http://lovecc6.pixnet.net/blog/post/261258137 消費時間：2013/9 la FESTA座落於大直維多利亞酒店內二樓， 與義大利皮蒙特區備受推崇的米其林一星餐廳La Credenza合作， 由米其林主廚Igor Macchia與Giovanni Grasso聯手打造， 於2011年推出自有品牌la FESTA義大利餐廳。 聽聞朋友推薦幾次他們的午間套餐， 價格不若晚餐高昂，卻也不失水準， 又加上米其林星星主廚光環的加持， 雖然Igor Macchia本人不在現場， 但還是讓我忍不住「嘴癢」訂位。 進入用餐區，最吸睛的是天花板的長軸壁畫， 以義大利Siena這個傳統小鎮為為主軸， Siena每年皆有傳統的賽馬活動(Palio)， 是全義大利、甚至世界各地都耳熟能詳的節慶， 而餐廳正是以la FESTA(=節慶)命名， 仔細看還會發現磚牆上有馬蹄環的裝飾。 我們被安排在舒適的沙發座， 略帶隱密感的座位另人相當放鬆。 廚房為開放式設計，臨近座位卻絲毫不帶異味。 午間套餐菜單封面寫著大大的主廚名Igor Macchia， 套餐包含開胃菜、湯或沙拉、主餐、甜點、咖啡或茶， 主餐有PIZZA、義大利麵、燉飯，以及各種創意的肉食與海鮮， 套餐價格從$500~$2,280都有，$500的都是PIZZA， 最貴的$2,280主菜是澳洲9+和牛肋眼。 完整的菜單和價位可於官網直接看或下載。 氣泡水使用S.Pellegrino，酌收水資$80/每位。 餐前麵包為墨魚杏仁麵包，可以續， 上桌時烤得熱呼呼，墨魚香氣算不上濃厚， 但杏仁脆片捲在麵包中央倒是挺有趣的， 衝著杏仁片的香脆，我們吃完又立刻再續一次。 麵包附上巴薩米克油醋與黑橄欖鯷魚醬， 油醋不帶嗆鼻的酸味頗為溫和， 黑橄欖鯷魚醬則比較重口味，端看個人喜好。 【香煎北海道生食干貝佐栗子野菇醬汁、新鮮黑松露】 我的開胃菜，香煎北海道生食干貝， 比50元硬幣還大的北海道生食級干貝， 僅表面微煎、中間半生，吃起來鮮甜保有水份， 醬汁以多種菇類、栗子、雞高湯、奶油等打成泥熬煮， 擠上白色牛奶泡泡，再刨上數片黑松露增添香氣， 以及接下來幾道將出現多次點綴的多汁柔軟冰花。 【精選義式冷肉盤】 老公點的開胃菜義式冷肉盤為各式火腿、義式香腸與生菜， 他說就中規中矩，感覺我的開胃菜比他精緻得多。 【野菇濃湯佐手工義式雞肉餃】 有聽說義式手工餃是主廚拿手的菜色之一， 於是我選了這道有搭配手工雞肉餃的湯品。 上桌時湯盤中只有單純的食物沒有湯， 盤內為三顆手工義式雞肉餃，底部襯著炒香的碎蘑菇， 服務人員會在餐桌前當場將濃湯優雅的畫圈倒入盤中， 淋上一圈蔬菜橄欖油提香，最後會詢問是否要來點黑胡椒。 手工雞肉餃的內餡和想像中吃得到肉塊的不同， 這兒的餃子內餡完全是打成泥狀的， 是以牛肝蕈、台東玉米雞、帕馬森起士和其餘香料製成， 濃湯直接使用大量野菇打成泥，湯體非常濃厚， 滋味更不在話下，喝完覺得自己連說話都滿嘴菇味。 【小牛澄清湯佐薄牛蔬菜捲】 老公點的小牛清湯，牛肉捲著蔬菜， 最外層以六根義大利麵條捲起， 義大利麵條煮後泡在湯汁，有種食麵疙瘩的錯覺。 【青檸橄欖油燉飯佐生食海膽】 主餐之一的燉飯是我一看到菜單就立刻決定點， 因為我太愛吃海膽了，而且還佐生食海膽耶！ 燉飯保有米心，但總覺得有稍做改良以符合台灣人的口味？ Q彈度存在，米心卻沒有想像中多，但仍在我喜愛的口感範圍內。 金黃的燉飯以海膽為基底，搭配橄欖油和起司燉煮， 灑上小丁的番茄乾，中間放上四片生海膽， 我相信愛吃海膽的人一定會喜歡，整盤都是海膽香， 小缺點是燉飯的醬汁偏鹹了些，吃兩口就得喝口水， 這部份我也在最後的意見表上填寫告知， 服務人員有前來解釋，結論大概是指那個鹹是食材本身的鹹度吧！ 【波士頓龍蝦搭配溫洋芋沙拉、新鮮番茄及羅勒】 另一道主餐是完全幫你處理好的整尾波士頓龍蝦， 上桌時龍蝦殼內的蝦肉已取出切成好入口的小段， 龍蝦的兩對大螯也將螯肉完整取出，裹一層薄粉酥炸， 據說是想做出類似日本天婦羅的感覺， 無論是切段的龍蝦肉還是那兩對龍蝦螯， 其實因為新鮮，根本不太需要調味就很棒了。 一旁搭配的沙拉為馬鈴薯、番茄、黑橄欖切丁， 搭配剩餘的龍蝦肉切丁，佐以羅勒葉稍加調味。 【手工義式杏仁冰淇淋、新鮮草莓、巧克力海綿蛋糕、牛奶泡泡】 本來想點其他甜點，但服務人員提醒我他們甜點都偏甜， 於是我接受了他們推薦甜度較低的這道杏仁冰淇淋， 透明的杯中除了一球杏仁冰淇淋外，還放了新鮮草莓、巧克力海綿蛋糕， 草莓幾乎沒有酸度，還不錯，巧克力海綿蛋糕也如原先想像的甜度較低， 上方的牛奶泡泡是上桌後現擠的，杯底則鋪上碎餅乾。 該怎麼說呢？這天從頭吃下來其實都算滿意， 因此這道甜點就顯得相對普通些， 或許是因為這幾樣食材吃起來並沒有很「融合」的感覺。 【法芙娜巧克力慕斯, 柳橙法式布丁, 肉桂醬汁】 老公點的是米其林一星餐廳Ristorante la Credenza的特色甜點， 我完全沒吃所以無法評論，老公則說蠻喜歡的。 【馬可波羅茶】 飯後可以選Lavazza咖啡或Mariage Freres的馬可波羅茶， 一陣子沒買Mariage Freres的茶葉了，突然有點想念， 最開心的是，原來這兒的茶還可以不只喝一杯， 服務人員會主動端著一個大茶壺隨時將茶杯加滿喔！ 第一次造訪la FESTA便印象良好， 雖然不能肯定晚餐時段的餐點究竟如何， 但以午間套餐的價位對比其品質，的確是好得無話可說， 服務人員的專業與親切更是加分不少。 另外，雖然是感覺頗高級的義大利餐廳， 但我們中午前往時，氣氛其實是相當輕鬆自在的， 完全不會有拘謹的感覺，總之蠻推薦的！ 地址：台北市中山區敬業四路168號2樓 電話：(02)6602-5671 營業時間：11:30~15:00，18:00~22:00

大家好, 不好意思，我第一次發文, 如果有什麼錯誤, 請大家再糾正我,謝謝 事情是這樣的，我剛進一家FWD約二個月多，擔任業務職，表面上大家都很不錯， 可是內鬥的情形還蠻嚴重的，我的部門主要有三個業務，三個OP， 其中有一個業務是該部門的主管，一個資深業務，一個剛進一年多的業務 就我的觀察 該部門的主管是海派型的，當你做錯事，他不會跟你計較太多，最多唸你幾句， 並叫你下次小心點之類的，可是他心裡會很在意，感覺他不太管事。 資深業務常公開在主管不在的時候講他壞話，並有意無意間的炫富，為人喜歡開玩笑 常逗得OP小姐們笑，常聽OP們當他的面或不當他的面講他玩笑話，不過不是惡意的 那種。 較資淺的業務為人比較老實，不會討OP歡心，也不懂得討好主管，在辦公室中只有跟 我還有資深業務比較好，其他的OP都得罪光了，其中他跟資深業務最好， 他的業績是裡面最差的。 我在辦公室裡面是扮演著中立的角色，我不希望得罪任何人，我是抱持著來這邊學習 的心態，可是就在今天，我被主管告知資淺業務要走了，要我接下他之前的業務， 問題來了，資深的業務開始找我的麻煩，對我講話及動作明顯跟其他人不一樣， 並在FB上PO防小人及拍主管馬屁的搞笑圖片，我開始覺得他對我有敵意，我該怎麼辦? 我之前也這樣被鬥過，多半以我辭職收場，我覺得我的問題比較大，我不喜歡跟人鬥， 可是我怎麼解決這件事，把業績都讓給資深業務好讓他不要鬥我? 跟主管說我不能 處理這些業務? 雖然我很想學習怎麼樣跑業務，可是，是不是自己開發比較好? 別人也沒話講? 補一下幾天前的小插曲，幾天前大家在分水果，剩下我跟主管還沒分，資深業務突然把 所有的水果都塞給我，叫我全部帶走. 我回應說，主管還沒有拿，而且我一個人沒辦法 吃那麼多，所以我就只拿了二個，是不是我說錯話了? 另一個小插曲，主管在外國的代理沒有回他信，主管英文不好，叫我幫他打電話及寫信 給讓代理請他處理某某事，我為了他的事加班加到9點多，該資深業務與OP也待到9點多 ，這樣會不會被誤會被認為我選了主管的那一邊? 我目前的現況是頂替另一個OP做文件，一個月後要開始做業務，換句話說，我都還沒有業 務的經驗，我不知道帶我的人會是誰，請問我應該怎麼做? 謝謝你們看完我的文章，謝謝你們任何的指教跟批評，謝謝。 --

根據臺灣網報導，本次展覽匯集了臺灣木雕、遊山茶訪臺灣茶、臺灣陶作坊茶器、北京老舍茶館老尹茶禮、北京福人福地民俗手工藝品等京台兩地多家著名品牌企業和多位民間藝術家共同參與，國家級非物質文化遺產專案——河北易水硯和宜興紫砂壺的代表企業也友情參展，展陳內容新穎、特色突出，是海峽兩岸民間藝術精品的一次集中展示。
臺灣木雕大師黎曜嘉先生以老舍茶館為原型，用珍貴的臺灣阿里山檜木，設計創作了木雕版的京味堂倌，惟妙惟肖令人拍案叫絕。來自臺灣的陶作坊特別獻上執香捻茶Tea Party新東方美學展演，讓到場嘉賓感受到獨創兼具傳統與創新的茶文化體驗。
在為期一個月的展覽期間，老舍茶館安排了多場互動活動，包括《臺灣雕刻藝術發展與展望》講座、茶會、京味文化新書《京範兒》首發式等，臺灣木雕和宜興紫砂壺的工藝大師也將親臨現場，為觀眾展示精湛的製作工藝。
首屆京台民間藝術交流展為兩岸民間藝術提供了一個非常難得高層次、高規格的展示平台，必將促進海峽兩岸民間藝術行業的交流合作，進一步密切兩岸優秀民間藝術企業和藝術家的合作。

面對外界對國會運作不透明有諸多疑慮與批評，立法院今（3）下午舉行朝野協商，原本預期這場朝野黨鞭都參與的內部會議，將首度公開錄音錄影，接受外界檢視，沒想到最後還是只開放讓媒體拍攝五分鐘，就把大門一關，不少記者紛紛納悶說，這是那門子的公開協商？
最讓王金平在意的，就是成也協商，被攻擊的也是他所主持的朝野協商，為了不讓外界批評朝野協商是他和柯建銘所把持的密室政治，今天下午的國會改革朝野協商，還特地找了可以錄音錄影的502會議室，要公開協商過程，使之透明化，原本之前還傳出要讓記者全程採訪，沒想到最後大門一關，還是變成了「密室協商」。
事實上，根據立法院職權行使法第70條明定，議案進行黨團協商時，由秘書長派員支援，全程錄影、錄音、紀錄，併同協商結論，刊登公報。民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘就說，「我最喜歡公開、透明了，最好是網路直播！」他還說，黨團協商最好是錄音、錄影，「大家才曉得國民黨有多爛，民進黨有多辛苦」。 但民進黨團副書記長李俊俋則質疑「哪個國家政黨跟政黨在談事情，要讓你看到？」
這回朝野協商，雖然有全程錄影、錄音，最後錄製成光碟以供備查，希望成為未來慣例，但難保有的光碟在重要的關鍵時刻，不會無故消失，成為立院「洪仲丘案」的翻版，既然都已經要全程錄影、錄音，幹麻還要關起門來扭捏作態，不如敞開大門讓媒體見證，以免落人口實。
