歸依三寶

１、歸依三寶之因──歸依的原因很多，總而言之，有二個最重要的因素是：怕死後墮惡趣，和深信只有三寶能將我們從惡道中救護出來。細讀此段，當急奔三寶處歸依了。

２、歸依之對象──分為兩方面來說明：第一是什麼是歸依的對象？那就是佛、法、僧三寶。第二是為什麼要歸依這個對象呢？原因有四：因為他證得無畏的果位；以及他具有善巧方便、大悲心；能度化一切有情；而且他只接受正行供養，不為名聞利養而說法度眾。而後強調歸依三寶是救護的外支因，內支因在眾生是否對三寶生起真實的信心

３、歸依之理

◎知三寶的功德──我們先明白三寶的功德多麼偉大，才會去歸依。這裡分身功德、語功德、意功德、業功德四項來分別介紹佛、法、僧三寶的功德。師父為了讓學人更了解佛的身功德，特別節錄佛的卅二相、八十種好的內容附表其中。這相好莊嚴是由外身現出功德，來表示佛內心的功德，細細思惟，才知為什麼佛是圓滿、是無上！恭敬讚歎之餘，當發起歸依之心，勵力修行。

◎知三寶的差別──我們由於明瞭三寶之間互相的差別，然後正式歸依。內容分為六種差別來介紹，即相差別、業差別、信解差別、修行差別、隨念差別、生福差別。

◎自誓歸依──這是說自己發誓要歸依三寶。

◎歸依後不再歸依其他外道──佛法與外道的差別，分大師、教法和學人來討論，其殊勝和低劣在這裡有清楚的講述，高下分明，因此不會再歸依外道。

４、歸依後修學之次第

◎攝分中出──無著菩薩系統。分為兩大方面，第一方面又分為四個部分：一是親近善知識，二是聽聞正法、如理作意，三是法隨法行，四是歸依僧伽為修行的助伴。第二方面也分為四個部分來說：一是修習諸根不掉動，二是學習佛法，三是對一切有情起悲愍心，四是勤修供養。

◎教授中出──龍樹菩薩系統

1.別學──分為應該遮止和應該修學兩個部分。應該遮止的部分有三：不歸餘天、於諸有情捨離損害、與諸外道不應共住。應該修學的內容是：詳論對佛、佛像、經典、僧寶等應恭敬，不可毀傷或染污等，這是已經歸依三寶的學人應當熟知奉行的。

2.共學──分為六項：隨念三寶功德數數歸依、隨念三寶大恩恆勤恭養、隨念悲故引導眾生也來歸依、不論做任何事有何須求皆當供養啟白三寶、知歸依三寶的殊勝利益、即使開玩笑或生命危險都要守護三寶，不捨三寶。

５、歸依三寶之殊勝利益

◎攝分中出──這裡分為兩方面介紹，每方面再分為四小項說明。第一方面是獲廣大福德、獲大歡喜、獲三摩地（得定）、獲大清淨（解脫）四項。第二方面是具大守護、惡業輕微或消除、進入善士的行列、得佛及修清淨梵行人的喜樂四項。

◎教授中出──共分為八項：正式成為佛弟子、歸依一切戒律之本、減輕或淨除業漲、積大福德、不墮惡趣、人與非人不得加害於你、易實現願望、很快成佛。

６、歸依後之違犯──就別學與共學兩方面來談那些情況屬於對三寶有所虧損（退失）？那些情況又算是捨棄三寶呢？

　　以上是下士道（１）的全部內容，我們仔細思惟修學，可從念死無常的法門上生起捨離的心，知道世間的名相都是虛妄生滅的，平生所追尋欲求的富貴榮華都是不可依恃的。而且了知人都會死，死了之後到何處去？怕死的原因是什麼？本書中介紹的三惡道苦多麼悽慘可怖！為什麼會墮入三惡道中呢？我們思惟當中的業因，能不審慎惶恐，而迫切的想逃離墮入三惡道的苦嗎？而思惟歸依三寶的功德及殊勝利益，更讓我們明白唯有歸依三寶、淨信三寶，對三寶生起堅定的恭敬心，念念都住在正法中，不執常、不執有，才不會再造煩惱惡業，而漸漸減輕或淨除業障，這時自然有可能免於墮入三惡道苦了。

【綜合報導】美國已故普普藝術大師安迪沃荷(Andy Warhol)的作品，繼在香港及上海展出後，移師到北京中央美術學院美術館。中國行為藝術家華韡華29日手持塑膠袋混入人群中，到場後打開袋子，將數萬隻蒼蠅放出來，展廳頓時佈滿密麻麻的蒼蠅。

在場的參觀者形容當時情景十分噁心，活動一度中斷。華韡華事後被警方帶走。他透過微博留言指，放出的蒼蠅是飼養的無菌種蒼蠅，並謝謝大家關注他的作品。

【綜合報導】中國山東濟南的大明湖公園，昨天(1日)發生致命慘劇，一名60歲的清潔女工，在雲霄飛車下面的草叢工作時，被迎面而來的高速雲霄飛車車撞上，當場慘死，留下大片血漬。

目擊者表示，事故發生在下午4時許，當時趙姓女工在給園區內的植物澆水，需要到雲霄飛車軌道區域內拿水管，她趁着雲霄飛車仍然在軌道高處，進到軌道下方區域取水管。沒想到，雲霄飛車瞬間開到，趙女閃躲不及，當場被撞飛在地。

該公園的遊樂場在出事後立即停止營業。現場的草叢及樹葉上血漬斑斑，連雲霄飛車區域欄桿外也有少量血跡，事後已被人用泥土蓋住。
