾燥的相差十萬八千里，老經驗的人從翻動聲就知道果肉有沒發霉，乾燥的龍眼殼聲音清脆，發霉的聲音比較暗沉。

斗六市長謝淑亞表示，楓樹湖的居民在自家前庭後院搭建簡單的灶，村裏至少還有15個灶，會烘的都是60、70歲老人，這幾年社區營造村民發現這項技術真是寶，她看了也很驚喜。

斗六市公所以拍攝紀錄片幫村民永久保留烘龍眼乾的技術，昨天首度把「度咕叩灶龍眼乾」包裝起來亮相，湖山里長林志華、楓樹湖社區發展協會理事長鄧玉足表示，村裏龍眼乾原本是烘來送親友的，多的才能賣。

被虧是帶頭者，官大元說：「哪是啊，是小雞吧！」但問他是不是只負責拉人時，官大元說得理直氣壯：「拉了不打，太吃虧了吧！」

官大元將在今晚再扛先發對戰犀牛，難道不怕隊友懷恨在心，不幫他打分數？官大元自有一套解釋，「今天打他們大力一點，明天才會幫我打大力一點。」

唯獨捕手陳智弘站得老遠擊掌，隊友也不敢朝他出掌，原因也很合理，陳智弘說：「他們不敢打我啦，我還要保持清醒耶！」畢竟他還得蹲捕最後半局。

受美政府關門、舉債上限危機恐衝擊全球景氣拖累，歐股2日多數走跌，其中歐洲三大指數全場維持在弱勢橫盤整理格局，終場收低。不過，義大利股市在政局回穩激勵下卻得以逆勢上漲，成為當日歐股最大亮點。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，德國DAX指數跌0.69%(59.72點)至8629.42點；英國FTSE-100指數跌0.35%(22.51點)至6437.50點；法國CAC-40指數跌0.92%(38.44點)至4158.16點。       

歐洲區域性股市指標Stoxx-600指數跌0.7%至310.79點，不僅幾乎回吐前日所有漲幅(0.8%)，且創近一個月以來最大跌幅。

時隔17年，美國政府再度遭遇關閉窘境，導致約80萬名公務人員被迫無薪休假。與此同時，在朝野僵持的狀況下，16.7兆美元舉債上限能否在10月17日觸頂前提高仍在未定之天。

歐洲央行(ECB)一如市場預期，維持低利率政策不變，儘管ECB總裁德拉吉認為歐元區經濟復甦遲緩且快慢不均，但並未透露是否推出新刺激措施或再次降息來提振景氣。

義大利當日舉行內閣信任投票，由於同黨同志不相挺，試圖扳倒政府的前總理貝魯斯柯尼(Silvio Berlusconi)在投票前提早棄械投降，使得現任總理Enrico Letta以壓倒性票數獲勝，成功避免國會改選可能引發的政治危機。

義大利FTSE-MIB指數當日上揚0.7%至18098.44點；義大利10年期國債殖利率劇減10個基點至4.36%。義大利第二大銀行Intesa Sanpaolo漲4.7%至1.69歐元。
