《最佳女主角》節目首兩集請來內地傳奇女星劉曉慶打頭陣，緊接着是樂壇天后鄭秀文（Sammi）。Sammi在節目中承認以前的脾氣很大，亦是個很難頂的人，因為她對自己的要求很高，未能達到要求就會遷怒於身邊人。

有指她2005年因拍攝電影《長恨歌》而壓力爆煲，患上抑鬱症，體重甚至一度重達130多磅。她表示抑鬱症完全與電影無關，拍攝《長恨歌》前已累積很多負面情緒，每天拍攝完畢後返回酒店，只懂得用被褥包裹着自己，更覺得自己阻礙了拍攝進度，所以自動減片酬。

黎芷珊問及Sammi那時與許志安分手的原因，她亦大方剖白內心世界，她覺得可能是因彼此的關係走到一個樽頸位，所以分開，後來因Timing和二人都「夠膽」而復合。

部落核桃生態步道
核桃生態步道大多數以核桃樹為主數量百餘顆，樹齡都超過百年，每年11月份結出核桃果。早期新光部落居民會在這個時節採收，果實大都用於小米的香料。核桃步道全長1.5公里，高山植物原始多樣性，是個生態學習的場地

鎮西堡教會
新光、鎮西堡主要的宗教信仰為基督教長老教會和天主教，鎮西堡基督長老教會，信徒們靠著信仰的力量一磚一瓦歷時數年辛苦建立而成。鎮西堡教會建築造型特別風景宜人，是當地最明顯的地標之一，遊客來到這裡，很難不注意到這座特別的建築物。

水蜜桃花園
為共同推廣部落觀光事業，並帶動部落文化生態產業、農特產品的多元推銷，次日前往鎮西堡檜木群舉辦生態活動之旅。為使這次活動的豐富與多樣性並結合新光、鎮西堡部落自然環境資源以外，地方的人文史地部份，地方產業更是這次推廣的要素，兩個部落居民共同參與設計這次全程活動的行程。讓都會區的遊客，更能認識新光與鎮西堡部落環境之美。

鎮西堡檜木群
鎮西堡神木群是全台灣最大的檜木原始林，面積達五十平方公里；進入神木區，一棵棵高大的紅檜、扁柏、肖楠沿途矗然而立，由於長期處在潮濕、無干擾的環境，高齡神木的樹表佈滿青苔和蕨類，續行至約海拔2375公尺處，有一毒龍潭其面積不大，因位在原始幽深的森林中，四周經常雲霧籠罩，充滿著神秘氣氛。鎮西堡神木群分為A-B區，大多人前往B區神木群較多、神木步道都優於A區安全既輕鬆，適合一般遊客前往觀賞。

基那吉山登山步道
基那吉山屬二等三角點，四周原始森林、動物植物多樣性此處風景宜人，至三角點可以觀賞大霸尖山一景。全程7公里步道指標完善，爬山健行是一處最佳旅遊地。標高2165公尺，爬此山請您攜帶水與乾糧。

英國獨立報報導，考量塞納河洪患威脅，法國巴黎羅浮宮二日與法國北加萊海峽省政府簽訂協議，決定將地窖內廿萬件未公開展示的藝術品移到北加萊海峽省的新倉庫。這項浩大工程將於未來五年完成，新倉庫興建費用約六千萬歐元（約台幣廿四億元），該省政府同意補助一半費用，希望藉由羅浮宮館藏提升當地文化地位。

羅浮宮的這廿萬件館藏包括畫作、數萬件雕像等古董或藝術品，堪稱全球最大的「隱藏版」藝術收藏，多數收藏未公開展示，僅提供租借或研究之用。新倉庫占地約七千一百坪，將建於去年開幕的羅浮宮北部朗斯分館附近。

羅浮宮現有四十六萬件館藏，但礙於館場空間限制，僅對外展出三萬五千萬件作品。部分館藏目前放在朗斯分館，還有一些放在二○一五年開幕的阿拉伯聯合大公國阿布達比分館。

羅浮宮泰半館藏目前放塞納河畔的主館地窖內，但塞納河若暴漲潰堤，可能波及這些無價之寶。羅浮宮預計在未來五年內逐步移置這些館藏，部分員工亦將轉赴朗斯分館任職。

羅浮宮新任館長馬蒂內茲說，他希望藉由這次搬遷，「讓這些隱藏版收藏有機會更親近大眾」。此外，羅浮宮目前正在考量法國文化部長費里佩提的提議，將收藏品租借給辦公室和工廠。

（中央社台北3日電）「華爾街日報」（WSJ）報導，美國即將取代俄羅斯成為全球最大原油與天然氣生產國，這項令人意想不到的轉變正重塑能源市場，削弱傳統能源大國的影響力。

美國近年來能源產量銳增，這在10年前難以想像，回升的主要原因是頁岩油氣的開採。WSJ對全球數據的分析顯示，就算現在還不是，但美國今年可望超越俄羅斯，成為全球最大油氣生產國。

俄羅斯始終難以維持能源產量，並且尚未採用「水力壓裂」（hydraulic fracturing）等技術，而這項技術正協助美國提高能源儲備。

美國能源情報署（EIA）署長席明斯基（Adam Sieminski）說：「這是重大轉變。這是思考能源市場狀況以及由這些狀況衍生的機會的新紀元，你怎麼樣都不會想到會進入這個階段。」

根據EIA和國際能源總署（IEA）數據，美國7月每日生產的原油、天然氣與相關燃料的油當量約2200萬桶。這兩個機構都沒有俄羅斯今年天然氣產量的資料，不過莫斯科當局預測2013年油氣生產約為日產2180萬桶。

美國過去5年天然氣和原油進口量分別下滑32%、15%，縮減美國的貿易逆差。由於美國是能源消耗大國，因此本身油氣產量的增加，代表其他需進口能源的國家能獲得大量燃料供應。對於仰賴出售石油以提升經濟實力和政治影響力的國家而言，他們的市場支配力量將因此而不斷流失。

不過目前油價仍維持在高點，昨天收在每桶104.10美元，較去年同期高18%。

許多針對能源市場的分析只著重於原油。然而俄羅斯與美國也同樣在天然氣市場具有舉足輕重的地位，其產量遠遠超過世界最大產油國沙烏地阿拉伯。

IEA數據顯示，美國去年天然氣產量自1982年以來首次多過俄羅斯。俄羅斯的出口因競爭加劇及歐洲經濟低迷而受到影響。俄羅斯預測，未來幾年其天然氣產量將微增，但預期今年產量不及美國目前的水準。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）1021003
