監察院中午通過在年總統大選被視為選情關鍵的「宇昌案」調查報告，調查內容顯示，時任經建會主委何美玥簽辦96年3月21日簽文時，已知與Genentech洽商條件與行政院長蘇貞昌民國96年2月15日核定的授權談判條件相差甚鉅，仍僅將公文呈給時任行政院副院長的蔡英文。蔡英文明知簽文內容無論合作條件、投資金額均與前簽內容相去甚遠，仍逕予核准，且不再簽文續呈院長，依蘇貞昌於最高法院檢察署特別偵查組所證「以前我沒看過這個公文。同意派一個代表去談判，談判後當然要給派的人知道結果，但是這個公文就是沒有送到我這邊。」蔡英文違反蘇貞昌指示，其違背職務的情狀，也甚為顯著，另何美玥冒用96年2月9日簽為宇昌案申請國發基金投資「專案核准」的憑據，並為後續撥款作業，實有違失。

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地檢署發言人黃謀信表示，針對傳喚總統馬英九作證一案，是基於「維安考量」，選擇與總統府僅一街之隔的台北地檢署第四辦公室做為偵訊場合，至於總統是否走地下密道應訊，檢方不願證實。

檢方表示，今晚由檢察官張智堯訊問總統馬英九，在訊問前已由專人送傳票給總統，於晚間近8時開始訊問，晚間9點40分結束，張智堯問馬英九是否要領證人旅費530元，馬說：「我是走路過來的，不用。」

文長~第一次發文請多包涵 我想大家都會和我ㄧ樣，一直在尋找適合自己的設計師。 每次變髮前，我都會詢問親友推薦，或是上網估狗。 上次的變髮，我找了很多模特兒推薦的設計師。 以為自己也可以從此有美麗的髮型。 但去了兩次，只有一開始設計師來和你溝通一下，以及最後吹髮時會出現， 其餘中間過程都是助理經手。而一開始的溝通，也是一直跟你推薦染前、染後護 髮，且話語說的好像不加價使用就會讓自己髮頭下場多悲慘。讓我不舒服的是， 若你挑較低價位的護髮，那臉色讓你很不舒服。 更讓我不高興的是，花了大把錢護髮，回家每次洗頭，就算護髮了，還是很難梳 開。而這兩次經驗都讓我花上六七千。 有鑒於上次經驗，這次我更小心找設計師，不再找小模都去的店，或許那只是宣 傳手法。 這次我請友人帳號借我上此版，慢慢爬文找設計師，讓我找到東區的小七。 依約定時間到店，開門迎接我的是小七和Arashi。 就坐之後，一開始小七會先仔細聽你的需求，並給你建議。 我原先是中長髮+偏紅色系，長度只要求可以扎起馬尾就好，至於染髮顏色方面， 我交給小七處理，因為我認為這樣最能看出設計師的功力。 溝通完之後，小七先幫我剪髮，然後他和Arashi一起幫我上染膏，而之後的洗 髮、護髮、吹髮是由Arashi幫我完成。本來我很排斥男生幫我洗髮，因為之前 有過不好經驗，但Arashi是個動作很細膩、輕柔的人，從他動作中你可以感受 他很熱愛他的工作，你可以放心的把自己交給他服務。 吹乾頭髮後，看到鏡中自己髮尾是孔雀藍偏綠的顏色，第一秒有驚嚇到，是因為 沒想過這顏色會出現在自己頭髮上。因為我一直以為小七應該是和其他設計師差 不多，就是整頭染偏紅色。沒想到他居然很費工夫的幫我挑染，栗色+灰色&髮尾 的藍綠色，讓我之後就算有幾根白髮，也不易看見。且吹乾後顏色不會顯得高調， 不是誇張讓人一眼看出那種，很符合我的個性，所以越看越喜歡。 http://ppt.cc/RNH%7E 今天染後第六天了，洗了三次頭，最讓我滿意的是護髮效果，我不再為了洗後頭髮 打結而痛苦了。小七的護髮效果真的很棒，比我之前花大錢的效果都好。 且那天剪髮+挑染+染前、後護髮，加上當月壽星折扣後，我只花了2900有找。 真的讓我大大滿意，我終於找到適合自己的設計師了。 也希望大家可以找到自己喜歡的設計師。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.64.17

標題[請益] cpu小4pin插座分接偵測轉速問題

想請教一下 我的cpu散熱器目前裝的是TX3 EVO 本身只有裝一個風扇 想另外再加裝一個風扇在另一側 可是主機板只有一個cpu的小4pin插座 想說去買那種小4pin分支出來可以接2個散熱器風扇接頭的轉接線 問題來了就是這樣接法會不會影響到原本風扇的pwm功能?? 第2個問題是那我這樣接的話 軟體偵測到的風扇轉速有辦法偵測出兩顆風扇的轉速嗎? 它是會分別各顯示出兩個風扇的轉速? 還是說依然顯示一個風扇的轉速呢? 又或者是顯示出兩顆風扇加總平均出來的轉速? 問題有點多 不知道我這樣敘述有沒有清楚地表達出來 麻煩板友們解答 謝謝您!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.94.3

立法委員王育敏今天在立法院委員會質詢指出，剛通過的「職業安全衛生法」無法涵蓋完整，例如：社工因工作性質，有5成5的社工曾受辱罵、4成的社工曾受威脅，但職業安全衛生法中並沒有針對社工安全特別保護，她未來會提出增訂「社工人員職業安全條例」。

勞委會主委潘世偉表示同意，他也說，如果工作有特殊性就可以增加特別條例。

應是如此吧

若版大有垃圾魚或您的魚友中有人有垃圾魚

它會在新介面 您撿取垃圾的地方 會變成 丟垃圾的按鈕

您在點選它 在有垃圾魚的魚缸內 隨意一處空白處 點一下就會自動丟下垃圾 垃圾魚會自動游過去吃
