手機晶片廠聯發科成立企業行銷本部，短短不到1年大舉網羅了6名大將，積極強化市場行銷布局，同時提升整體競爭力。

聯發科去年12月延攬前高通CDMA技術(QCT)資深產品行銷副總經理羅德尼斯(Johan Lodenius)擔任副總經理暨首席行銷長，今年又大舉招兵買馬，網羅多位行銷大將，備受外界關注。

聯發科負責各地行銷業務的大將個個大有來頭。其中，擔任歐洲區行銷總經理的瑞德(Siegmund Redl)，擁有超過20年的歐洲無線通訊技術與市場經驗，加入聯發科前，擔任長期演進技術(LTE)技術新創公司AltairSemiconductor總經理。

擔任聯發科北美行銷總經理的布山(MohitBhushan)同樣具備無線通訊、消費性電子相關技術及市場行銷多年經驗；加入聯發科前，布山曾擔任摩托羅拉行動(Motorola Mobility)部門副總經理。

聯發科全球行銷傳播總經理培爾松(PatrikPersson)，有超過20年跨國企業工作經驗，曾服務於Absolut、伏德風(Vodafone)等國際級企業，還是世界知名的數位機構Great Works共同創辦人之一。

負責聯發科全球分析師關係及美國市場行銷業務的行銷副總經理泰勒(Kristin Taylor)，曾服務高通(Qualcomm)長達15年，負責高通第1項運算產品；在離開高通前，主管高通全球分析師關係部門數年。

負責聯發科市場研究及企業品牌與傳播相關業務的市場研究部門總經理王碩仁，在晶圓代工廠台積電服務超過17年，曾任台積電日本子公司副社長；加入聯發科前，王碩仁曾任法國Soitec行銷暨策略資深副總經理。

而主導聯發科新設的企業行銷本部的首席行銷長羅德尼斯，曾協助把QCT從一個小研發單位，快速成長為世界知名無線通訊半導體公司。

羅德尼斯返回瑞典後，還成立並管理多家新創公司，包括被聯發科併購的數位訊號處理器(DSP)廠Coresonic AB。

聯發科表示，隨著智慧手機已成為全球風行產品，且客戶已不再單純是手機製造廠，還包括有電信業者；聯發科希望藉由世界各地人才與當地客戶溝通，強化產品品牌行銷，讓市場客戶能更了解聯發科的技術強項。

IC設計業者認為，聯發科開國內業界先例，設立企業行銷本部，大舉展開行銷布局，主要是聯發科以智慧手機晶片為主，努力擺脫過去外界對其「山寨王」印象，才有助聯發科躍居國際級企業，與高通相抗衡。

標題[食記] 元智小商圈的生烤攤 肉珍多燒烤

※ [本文轉錄自 ChungLi 看板 #1IHxPR0B ] 作者: kazemings (Ming) 站內: ChungLi 標題: [食記] 元智小商圈的生烤攤 肉珍多燒烤 時間: Sun Sep 29 13:10:42 2013 網誌圖文版：http://MingBlogging.com/post/39442379 我十分喜歡吃燒烤，以前住中原旁，那兒賣燒烤的攤子不少，其中有分炸烤與生烤。炸烤 的優點是料理時間短，且平均售價比起生烤來說稍便宜；而生烤的優點在於比起炸烤來說 油份更少，更能留住食材的味道，缺點則是料理時間相對來說較長。我喜歡生烤，因為總 感覺炸烤常常先把肉汁炸到乾癟後，再利用烤把表面油份烤乾，速度快了，卻吃不到肉汁 了。 中原的炸烤店最有名的是燒鳥，然後就是三家、燒壩等等；而以目前中原的生烤攤來說， 個人首推中埔，另一家口碑也不錯的是磚角，再來我真的想不出哪兒還有生烤攤哩！我只 要有中埔可以買就好，這我倒不太在意。 但搬到內壢元智旁邊後，元智小商圈卻沒這種生烤攤，只有幾家炸烤店，味道來說尚可， 價錢也便宜，可惜種類十分地少。所以一旦想念起生烤的滋味，還是不免千里迢迢衝回中 原去大快朵頤一番。 好在這小攤出現啦！在元智小商圈內的第一家生烤小攤子讓我不用想吃生烤還要跑回中原 哩！這家小攤在這兒開了大約半年了吧！就在有名的「微笑的魚」鬆餅舖的隔壁門前，一 開始看到，想說這樣的小攤大概又是炸烤吧？而且老實說，它的攤子還滿簡陋的。 價目表上種類還真不少，據說不是每天都會全部準備，一切以玻璃櫃內的當天食材為準囉 ！ 左邊櫃子是菜類與雞皮、豆干、米血、甜不辣等，右邊櫃子則放肉捲、肉串之類的。這兒 沒有賣海鮮喔！詢問老闆娘，大概是初期客源不穩定，賣海鮮類容易壞，且她的食材都是 每天用小冷藏箱自己揹著來賣，沒有大冰箱，食材保存不易啊！ 肉串類的固定班底有新疆牛羊肉串、雞胸肉串燒、雞腿肉串燒、牛排肉串燒、梅花豬串燒 ，以及培根蔥肉捲、金針豬肉捲等等，以小攤子小櫃子來說種類算不少了。 看！只有一個小炭爐與醬料，其他全靠老闆娘的經驗烹烤，絕非那種先炸再烤的速成炸烤 哩！但也因為只有一個小爐子，只要人一多時排隊就會排比較久 .... 以下簡單介紹幾樣我常點的串烤種類： 1.牛排肉串燒：將牛排肉切丁後串起來，吃起來其實就是骰子牛串燒，可以吃到所在裏頭 的牛排肉汁。 2.梅花豬串燒：將後切豬肉切丁後串起來烤，這個很推，整個有彈性啊！ 3.雞腿肉串燒：帶皮的雞腿肉切丁後烤食，這個我也愛，因為可以吃到串烤後的雞皮，整 個香！ 4.雞胸肉串燒：雞胸肉切丁後串烤，有原味、沙嗲、七味粉三種口味，強烈建議沙嗲，當 然七味粉也是不錯的。 5.新疆牛肉串燒：比起牛排肉我最近更愛這個，筋多點，很嫩很有彈性，但沒有牛排肉的 口感啦！我會和牛排肉交換著點。 6.新疆羊肉串燒：羊味十足，也許有人不愛羊騷味，但這個我還能接受！ 以上肉串類一律25元。 7.豬肉金針菇捲：用豬肉片捲著金針菇烤食，吃的時候要注意金針菇會噴水啊！這個我超 愛。XD 8.豬肉蔥捲：這個我偶爾也會點，但不如金針菇捲那麼愛。 以上肉捲均一價30元，培根肉捲相較起來我沒那麼愛，我還是喜歡吃新鮮豬肉片直接包著 的味道啊！ 9.培根番茄捲(NT.25)：雖然我比較喜歡豬肉捲，但這個有包番茄我倒滿喜歡的，只是這 菜色不一定每天都會有。 10.五香豆干(NT.10)：將五香豆干先在家裡炸過再拿來烤，雖然變得好像炸烤了，但唯獨 豆干這樣做我還能接受，會增加口感。 11.筊白筍：我算是必點這個，只有有一陣子老闆娘說太貴了且市場不容易買，才沒出， 不然幾乎都是有的。 其他甜不辣甚麼的建議大家都可以嘗試看看，上面這幾樣是我常點的啦！跟老闆娘聊過， 她還有好多拿手菜色想做，只可惜因為設備與場地關係，路邊攤沒辦法賣這些。尤其是海 鮮類，老闆娘曾說想賣烤蝦，但沒有冷凍櫃，怕食物不新鮮啊！希望有朝一日她能搬到店 面去，到時應該會有更多好菜式可以品嘗。而且老闆娘態度很好，很能聊，相當親切哩！ 上次跟她聊到中埔的黃金豬肋排超好吃(也超貴...NT.60....)，她還說下次休假日想去觀 摩學習，整個很謙虛。 如果在內壢這兒想嘗嘗平價的生烤，可以來這邊試試，我想應該會滿意的。現在我很少跑 中埔了，因為從內壢跑過去中原真的好遠啊！ 【相關資訊】 店名：肉珍多燒烤 地址：桃園縣中壢市興仁路二段98號門口 (白天為早餐店) 營業時間：約晚間6點半開始 -- C'est moi, c'est la vie. 愛吃、愛玩、愛拍照，生活就是如此簡單。 https://www.facebook.com/MingBlogging -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.244.215 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: kazemings (36.231.244.215), 時間: 09/29/2013 13:11:35
