各位板友好: 剛剛在法律資料庫與網路上找了許久，大多都是有關軍職生的賠償辦法，但找不到有關正在服務軍人的退出辦法。 我弟是就讀空軍二技畢業的學生，當初簽約8年，目前已經正在單位服務。目前想要退出，也願意付賠償金，但卻苦無退出的辦法。問過軍中的輔導長，輔導長說必須要服滿8年才可以退。 請問各位大大，是否有辦法可以解除軍職生契約呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.74.25

南韓KOSPI指數2日以高盤(2,012.07點)開出後，在外資持續買超、DRAM價格上揚激勵SK Hynix與三星電子股價的帶動下走高，惟美國政府運作停擺、國定假日將屆仍讓投資人態度保守。KOSPI終場指數小漲0.03%(0.60點)，收1,999.47點。南韓股市3日將因開天節(The National Foundation Day of Korea)而休市一天。

在國會對預算問題依舊無法達成共識的衝擊下，美國政府17年來首度關閉非必要部門，而原定要在1日公佈的營建支出數據也因此延期。此外，預定本週五(10月4日)就會公佈的關鍵就業報告也恐怕無法如期出爐。

Thomson Reuters報導，Tong Yang Securities分析師Lee Jae-mahn指出，美國政局依舊紛擾，投資人也不敢太過積極。外資今日持續站在買方，已連續第26個交易日買超韓股，期間的買超總額已多達9.6兆韓圜。

根據市調機構集邦旗下的DRAMeXchange報價，9月17日的2GB DDR3顆粒價格漲至2.32美元、4GB DDR3最高價則達4.35美元，較先前大漲超過4成，顯見PC與NB大廠對於Q4期間DRAM將延續缺貨景況已有共識，不惜提高價格收貨。三星電子終場上漲2.6%，收1,418,000韓圜。SK Hynix勁揚4.01%，收31,150韓圜。

汽車類股則在員工罷工導致供應短缺、使得9月銷售數據疲軟的影響下走跌。現代汽車跌2.75%，收247,500韓圜。起亞汽車下挫4.56%，收62,800韓圜。

馬英九總統今（2）上午接受電台專訪，在節目中談論關說風暴與監聽、洩密等問題。對此，民進黨主席蘇貞昌在中常會前受訪表示，現在看起來馬總統是越講越漏氣，越多話就越穿幫，我們還是很誠摯地呼籲馬總統辭職下台，趕快照顧民生、拚經濟。

蘇貞昌表示，現在人民這麼痛苦，失業這麼多，國民黨執政還一直堅持要漲電價，更進一步影響民生痛苦，這種時候馬應專心國政，不要專心鬥爭，鬥爭用各種不同的非法手段跟不法資料，現在看起來是越講越漏氣，越多話就越穿幫，正如古人所說的，講一個謊再用百句謊言掩蓋，都掩蓋不住，我們還是很誠摯地呼籲馬總統辭職下台，趕快照顧民生、拚經濟。

對於馬總統接受廣播專訪談論關說、監聽等案情，蘇貞昌也批評說，馬等人會用各種手段，空中串證也是一種，電話通聯也是一種，他們之間可以看出來，講出來的事證都可以看出總統不但是參與個案干涉司法，甚至連自己要被傳訊了，都還事先透過專訪手段再進行他個人的串證動作

蘇貞昌同時呼籲藍營立委站在民意這一邊，不要站在馬意，不要為虎做倀，因為民意高比例都認為馬、江不適任，他們都應該下台負責。

我很喜歡小朋友，也很有耐心
平常對玩樂那些冷感沒興趣，平常希望充實自己
也希望能拿多餘的時間幫助更多需要的人

本身也都在朋友群中扮演傾聽者。

從以前就很想找時間，但現在好不容易有空卻碰上了當兵

Ｑ１我想請問　台北哪裡有孤兒院或是老人院甚至是唐寶寶
　　類似那種需要幫助的地方可以做義工照顧，甚至是陪小孩玩耍那種

　　因為我在當兵一個月放個６天以上的假，回台北也沒興趣往外跑玩樂
　　想做些有意義的事情，以前有類似經驗也希望能幫助更多的人，希望網友能幫我　　找找，我出來用電腦的機會時間不太多。

高價股問題放空還是做多比較好賺

不管是高價股還是低價股,做對趨勢都好賺,做錯趨勢絕對難賺,致於賺多賺少當以價格越低,作多可賺得多,作空絕對無法賺得多,高價股則作多較難賺得多,反而作空會賺得多

例如2014中鴻從0.36元起漲到29.5,作多可賺81.94倍,但您若作空最多只能跌到0.01元,低於0.01元不能交易,因此您最多只能賺到0.35元,97.22%
再如9906欣巴巴從0.37元起漲到145.5,作多可賺393.24倍,但您若作空最多只能跌到0.01元,低於0.01元不能交易,因此您最多只能賺到0.36元,97.30%

任何股價作空都絕對無法賺到一倍,因此做空要選高價股,作多要選低價股,這是很簡單的邏輯

美國聯邦政府17年來首見暫停運作，美股周二仍是小紅作收，台股2日開高，摩根投信執行董事葉鴻儒表示，目前市場最大擔憂是預算爭議將延遲美國債務上限對話，導致美國國債違約風險升高，但評估發生機率極低，兩黨不太可能冒著經濟下行風險持續拖延預算案，他認為，台股攻勢可望經短線整理後伺機再啟，鎖定利基型及有競爭力的產業，包括汽車、通訊、NB、半導體等族群都具波段操作機會。

美國政府上次停止運作發生在1995年底至1996/1/6，長達21天，但根據摩根資產管理統計，在政府停擺期間不僅美股小漲，且後1月、3月與半年全數收紅，而台股雖短期呈現震盪拉回，但伴隨國際股市向上格局，與當時1996年首度總統民選，政策行情護航帶動下，加權指數後3月與後半年呈現強勢反彈，分別上漲15.53%與30.54%。

葉鴻儒表示，美國QE暫緩退場，但股市因債務協商與與預算案僵局再陷震盪，但不僅大陸、日、台PMI指數都傳出佳音，日本首相安倍也宣布如期於明年4月調高消費稅，亞股表現普遍抗跌。

葉鴻儒認為，目前市場最大擔憂是預算爭議將延遲美國債務上限對話，導致美國國債違約風險升高，但以當前政經條件評估，此事發生機率極低，兩黨不太可能冒著經濟下行風險持續拖延預算案。

葉鴻儒評估，由於10月仍有多重不確定因素，台股維持區間震盪機率較高。首先，台股自8月底以來波段漲幅逾6%，並一度逼近8300點，指數短線面臨高檔賣壓調整。 (接下一頁)

美林美銀：美政府關門期間，買公司債勝過買股

走過5月的大低潮，美債氣勢近來又再度聚集。美林美銀認為，在美國政府停擺期間，受惠於避險需求增溫與市場波動加劇，美元計價之公司債表現將勝過美股。

彭博社報導，美銀債信策略師Michael Contopoulos表示，即使公司債殖利率水平距歷史低點僅1個百分點，但在美國政府關門可能延緩量化寬鬆(QE)退場的情形下，公司債本月表現將會超過股市。

Contopoulos還指出，如果美國朝野對峙升高、預算協商持續沒有進展，股市將比債市更易遭受衝擊。美銀資料顯示，上週湧進高收益債的資金達29億美元，為今年次高。與此同時，流入投資等級公司債的資金也有17億美元。

受9月份ADP民間就業報告不理想影響，截至美東時間2日上午10時45分，美國10年國債殖利率盤中下滑6個基點，暫報2.6%。美國財政部長Jacob Lew前日致信共和黨籍眾議院議長John Boehner時重申，最遲10月17日舉債額度將用罄。
