油價維持高檔 資源基金吃香

敘利亞危機與中東地緣政治變數仍多，國際油價近期在每桶106~110美元附近震盪。法人指出，敘利亞原油日產量僅7.1萬桶，占全球供給不到0.1％，但兩大產油國俄羅斯與伊朗都強烈支持敘利亞執政當局，在地緣政治變數仍多的情況下，國際油價可望維持在高檔。

摩根環球天然資源基金經理人奈爾.葛瑞森（Neil Gregson）指出，一向扮演原油供給調節角色的沙烏地阿拉伯，原油產量再創金融海嘯後新高，達995萬桶，剩餘產能減少，進而使油價下檔空間有限。

就能源股來看，除反映油價上漲，近期設備產能過剩情形出現微幅改善，價格表現較國際油價強勢。

葛瑞森指出，油價維持高檔，需求端能見度隨景氣復甦而回溫，具探勘、產能改善的中小型股，在市場上具有轉機性，更能吸引資金青睞，漲勢更加強勁，成為本波油價上漲的最大受惠者。

ING（L）能源投資基金經理人費德瑞（Frederic Van Parijs）表示，美國、大陸經濟持續好轉以及敘利亞議題帶動下，商品相關的產業近期表現頗佳，能源產業表現擊敗大盤；OPEC仍然穩定地控制油價，即便今年以來存在許多不確定性，長期油市供需仍吃緊。

高油價對於能源產業屬正面利多因素，樂觀看待第4季產業表現；投資策略方面，由於長線油價看好，可直接開採能源的公司以及可穩定持續提供油氣的公司都可受惠，此外，美國頁岩油相關題材類股，也是近期看好投資標的。

群益新興金鑽基金經理人王文宏表示，近期油價也成為商品中表現最突出者，油價出現波段上漲後，原油的投資人等待即將發布的美國原油庫存數據，油價後市走勢仍值得關注。

【綜合報導】美國憲法第14修正案保障只要是在美國出生的人，就能獲得美國公民身份，有鑑於此，現在中國富豪間掀起聘用美國代理孕母潮，加上在中國不允許代理孕母，還有一胎化限制，美國仲介公司表示，這2年來有越來越多中國富豪，透過他們尋找美國籍的代理孕母，不過仲介公司沒有表明實際數據有多少。
 
上海富商江湯尼(Tony Jiang)和妻子嘗試多次無法懷孕，透過仲介公司，尋找美國代理孕母在加州前後共幫他們生下3子，不過尋求代理孕母的費用可不低，付給代理孕母的價格從2萬2美元起跳，仲介商的費用還要另算從1萬7美元起跳，還不包括法律文件代辦費用和產前產後護理費用等等，林林總總加起來至少約要7萬6美元，約近台幣225萬。
 
而且美國法律允許外國人士的子女只要成年滿21歲，就可幫父母申請美國公民身分，也是促使不少中國富豪尋求美國代理孕母的動機之一。

由劉德華（華仔）投資、監製、擔任男主角的警匪片《風暴》，將於年底壓軸登場，昨（23日）於北京舉行高峰論壇，華仔透露自己在片場要負責「扮黑臉」，感嘆「偶像罵人真的很難」。

《風暴》昨於北京舉行「華語電影新風暴」論壇，曾投資《寒戰》創下高票房及好口碑的老闆江志強，也談及此次與華仔合作的機緣，直說自己一直都很欣賞華仔對電影的品味，當初找他來客串《寒戰》時就約定，下部戲不僅要他擔任男主角，還要和自己一起投資及兼任監製，結果當兩人看到《風暴》的劇本，立刻一拍即合。

江志強表示，以前自己投資電影既要管現場，又要管後期，一下要扮白臉，又要扮黑臉，相當辛苦。他更爆料：「這部戲就舒服多了，我只做好人，劉德華真的很凶。」一旁的華仔則無奈地表示，為了保質保量的把戲拍好，自己只能變成「壞人」。

華仔說：「大家早上都很怕見到我，因為我要監督今天必須拍完多少個鏡頭。這個戲我罵了很多，但偶像罵人真的很難。上午罵人，下午請客吃飯，明早再罵。」他也提到，自己不太懂得投資和預算，以前只覺得可以花的錢就花，但這次和江志強合作後學到了很多東西，在花錢上也會很小心。 (接下一頁)

蘋果(Apple Inc.)香檳金色的iPhone 5s因大受歡迎、供給短缺而在拍賣網站上掀起競購熱潮，叫價甚至超過1萬美元！(見附圖，網址請見http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-iPhone-5S-16GB-Gold-Factory-Unlocked-Brand-New-VERY-HARD-FIND-/111174869600?afsrc=1)

Business Insider、CNET報導，eBay Inc.網站顯示，9月23日一台香檳金色iPhone 5s的結標價格高達10,100美元，位在美國的賣家「Papakar」是在週日(22日)展開標售，總計有51人參與競標。

相較之下，去年英國公司Goldstriker製作的24K黃金外殼iPhone 5售價為4,646美元，而iPhone 5s在蘋果美國官網僅要價649美元(含稅)。

根據AppleInsider 9月17日取得的研究報告，向來能準確預測蘋果產品消息的凱基證券(KGI securities)分析師Ming-Chi Kuo指出，iPhone 5s受歡迎的香檳金色、太空灰色的良率皆偏低，因此需要更多的產能。他說，蘋果會將可成新增為iPhone 5s的金屬機殼供應商，希望藉此提高產量，預期可成會在明(2014)年第1季量產iPhone 5s機殼並開始出貨，Q1期間會佔總出貨量的8-13%。

本來對太極拳沒興趣,在道場上課時[對養生有關],有的教要練小小的太極拳動作,招式很簡單,只有幾個招式,很意外地誘發體內氣流動感.

練的差不多快半年了,氣感變增加.但有時,不想練了.可是對我來說,氣功沒怎麼特別吧!不知有了氣感,到底是不是要練呢?不練應該沒差吧!有點很疑惑!

不知對氣功有興趣者吾兄們看法如何呢?感恩!

特偵組監聽民進黨立委柯建銘，意外聽到立法院長王金平疑似涉及關說，越級向總統馬英九報告，引發外界批評特偵組違法濫權。先前特偵組認為，前法務部長曾勇夫和高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉向檢察官林秀濤，要求別再上訴柯建銘案件為關說，而將他們移送監察院和檢評會；但立委質疑檢察總長黃世銘在3年前不准北檢上訴拉法葉案，批評黃世銘「昨是今非、雙重標準」。

黃世銘先前對外強調，特偵組辦案一切依法公正，並且不違背「檢察一體」的原則。但民進黨立委林佳龍提出質疑，並指出黃世銘在3年前強勢介入拉法葉案，要求北檢不准上訴。根據《自由時報》報導，拉法葉案經過9年的審理，最後僅對郭力恆、郭問天兄弟判刑，其餘雷學明等5人則獲判無罪，但特偵組僅上訴郭力恆兄弟，卻不上訴雷學明等5人。

當時特偵組發布新聞稿指出，黃世銘密集和特偵組相關人等「討論」後，再和高檢署檢察長等多人「會商」，最後黃世銘「裁示」不上訴雷學明等5人。但熟知內情的人士指出，黃世銘力主不上訴，與北檢意見相左，他卻以總長之姿強勢主導，北檢最終不得不退讓。

特偵組認為當時雷學明等5人，在執行軍購案時，行政處置上有多違失，但積極證據不足而難以認定雷學明有舞弊不法，在考量避免浪費司法資源下，因此決定不上訴。對於拉法葉案未上訴一事，黃世銘和特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗23日均未回應。
