迎戰蘋果新機，三星GALAXY Note 3將於25日在全球展開銷售，LG的新機G2開始在各市場上市。其中，Note 3 打「筆」戰、G2將按鍵從側邊換到手機背面、5s則有指紋辨識功能，高階機種各出奇招搶市。

三星月初在柏林發表Note 3後，已公布25日全球開賣，台灣24日舉行上市記者會；無獨有偶，另一韓國大廠LG在8月發表新機G2後，也將於24日舉行在台發表會，有別於過去新機推出後，隔半年以上才在台灣上市，此次LG縮短台灣與南韓上市時間的落差。另外，索尼Xperia Z1已在日前於台灣先舉辦限量首購活動。

分析師指出，不管是螢幕、處理器、相機畫素等規格，高階手機都已到達一定的水平，各廠為尋求差異化，可說是費盡心思，尤其蘋果新機iPhone 5s具有指紋辨識，將帶動未來生物辨識的風潮。

【綜合報導】黃色小鴨前天上岸洩氣躲颱風，讓不少特地到高雄的遊客撲空感到好失望，今天下午1時，黃色小鴨將在光榮碼頭復出，再度帶給大家歡樂。

高市府及策展單位昨晚評估表示，黃色小鴨預計今午1時許，在光榮碼頭岸邊重新充氣，再吊掛入水域展示，作業時間約2至3小時。

高唱「月亮代表我的心」，印尼移工吃著薑黃飯做的月餅，象徵「台印合體」。中央廣播電台舉辦的「印相‧印象」攝影展，22日在台北車站大廳開幕，展出印尼移工與移民記錄台灣的作品，還有印尼安塔拉國家通訊社提供的印尼特有文化、生態景物，讓兩國有機會交流。

代表共生的攝影展特別設置在「禁地」北車大廳，盼打破以往外勞在台引發的爭議，促進國人對印尼文化的認識。

原預計在大廳舉辦的開展典禮因怕噪音擾人，移至台北車站南二門前廣場。上百名印尼朋友到場同樂，也吸引不少觀光客與路人駐足。此外，還有由印尼移工、移民組成的業餘樂團和孔雀舞團，一同與民眾歡慶中秋。主辦單位準備了用印尼黃薑飯做成的巨型月餅，搭配沙嗲和生菜，與大家一起分享「台印合體」的創意美食，並齊唱「月亮代表我的心」。

中央廣播電台從2006年起就開播印尼語、泰語、越南語電台，讓外籍移民與移工能在閒暇時聽到來自家鄉的音樂，順便學習中文。央廣董事長張榮恭表示，目前全台有近25萬的印尼籍朋友，除了透過印尼語節目服務聽友，央廣每年也會舉辦回饋活動，讓台灣與印尼民眾能加深對彼此的了解。

針對被外界喻為「禁區」的台北車站大廳，因上個月湧入大批印尼勞工慶祝開齋節，台鐵採勸導方式，希望勞工朋友能讓出走道。有人批評外勞聚北車不僅阻礙交通且有礙觀瞻；也有人認為，台灣人應將心比心，讓外籍勞工享有基本的人權。

這次主辦單位經正式申請，由北車同意，讓代表文化融合、共生的「印相‧印象」攝影作品在大廳展出，藉由圖文並茂的作品，看出外籍朋友對台灣的喜愛與嚮往。拿下攝影比賽第一名的作品「祈禱」，由2007年來台的印尼移工Irawan所攝，希望藉由照片與台灣人分享印尼的回教文化與傳統活動。

Irawan受訪時表示，他每個禮拜利用六、日到台灣各地拍照，北車是他每次轉乘的樞紐，也是他最常與朋友相約的場合。針對上個月開齋節所引發的爭議，Irawan表示，他當時並不在場，但據他所知，因為大家放假時間不固定，很多人都沒想到會有如此多人聚集，造成交通混亂與他人的不便。他也希望台灣的朋友能多了解印尼文化，避免造成不必要的誤會與衝突。

台鐵重申，從未禁止包括外勞在內的民眾在北車大廳活動，台鐵不可能、也沒權力把人趕走；但基於車站整潔秩序，會「道德勸說」民眾不要在大廳吃喝躺，要是民眾不聽勸，台鐵並不會有進一步限制或驅離行動。

購入小米2S 16G至今已使用三個多月了， 一直沒有時間上來分享心得，小米三代都已經發表了XD 使用智慧型手機已經接近十年了， 還記得第一支手機是s60的nokia 6600 之後陸續換了nokia E65,samsung i7500,htc desire hd,motorola milestone3,inhon g1 一直到現在的2S 從symbian用到android， 從android 1.5一直到android 4.3(nexus 7) 恰巧經歷了部分智慧型手機的發展 中學時的s60就可以使用yahoo即時通，玩game boy模擬器， 對很多同學來說可是非常神奇的XD 用過智慧型手機之後即使當時最潮的walkman系列手機， 也提不起我的興趣了 也因此智慧型手機誤了我一生(?) 至於android 1.5... 只能說比當時的nokia 5800悲劇百倍，只有剛拆封的時候是順的 一直要到2.2之後，才可以算是一個成熟系統 在硬體規格提升之後，android的發展就更迅速了 DHD是一隻好手機，刷機資源也豐富，即使至今對於輕度使用者仍然堪用 無奈於被MS系列的鍵盤毒到了，只好換了MS3 MS3的最大缺點在於因為台灣版和國際版的差異，使得刷機資源太少 加上512MB的RAM對於重度使用者稍嫌不足，不然qwerty的機種真是PTT鄉民神器 在MTK6577崛起之後，忍痛換了台灣製造的G1 G1的心得版上很多也就不贅述， 最後仍然換了台灣第一批遠傳代理的2s至今 附上正反面照片 https://www.dropbox.com/s/zc3qixsuaa0nhzd/P9225383.JPG https://www.dropbox.com/s/zc3qixsuaa0nhzd/P9225383.JPG 傳到電腦才發現對焦失敗敬請見諒， 使用網拍購得的鋼化玻璃背蓋，這是目前最順手的 雖然號稱玻璃，但是感覺有點像透明壓克力，對於工業材料不懂但質感還不錯， 邊框是金屬，密合度佳，缺點是重量偏重，有些耳機插進去無法感應(例如SE102) 應該是殼比較厚的關係(但denon C525可以) 2S的順暢程度以及效能幾乎無可挑剔， 如果真要說哪個廠牌或是系統滑起來比較順，個人認為實益已不大，也不多做評論 僅就網路上經常討論的重點簡單分享: 1.miui 若你是喜歡自己配置桌面，可能會不喜歡miui的設計， 但miui適合一些懶得去自己編輯桌面的使用者(ss launcher個人就不太會用) 可以輕鬆寫意的更換各式主題，且包含了解鎖、字型、開機畫面、撥號等一切介面 很少有launcher可以直接個人化這麼徹底的。 2.穩定性 目前只遇到一個問題，即wifi熱點，有時候會有自動關閉而無法使用 的狀況，發生原因不明，更新韌體後以為改善了，不久卻又復發，常常再次更新後 又正常。 3.通話品質稍差、音量和震動都較弱 自從開始用android之後和傳統手機相比似乎通話品質都有待加強，是否是電 信業者的問題就不得而知。另外，小米聲音真的滿小聲的。 4.相機 小米為人詬病之處的另一點在於相機差，其實已8k左右的價格來說，雖沒有說特別驚 豔但縮圖也堪用，且對得起它的價格了。以下為幾張不專業生活隨拍供參考。 http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3783/9666604430_ec9f1f301e_c.jpg http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3748/9666700008_29a2662a5b_c.jpg http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5336/9666570794_6a06ca44f2_c.jpg http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5474/9666642038_1852517663_c.jpg 5.原廠大電池背蓋 真的很醜，且厚度很厚，在意外觀的人就不用考慮了。然而3000mah確實可以撐得比原廠 電池久。沒有確切數據可以參考，但以我整天不關3G網路，且時常連續上網四五個小時 的情況下，還可以供應整天的電力直到回家充電，也算實用了。 總之如果買手機的預算是在一萬以內，那麼小米是一個不錯的選擇 有人會說小米不適合新手使用，或是效能過剩云云 個人認為在android的世界，硬體應該沒有過剩的問題， 即便是輕度使用者，也希望可以流暢的切換應用程式， 與其買一些costdown的中(低)階機種，也可以試試看小米 騙P幣結束，大家晚安 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.201.105

【綜合報導】從影片中可聽到槍聲四起，民眾和員工倉皇逃逸四處躲避，可充分感受到當時情勢有多緊張，這段由中國央視駐非洲記者，當時人正好在購物中心內拍下的畫面，22日首度公開。在這段90秒的影片中，槍聲從未斷過，最後還可看到一名男子，躲在門後打電話報警表示「有人認為他們是恐怖份子。」

肯亞首都奈洛比的西門購物中心（Westgate Mall）22日發生槍擊事件，約10到15名槍手闖入商場，推測應是來自索馬利亞叛軍「青年黨」（Al-Shabaab），槍擊後還挾持人質和軍警對峙超過33小時，稍早消息指出，軍警已展開攻堅行動，解救被挾持的30名人質，目前行動仍在進行中。

霧是在水氣充足、微風及大氣層穩定的情況下，如果接近地面的空氣冷卻至某程度時，空氣中的水氣凝結成的細微水滴。據人民網報導，霧懸浮於空氣中，使得能見度降低，模糊的畫面令人有一種特殊的觀感，或神秘，或恐怖……，攝影師謝爾蓋·斯捷潘科(Sergey Stepanenko)近日拍攝了一組山中濃霧的照片，一起來欣賞下這奇妙的畫面吧。
