大家好!

因為上禮拜的時候，我在上班途中因為沒有注意到路面上有一個坑!
結果失控而撞上前方在等待對向來車通過的車輛(因為是施工路段所以那個時候只剩下一個道路可以行駛)，造成對方後保險桿左側有一個明顯凹痕，事後有請警察過來處理。
但是因為警方問我說要不要申請國賠，如果要的話就要請我跟另一位當事人去做個筆錄，那我就說好。
之後因為對方再做筆錄的時候有跟警方提出說他怕他到時候會沒有時間去法院所以想跟我商量是否還要申請國賠?(對方是幼稚園的老師?!)
因為我想說本來就是因為我的關西而去撞到他的所以我就說哪就算了!不申請國賠了!
結果警方就沒有幫我跟他做筆錄了!

之後我就請對方到我認識的車廠修車，對方也答應了，車子現在也在我那邊的車廠修理!

可是現在因為公司要求我向警方申請『現場圖』以及『事故初步分析表』來處理我的工傷問題以及勞保的問題，可是現在問題來了，現場圖我已經申請到了但是事故初步分析表這一個我就申請不到了，因為警方說我當初沒有做筆錄所以現在電腦裡面沒有資料，如果要申請的話就要把對方挖出來帶去做筆錄，而做完筆錄要等30日後才能申請!

而我打電話給對方說不知道有沒有時間跟我去警方做筆錄?
對方跟我說不知道什麼時候有控所以有控的時候再打給我!
那個時候對方似乎很怕我是要申請國賠所以一直不想跟我去做筆錄!
但我有跟他說我是因為要申請分析表所以才要麻煩他跟我去做個筆錄!
而對方之後在電話裡也答應有時間會打電話給我!
可是到現在他也沒有撥過電話給我過!
我現在應該怎麼辦呢?
要一直打電話給她嗎?!

不過他倒是很關心他的車什麼時候會好就是了....
有打給我哪邊的車廠卻沒有打電話給我半通!

如題，小弟使用i phone 5 也一段時間，充電器部分只有接豆腐頭充電，偶爾用USB接車充，最近用到USB外殼掉了= =
USB線是原廠的，請問原廠有保固的嗎??我台灣大哥大的

台東監獄3名女受刑人，花6個月時間，以64萬針完成「清明上河圖」，一針一線譜出動人的畫，也繡出未來的生命。

台東監獄今天懇親，女監內，「小琪」抱著一對兒女。她說，對不起小孩，無法在身邊照顧他們，希望他們平安長大。兩兄妹看著母親旁邊的畫說「好漂亮」。

這幅長200公分、寬100公分的巨大十字繡畫，是「小琪」和其他2位女受刑人的作品。台東監獄典獄長葉漢潼說，東監推動傳統文化，其中刺繡最具代表，「小琪」和「小娟」、「小閔」3人選擇刺繡，挑選困難度最高的清明上河圖「虹橋」。

「從來沒有想過自己可以完成」，看著長繭的手指頭，「小琪」說，入監前，她沒有縫過衣服，甚至印象中連針都沒拿過，不相信自己竟然能繡出這幅畫，「只要用心去學習就可做到」。

「小閔」和「小娟」說，剛開始3人為了如何縫，經常吵架，好幾次大家說「那就放棄」。「就讓我們這輩子好好做一件事吧」，就這樣3人又拿起針，咬牙撐過去，花了4個月的磨合期，以6個月的時間完成。

「小琪」今年41歲，販毒被判20年，丈夫癌症過世，就讀國小的一對兒女由婆婆照顧，尚有18年刑期；「小娟」也因販毒被判8年，尚有6年刑期；「小閔」刑期較輕，明年可望出獄。

3人過去沉浸在虛幻的毒品空間，現在一針一線，以扎實的64萬針畫出新生命。

高雄市交通局今天指出，9月19日到10月20日黃色小鴨在高雄市光榮碼頭展出期間，周邊成功一路、青年路、海邊路、五福三路等將實施交通管制，西臨港線腳踏車道在光榮碼頭的路段，也暫時禁止騎腳踏車，要觀賞黃色小鴨的民眾可多利用大眾運輸系統。

交通局擬定管制範圍，以黃色小鴨停駐的光榮碼頭為中心，東到成功一路、西到海邊路、南到青年二路、北到五福三路，但只有海邊路在管制區內，另三條道路不會管制。

緊臨光榮碼頭的西臨港線自行車道，從真愛碼頭段到青年二路間的路段，在黃色小鴨展出期間都禁止騎乘腳踏車。

黃色小鴨展出期間，9月19日到9月22日的中秋節連續假期和周休二日、國慶日，管制時段是每天上午10點到晚上12點；平日管制時段是每天下午下午4點到晚上12點。

交通局指出，管制時間內，管制區域除公車、接駁車、無障礙計程車之外，禁止各種車輛通行。

最近在找比較防滑的鞋子, 看了版上一些關於鞋子文章, 和實際到鞋店去問, 發現有一種說法是"所有的鞋子都會滑". 我相信大多數人跟我一樣只是想找防滑度較好的鞋子, 而不是要有什麼保證不會滑的鞋子. 我可以把所有穿過鞋子的防滑度由高排到低, 專業鞋廠牌更應該有防滑功能介紹, 這是鞋子功能的指標之一, 也是一個大市場, 不可能廠商不注重不強調, 所以我花了一些時間做了一些research.

首先是基本鞋材 EVA, PU, 橡膠 三大類
EVA - 重量輕, 不分解, 缺點是較不耐用會變形, 抗震中
PU - 重量介於EVA和橡膠之間, 耐用耐重不容易變形, 抗震佳, 缺點是會分解
橡膠 - 重量最重, 耐用耐重不變形, 抗震弱

看到有人說PU環保鞋根本是國內錯誤的說法, 實際上是有把PU和Enviromentalfriendly寫在一起, PU分解是對環境比較友善, 但PU分解的鞋子一點也不環保!何來環保鞋之說? 真的環保鞋應是指回收材料, 例如輪胎回收用於鞋底, 或是使用一定比列的回收鞋材等, 若支持環保, 該注重的是回收材料的利用.

另外目前廠商也有研發許多復合材料, 來降低單一材料的缺點, 例如PU包覆EVA,橡膠+PU等等, 或是在材料本身上做些強化修改, 所以三大類材料的優缺點在復合材料上也非絕對. 好一點的鞋常用二種以上的材料做中底和外底.

防滑是個滿嚴肅的議題, 我相信每年滑倒意外受傷的不在少數, 更不用說是在野外的環境下會對生命造成威脅. 鞋子的防滑度基本上有兩個重要參考的指標,一個是使用者的經驗, 另一個是廠商的技術說明. 許多專業的鞋廠都有開發磨擦力相對較高的鞋底:

(下雨天我常穿Chaco涼鞋, 但走在濕的瓷磚或鋼板上時都很怕滑倒, 可是另一雙鞋同是Vibram鞋底的健走鞋卻不會這麼滑)

當沒有使用者經驗可參考時, 以上的防滑技術就可以參考, 這些大多是廠商花了大筆的費用研發, 註冊商標和專利. 我跑了幾家不同牌子的鞋店, 店員對於自家鞋子的防滑度和磨擦力都說不清楚, 這應該是訓練不足造成, 更有回答"所有鞋子都會滑"然後就沒下文了, 這種不科學的說法還是儘量避免較好. 真正專業的說法還是要先介紹自家品牌的技術,再比較優缺點才是. 我曾經在國外看過鞋店, 有放幾塊不同材質的地板讓人測試, 這個方法也不錯.

當然買鞋的人也要很清楚的知道, 真實世界裏地面材質太多, 不可能有單一種鞋底可以應付所有低磨擦的表面, 我們只是儘可能在特定條件下找出最佳的選擇而己.

另外還有一種走路技巧的說法, 這個和鞋子的防滑度不能混為一談, 是兩碼子事, 不能因為有人要找比較防滑的鞋子而叫人去練走路防滑吧? 走路技巧再好也會滑倒吧, 鞋子再好也會滑倒吧, 技巧好的人鞋種選擇多, 還可以省錢, 技巧不好的人想要防滑就要靠鞋子, 老人小孩運動神經不好的人也要靠鞋子來提高保障. 我倒是有興趣有沒有人可以說明清楚,在易滑的環境中, 如何出力和控制來降低滑倒的風險. 我個人是重心放在腳跟比較不穩,重心放在腳掌比較穩, 所以遇到溼滑路面都用小偷走法.

以上僅是我個人的心得, 台灣曾是製鞋大國, 對於鞋子的功能最好能以技術面和使用經驗來討論
