【陳俐妏╱台北報導】外資聚焦半導體產業後市，摩根大通證券表示，半導體產業中青睞自動化、工業，以及市占提升題材，台廠中看好台積電(2330)受惠蘋果訂單、遊戲機等題材，聯發科(2454)在新興市場手機晶片業務佈局，正向看好台積電、聯發科列為台廠首選。
 
摩根大通證券表示，隨著今年下半年資本支出增加，通訊終端市場需求仍有相當表現，而自動化和工業化市場表現也穩健。
 
摩根大通證券指出，搭上IC設計族群成長趨勢，看好台積電未來3年獲利年複合成長率逾15%， 雖然今年第4季有修正風險，不過明年在蘋果訂單挹注、客戶轉進20奈米製程等因素下，明年需求仍是強勁。
 
摩根大通證券也指出，聯發科具備獲利成長題材，對中國智慧機庫存敏感性較低，預估聯發科第3季營收可望季增20%，未來6個月可望持續受惠產品週期。

國民黨今天舉行立法院黨團書記長交接。卸任書記長賴士葆除感謝黨團成員相挺外，也強調國民黨「只要團結沒有通不過的法案」。他提到上會期有兩法案，包括核四公投、服貿協議未過。他也，服貿協議要逐條審查沒有問題，因為國民黨只要團結一致，表決一百次都可以過，無須畏懼。

中國國民黨主席馬英九今天向國民黨籍立委說，只要有分寸，且不違法，立委當然可反映選民請託或服務，該做的服務當然可做。

立法院明天開議，國民黨立法院黨團下午在國民黨中央召開黨團會議，馬英九、行政院長江宜樺與會。

與會者會後轉述，馬英九花許多時間說明與澄清立法院長王金平涉入司法關說事件。

不過，馬英九也向國民黨籍立法委員說，大家可能會擔心，以後是不是選民服務、請託就不能做？「選民請託意見，當然可以去反映，但是要在一定的範圍內，不能違法」，這也是為什麼立委行為法特別挑出司法案件。

立委行為法規定，立委不得受託遊說進行中司法案件。

馬英九表示，民眾會想，「會不會如果我在一個司法案件上，對上的是『要人』，那我在司法面前就毫無機會」，這也就是為什麼司法被稱為「皇后的貞操」，不容懷疑；該做的服務當然可做，只是要有分寸，尤其是碰到司法案件時。

他也呼籲國民黨籍立委團結說，一定要團結與改革，否則無法團結那些對改革有期望的人，「我是把國民黨改革團結當作終身的事業」。

【綜合報導】中國陝西省西安市秦嶺歡樂世界遊樂園，昨天(15日)下午2時許，大型機動遊戲「極速風車」發生「甩人」意外，2男1女遊客被拋下跌落地面重傷。經過現場檢查，初步判定是機械故障。目前，遊樂場已全部停業。

其中一名傷者友人王航表示，「極速風車」一共有6排，每排5個座位。事發時跟他坐在同一排的男生突然被拋飛出去。機器繼續上升，另一名男孩也接着也掉了下去。隨後機器慢慢停下，餘下的3名遊客在半空倒立，突然坐在中間的女子又掉下，摔到遊戲區的鐵欄外。另一個女孩也差點掉到地上，幸好她的頭被卡在安全帶上，並由身旁另一位男士抱住。

坐在王航旁的遊客張倩說，工作人員沒有檢查安全帶，機器就啟動，隨後發生可怕意外。據悉，3名傷者仍在院留醫。其中最後摔下來的女孩小魏傷勢最嚴重，全身骨折，還沒脫離生命危險。第一個摔下的西北工業大學研究生二年級學生小任，口腔骨折，臉部有小面積骨折，已轉入一般病房休養。14歲的中學生小馮，因傷勢過重已轉院接受治療。
